when not in use: the cylinder plug is continuously pulled out, the balance of the originally formed force is broken, and the clamping part is separated from the anti-electric shock sleeve set.

As preferred in the present invention: the electric wire pipe consists of a live wire, a zero wire and a ground wire; one end of the live wire is fixed in the live wire connecting fixing seat; one end of the zero line is fixed on the zero line connecting fixing seat; one end of the ground wire is fixed on the ground wire connecting fixing seat.
