Technical Field

The invention relates to an implantation instrument and an implantation method in the field of medical instruments, in particular to a deep implantation instrument for a transanal ileocecal valve and an implantation method thereof.

Background

The existing gastrointestinal administration comprises gastrointestinal nutrition treatment, and the route comprises oral administration, gastric tube, gastroscope, nasojejunal tube, anus enema, direct input under endoscope and the like. The in-line delivery is a simple and effective interventional procedure, including transnasal (usually including the duodenum and proximal jejunum) tube, intra-anal enema tube, and the like. The nasal and intestinal tube is mainly used for enteral nutrient solution infusion and medicine infusion, can be kept for a long time for use, but the infusion tube cannot be fixed on the intestinal wall and is easy to slip into the stomach or vomit to the outside of the body; traditional transanal administration has been limited to the requirements of cleansing enemas, retention enemas, and direct B colon topical treatments in the area of the rectodactylus, usually by a single infusion followed by withdrawal. However, no technique is available for implantation of the tube along the approach from the anus, throughout the colon, and for long term use of the tube for repeated administration or fecal transplantation therapy.

Disclosure of Invention

The extension piece is preferably another administration tube.

The guide wire is arranged in the administration tube in a penetrating way and can freely move back and forth in the administration tube, and the cross section of the guide wire is smaller than the inner diameter of the administration tube. The guide wire can be an elastic bendable high polymer material wire or a metal wire with good biocompatibility, and the length of the guide wire is 30.0-420.0 cm. Furthermore, the guide wire can be inserted into the administration tube and the extension piece (pipeline), is soft, elastic, bendable and smooth in surface, is made of high polymer materials with good biological tissue compatibility, and can be added with an extension part on the basis of a short guide wire. The guide wire is preferably as long as or longer than the administration tube, the cross section of the guide wire is smaller than the inner diameter of the administration tube, the material is metal or plastic, and the guide wire can be inserted into the administration tube and used for guiding the implantation of a pipeline, the auxiliary delivery when an endoscope exits, the auxiliary tube drawing, the perspective observation of a target and the like.

The connector 7 can be closed by a switch device when necessary, and can also be connected with a device such as a syringe.
