In an initial state, the bearing plate 4 is in an inclined state with a high left and a low right, when the first operating rod 53 is rotated anticlockwise, the second connecting rod 31 and the third connecting rod 32 are driven to rotate anticlockwise around the second rotating shaft 3, the first roller 33 on the third connecting rod 32 is gradually rotated to the right side of the second rotating shaft 3, the fixed frame 1 is lifted, the fixed frame is far away from the ground, and therefore the carrying device can smoothly pass through the deceleration strip and cannot be clamped; further, when the fixed frame 1 is lifted to a low right-left high inclination, the bearing plate 4 is also in a low right-left high inclination state, preventing the luggage box 7 from slipping off.

Specifically, the second traveling mechanism includes the second fixed shaft 6 and two fixed plates 61.

The second fixing shaft 6 is fixedly arranged in the vertical rod 12, two ends of the second fixing shaft 6 extend out of two ends of the vertical rod 12, and the length direction of the second fixing shaft 6 is consistent with that of the vertical rod 12.

When the carrying device needs to go up a step, the carrying device is pulled backwards to enable the second walking mechanism to contact the step, the push rod 55 is pulled leftwards and upwards to enable the second rollers 62 on the three forked plates 611 to rotate around the second fixed shaft 6, the second rollers 62 on the forked plates 611 far away from the ground rotate to contact the previous step, the second rollers 62 on the other two forked plates 611 are separated from the ground, under the condition that the fixed plate 61 rotates anticlockwise, the carrying device goes up a step, similarly, when the carrying device needs to go down a step, the carrying device is pushed forwards to enable the first walking mechanism to be suspended, the push rod 55 is pushed rightwards and downwards to enable the second rollers 62 on the three forked plates 611 to rotate around the second fixed shaft 6, the second rollers 62 on the forked plates 611 far away from the ground rotate to contact the next step, the second rollers 62 on the other two forked plates 611 are separated from the ground, under the condition that the fixed plate 61 rotates clockwise, the carrying device descends one step, and the operation is simple.

Specifically, a second operating rod 54 is fixedly and vertically arranged on one side of the first operating rod 53, which is far away from the bearing plate 4, a push rod 55 is fixedly arranged on one end of the second operating rod 54, which is far away from the first operating rod 53, and the length direction of the push rod 55 is consistent with the length direction of the vertical rod 12.

When luggage is not placed on the bearing plate 4, the first operating rod 53 is in a state of inclining to the right, so that the carrying device is not convenient for people to push, the push rod 55 is arranged on one side of the first operating rod 53, which is far away from the bearing plate 4, so that the carrying device is convenient for people to push, and the carrying device is simple in structure and low in cost.

Specifically, two latch plates 132 are arranged on the stop lever 13, the two latch plates 132 are symmetrically arranged on two sides of one of the rubber sleeves 131, first through holes 133 are formed in the latch plates 132, the guide plate 14 is fixedly arranged on the horizontal rod 11 close to the latch plates 132, second through holes 142 are formed in the guide plate 14, a latch 141 is inserted into the second through holes 142, the two first through holes 133 and the second through holes 142 are coaxially arranged, and when the first connecting rod 21 rotates to contact with the rubber sleeves 131, the latch 141 is located on the right side of the first connecting rod 21.

When luggage is not placed on the bearing plate 4, the bearing plate 4 contacts the two horizontal rods 11, the latch 141 is only inserted into the second through hole 142, when the luggage is placed on the bearing plate 4, the first operating rod 53 rotates counterclockwise to drive the first connecting rod 21 to rotate counterclockwise around the first rotating shaft 2, so that the first connecting rod 21 contacts the rubber sleeve 131 on the stop lever 13, then the latch 141 is pushed to sequentially pass through the second through hole 142 and the first through holes 133 on the two latch plates 132, at this time, the latch 141 is positioned at the right side of the first connecting rod 21 to fix the first connecting rod 21, and when the carrying device is pushed to move forward, the first connecting rod 21 is prevented from rotating clockwise, the bearing plate 4 moves to the lower right, so that the luggage on the bearing plate 4 slides down, and unnecessary troubles are caused.
