1. A radioactive liquid filtering device, comprising:

the device comprises a middle water tank, a filter inlet female joint, a filter support male joint, a sealing ring, a plurality of guide supports, an inlet pipe and a heavy concrete layer;

the middle water tank is used for storing radioactive waste liquid to be filtered, the upper end of the middle water tank is provided with a heavy concrete layer for sealing, the middle part of the heavy concrete layer is provided with a filter mounting hole, the inlet of the filter is positioned at the bottom of the filter, the inlet of the filter is provided with a filter inlet female joint, the upper end of a filter support is fixedly connected with the heavy concrete layer, the lower end of the filter support is provided with a horizontal platform for mounting the filter, the middle part of the horizontal platform is provided with a center hole, the center hole is provided with a filter support male joint, the filter is in butt joint with the filter support male joint through the filter inlet female joint and is fixedly arranged on the horizontal platform, a sealing ring is arranged in the filter inlet female joint, the lower ends of a plurality of lead supports are fixedly connected with the horizontal platform, the lower end of the inlet pipe extends into the radioactive waste liquid, and the upper end of the inlet pipe is in butt joint with the inlet of the filter; the central line of the filter inlet, the central line of the central hole and the central line of the filter mounting hole are superposed.

The radioactive liquid filtering device according to claim 1, wherein said filter holder comprises: 2 vertical support and horizontal platform, 2 vertical support lower extreme respectively with horizontal platform about both ends fixed connection, 2 vertical support upper ends all with heavy concrete layer fixed connection.

6. The radioactive liquid filtering device according to claim 1, wherein the diameter of the filter mounting hole is matched to the diameter of the filter, and a sealing hole cover is provided at the filter mounting hole.

welding and installing a prefabricated filter support in the middle water tank, forming a hole in the center of the filter support, welding and installing the prefabricated filter support in the middle water tank, forming a central hole in the middle of a horizontal platform of the filter support, welding a butt joint male head in the central hole, and welding four guide supports around the central hole by taking the radius of the filter as the radius;

Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of radioactive liquid treatment in the nuclear field, in particular to a radioactive liquid filtering device and a filter replacing method.

Background

The radioactive waste liquid generated in the decommissioning or maintenance process of the nuclear facility can be classified into various categories such as primary loop waste water, decontamination waste liquid, boron-containing waste liquid, waste liquid of a preservation pool and the like according to categories, the waste liquids all contain radioactive insoluble solid particles, and the radioactive insoluble particles contained in the decontamination waste liquid and the waste liquid of the preservation pool have the highest concentration. According to the decommissioning experience of the nuclear facilities for many years, insoluble solid particles in radioactive waste liquid generated in the decommissioning process bring a lot of problems to the three-waste treatment facilities: the problems of deposition at the bottom of the storage tank, pipeline blockage, scratching of transfer pump blades, instrument tube blockage, sampling tube blockage, evaporator efficiency reduction, solidified body quantity increase, scratching of stirring paddle blades and the like are caused, the whole radiation level of the three-waste treatment facility is higher, and the irradiation dose of maintenance workers is increased.

In view of the above situation, the radioactive waste liquid generated in the nuclear facility overhaul and decommissioning process is pretreated by filtering insoluble solid impurities, and then is discharged to a three-waste treatment system for treatment. According to the process requirement, the radioactive waste liquid containing insoluble solid impurities is discharged into an intermediate water tank for temporary storage, and then the radioactive waste liquid which is uniformly stirred is discharged to a filter for filtration by utilizing a pump under pressure.

The filter needs to be replaced after being used for a period of time, and the general method for replacing the filter is as follows: and opening a filter mounting hole on the heavy concrete shielding layer above the middle water tank, building a working platform in the water tank, and enabling a worker to enter the water tank for replacement operation. The radioactive waste liquid containing insoluble solid impurities in the water tank has high radiation level and the radioactive aerosol in the water tank has high concentration, so that the personnel operation time needs to be shortened in a certain mode, and the irradiated level and the radioactive aerosol suction amount of the personnel are reduced to the minimum level as much as possible.

Therefore, the personnel need to be avoided from entering the middle water tank to operate as far as possible, the workers can operate above the heavy concrete as far as possible, and meanwhile, the opening size of the heavy concrete needs to be reduced for ensuring the effectiveness of heavy concrete shielding. Under the condition, if the water inlet of the filter is arranged at the top end of the filter, the filter cannot be installed and detached, so that the inlet of the filter can only be arranged at the bottom, and personnel cannot reliably seal the inlet of the filter and the outlet pipe of the pump in a middle water tank by adopting a sealing mode of combining a flange, a sealing ring and a bolt, so that the research on an installation method that the personnel operates above heavy concrete and can realize accurate positioning and reliable sealing of the filter is needed.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a device and a method for remotely, quickly, accurately and reliably replacing a filter in a radioactive environment, so that a worker is prevented from working in an environment with higher radiation level and higher radioactive aerosol concentration for a long time, the irradiated dose of the worker during filter installation is reduced, the internal irradiation risk is reduced, and the radiation safety of the worker is protected.

To achieve the above object, according to one aspect of the present application, there is provided a radioactive liquid filtering apparatus, including:

the device comprises a middle water tank, a filter inlet female joint, a filter support male joint, a sealing ring, a plurality of guide supports, an inlet pipe and a heavy concrete layer;

the middle water tank is used for storing radioactive waste liquid to be filtered, the upper end of the middle water tank is provided with a heavy concrete layer for sealing, the middle part of the heavy concrete layer is provided with a filter mounting hole, the inlet of the filter is positioned at the bottom of the filter, the inlet of the filter is provided with a filter inlet female joint, the upper end of a filter support is fixedly connected with the heavy concrete layer, the lower end of the filter support is provided with a horizontal platform for mounting the filter, the middle part of the horizontal platform is provided with a center hole, the center hole is provided with a filter support male joint, the filter is in butt joint with the filter support male joint through the filter inlet female joint and is fixedly arranged on the horizontal platform, a sealing ring is arranged in the filter inlet female joint, the lower ends of a plurality of lead supports are fixedly connected with the horizontal platform, the lower end of the inlet pipe extends into the radioactive waste liquid, and the upper end of the inlet pipe is in butt joint with the inlet of the filter; the central line of the filter inlet, the central line of the central hole and the central line of the filter mounting hole are superposed.

Preferably, the lower ends of the plurality of wire supports are uniformly distributed on the same circumference, the center line of the circumference is coincident with the center line of the central hole, and the radius of the circumference is matched with that of the filter.

Preferably, the device comprises 4 guide brackets.

Preferably, 2 sealing rings are arranged in the filter inlet female joint, and the sealing rings are O-shaped irradiation-resistant rubber rings.

Preferably, the filter holder includes: 2 vertical support and horizontal platform, 2 vertical support lower extreme respectively with horizontal platform about both ends fixed connection, 2 vertical support upper ends all with heavy concrete layer fixed connection.

Preferably, the diameter of the filter mounting hole is matched with the diameter of the filter, and a sealing hole cover is arranged at the filter mounting hole.

On the other hand, based on the above device, the present invention further provides a filter replacement method, including:

welding and installing a prefabricated filter support in the middle water tank, forming a hole in the center of the filter support, welding and installing the prefabricated filter support in the middle water tank, forming a central hole in the middle of a horizontal platform of the filter support, welding a butt joint male head in the central hole, and welding four guide supports around the central hole by taking the radius of the filter as the radius;

the fixed pulley is installed in heavy concrete top filter installation hole department, is equipped with the rope on the fixed pulley, utilizes the rope to transfer the filter from filter installation hole entrance to a cave, treats that the butt joint of filter lower extreme female head and the public head of filter support is accomplished the back, and the filter extrudees downwards and makes the sealing washer embrace the public head of filter support tightly, accomplishes the filter installation.

One or more technical solutions provided by the present application have at least the following technical effects or advantages:

two O-shaped irradiation-resistant rubber rings are adopted between the male joint and the female joint to realize self-weight sealing; the filter inlet is changed from the upper part to the lower part, so that the filter can be quickly, accurately and reliably replaced by a worker in a long distance; the problems of high exposure dose and large internal exposure risk of personnel in the processes of installation, disassembly and operation of the filter in the filtering process of the radioactive waste liquid containing insoluble solid impurities are solved, and the personnel safety is effectively ensured.

In order that the above objects, features and advantages of the present invention can be more clearly understood, a more particular description of the invention will be rendered by reference to the appended drawings. It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments of the present application may be combined with each other without conflicting with each other.

In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present invention, however, the present invention may be practiced in other ways than those specifically described and thus the scope of the present invention is not limited by the specific embodiments disclosed below.

Referring to fig. 1-2, the invention changes the inlet of the filter from the upper part to the lower part, the filter is installed in the middle water tank in an inverted vertical mode, the filter is automatically centered by a plurality of guide brackets of the filter, the female connector of the inlet of the filter is matched with the male connector of the filter bracket, and the filter is sealed by two O-shaped irradiation-resistant rubber rings in the male connector and the female connector, and the self weight of the filter provides sealing extrusion force, thereby solving the problem of reliable sealing of the filter and realizing the long-distance replacement and installation operation of the filter.

And welding and installing a prefabricated filter bracket in the middle water tank, forming a hole in the center of the filter bracket, welding a butt joint male head, and welding four guide brackets around the center hole by taking the radius of the filter as the radius.
