Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of agricultural irrigation, and particularly relates to a water distribution disc.

Background

The water dispersion disc is used as a core component for filtering of the laminated filter and plays an important role in the whole filtering process. When the water flow with certain pressure needing to be filtered passes through the water dispersion disc, the water flow generates a certain outflow angle and has a high speed due to the rectification effect of the fixed guide vanes, so that the water flow carrying impurities can perform vortex motion, and the impurities are well filtered.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides a water dispersion disc, and aims to solve the problems that the existing water dispersion disc is not high in filtering efficiency and is not beneficial to cleaning a filter.

In one embodiment of the invention, the water dispersion disc comprises an annular bottom plate and a disc wall of the water dispersion disc along the outer edge of the annular bottom plate, wherein a plurality of fixed guide vanes are arranged on the inner wall of the disc wall of the water dispersion disc, and the fixed guide vanes are connected and fixed on the annular bottom plate through rib plates. The bottom plate area projected by the fixed guide vane is hollow.

The streamline space guide vane included in the water dispersion disc and the special arrangement mode design thereof enable the centrifugal effect to be better during filtration, the lamination is not easy to adhere and block, and the backwashing frequency is reduced. Detailed Description

According to one or more embodiments, the water distribution disc can be used in a laminated filter in the field of agricultural irrigation, as shown in fig. 1, the water distribution disc having 8 fixed vanes integral with the inner wall and the annular bottom plate, the vanes being fixed by the inner ribs. The fixed guide vane is a space guide vane, the guide vane is provided with a streamlined round head part and a pointed tail part, the streamlined section is an axisymmetric figure, the front surface is the streamlined section, the bottom surface is the front surface, rotates around the tail part center by a certain angle and projects onto the inner wall surface of the inner water dispersion disc, and the pointed tail part of the fixed guide vane is continuously lifted from inside to outside, so that the pointed tail part of the fixed guide vane is low inside and high outside.

The front axis of the fixed guide vane has different included angles with the horizontal plane, each group of continuous included angles are symmetrical by four guide vane central axes which are sequentially increased from 15 degrees to 30 degrees, and two groups of fixed guide vanes are arranged on two sides of the axis passing through the center of a circle in fig. 2; and the height of the high-pointed tail part with a small angle at the back is the same as that of the low-pointed tail part with a large angle at the front. The fixed guide vane is provided with a ribbed plate, and a drainage angle is arranged on the inner side of the ribbed plate at the outflow position of the sharp head.

When the filter is started, the incoming flow with a certain pressure and speed will fill the bottom of the drip tray first. When rivers pass through the water spray tray, owing to there are the different stator of the angle of two sets of symmetries, therefore the rivers that the water spray tray effluented have different play flow angle, owing to have certain angle, consequently striking between the rivers can reduce, has reduced energy loss, and the vortex motion of production can be more abundant. Therefore, impurities are not easy to attach to the lamination, the backwashing frequency is reduced, and the service life of the lamination filter is prolonged; and the centrosymmetry of the two groups of blades ensures that the blades are not easy to shake and are stable during working.

When water flows through the blades, the streamline design ensures that water flow passes through the blades better and has a certain outflow angle, and the design that the inner part and the outer part of the pointed tail part of the fixed guide vane are high ensures that the adherent water flow has a larger outflow angle, so that larger centrifugal force can be generated, the centrifugal effect is more obvious, heavy impurities are thrown to the wall of the water-dispersing disc and gradually run towards the bottom of the water-dispersing disc under the action of gravity; while the light impurities gradually move to the center and the upper part due to the smaller centrifugal force.

Because the ribbed slab has certain drainage angle in the department that effluences flow, guaranteed that the incoming flow that is close to the inboard can not directly strike ribbed slab and preceding a slice stationary vane, and guaranteed that it has certain centrifugal effect, consequently energy loss is littleer.

When the backwashing is carried out, due to the special design that the pointed tail part is high outside and low inside, the impurity water flow is discharged due to the centrifugal force and the gravity, the impact on the fixed guide vane can be reduced, the impurity discharging speed is higher, and the impurity is not easy to remain on the surface of the guide vane, so that the backwashing frequency is reduced.
