The preheating platform is used for preheating a product before plastic package and releasing the internal stress of the substrate so that the product is leveled in the mold. When the equipment automatically works, the product is placed on the preheating platform by the feeder, the equipment fool-proofing system automatically generates memory, and the product is grabbed from the preheating platform by the feeder after the preheating is carried out for a set time and is placed in a press die. The PLC is provided with the monitoring display, and monitoring personnel can know whether the detected current product is consistent with the memory automatically generated by the equipment fool-proofing system or not through the monitoring display. On one hand, when the monitoring display detects that the condition of the product is inconsistent with the automatically generated memory, the monitoring display jumps out of an alarm page and controls the preheating platform to stop; until the condition of detecting whether the product exists is consistent with the automatically generated memory, the alarm interface can not be eliminated, and the preheating platform is controlled to start. On the other hand, when the monitoring display detects that the actual product information is inconsistent with the automatically generated memory information, the monitoring display jumps out of the alarm page and controls the preheating platform to stop; until the product information is detected to be consistent with the automatically generated memory information, the alarm interface can not be eliminated, and the preheating platform is controlled to be started. Therefore, the abnormity of material stacking and thread treading caused by the fact that the material feeder puts the product into the same preheating platform for the second time is avoided.

Generally, preheating of products before plastic packaging is completed by four mechanisms, namely a feeding device, a shifter, a feeding device and a preheating platform, wherein the feeding device pushes the products out of a material box and enters the shifter, the feeding device moves to the shifter to grab the products, the products are conveyed to the upper portion of the preheating platform through a motor, and a cylinder controls the feeding device to be matched with a base of the preheating platform to place the products on the preheating platform to complete product preheating.

when the equipment automatically works, the loading device places the product on the preheating platform, the equipment fool-proofing system automatically generates memory, and the loading device picks the product from the preheating platform and places the product in a press mold after the preset time of preheating;

detecting whether a product exists on the preheating plate 3 in real time through a sensor arranged on the platform base 1, and sending alarm information and stopping when the detection information of the sensor is inconsistent with the memory automatically generated by the equipment fool-proofing system; and continuously alarming until the detection information of the sensor is consistent with the memory automatically generated by the equipment fool-proof system, and then releasing the alarm and recovering the startup.

The invention carries out real-time fool-proofing on product memory by additionally arranging the product induction sensor on the preheating platform, and the equipment automatically alarms when the equipment system memory does not accord with the actual condition. And the memory of the actual product cannot be eliminated when the personnel process the alarm, so that the abnormal wire collapse caused by the fact that the personnel eliminate the memory of the equipment and forget to take the product is further prevented.

Experiments prove that the invention can prevent the abnormal occurrence of material stacking and wire collapsing of products on the preheating platform and has outstanding effect.
