Background

The existing electric appliances have the following two installation modes: the first is to directly install the electrical apparatus on the surface of the wall, although this kind of mounting means is convenient and fast, but this kind of mounting means also has a plurality of deficiencies, for example the electrical apparatus protrudes from the wall, is pleasing to the eye inadequately, and rainwater, dust etc. can directly corrode the electrical apparatus, accelerate the damage of electrical apparatus. The second is a concealed installation mode, wherein the base is embedded into the wall body, and then the electric appliance is integrally installed on the base, so that the electric appliance cannot protrude out of the wall body.

The connection of the existing concealed electrical appliance and the base is that the base is pre-embedded in a groove of a wall body, the electrical appliance is placed on the base, and then a screw is screwed into a nut on the base, so that the electrical appliance and the base are fixedly connected.

Because the service life of the electric appliance is long, the metal parts are difficult to prevent from aging and rusting. The base often leads to the whole unusual deviate from of electrical apparatus because screw and nut are rusted and smooth tooth in long-term use, influences the normal use of electrical apparatus. When the maintenance personnel come to maintain and handle, because the restriction of electrical apparatus structure, can't directly change the nut, and need take out base whole, carry out the change of nut, screw or even base, install the base embedding in the wall body again. However, the existing base is poured and buried in the wall body, the processes of taking out and reassembling are quite complicated and troublesome, and great troubles are brought to maintenance personnel.

Disclosure of Invention

The embodiment of the invention provides an installation base, and aims to solve the problem that when nuts and screws are rusted, the base needs to be taken out, and the replaced base is embedded in a wall body again, so that great trouble is brought to maintenance personnel.

The embodiment of the present invention is achieved by providing an installation base, including: the base body is provided with a cavity; the limiting seat is arranged in the cavity and provided with a limiting groove and a first mounting hole communicated with the limiting groove; the drawing box is internally provided with a placing groove for placing an external mounting nut; when the mounting nut is placed in the placing groove and the drawer box is embedded into the limiting groove, an external mounting screw penetrates through the first mounting hole and is screwed into the mounting nut.

Still further, the drawer includes: a box body; the fixing plate is fixedly installed on the box body, and the length of the fixing plate is longer than that of the side edge of the box body in contact with the fixing plate.

Furthermore, a first through hole or a first boss is arranged on the fixing plate, a second boss or a second through hole is arranged on the limiting seat, and the fixing plate is fixed on the limiting seat through the mutual matching of the first through hole and the second boss or the mutual matching of the first boss and the second through hole.

The invention also provides an electrical device which comprises an electrical component and the installation base, wherein the electrical component comprises an electrical main body, the electrical main body is provided with a fourth installation hole, and the installation screw sequentially passes through the fourth installation hole and the first installation hole and is screwed into the installation nut, so that the electrical component and the installation base are mutually fixed.

Compared with the prior art, the mounting base is provided with the base main body, the limiting seat and the drawing box, the mounting nut is placed in the placing groove of the drawing box, the drawing box is embedded into the limiting groove of the limiting seat, and then the mounting screw penetrates through the first mounting hole to enter the limiting groove and is matched with the mounting nut; after permanent use, if the condition of the ageing smooth tooth of mounting nut takes place, can twist out mounting screw, will take out the box again and take out from the spacing groove, can take out mounting nut from the standing groove, and put into new mounting nut again to the renewal, again will take out the cooperation process of box embedding spacing groove and mounting screw and mounting nut again, whole maintenance process is simple and convenient, only need take out to take out the box and can take out mounting nut, and assemble again after putting into new mounting nut, need not dismouting installation base, maintenance personal's maintenance duration has been saved greatly.
