(2) and (3) high-temperature stage: raising the temperature of the furnace to 1225 ℃ at a rate of 45 ℃ per hour, preserving the heat for 12-14 hours, and naturally cooling to 150 ℃ to take the product out of the furnace.

Technical Field

The invention belongs to the field of Jun porcelain manufacturing, and particularly relates to a Jun porcelain cup and a manufacturing method thereof.

Background

Jun porcelain, which starts from Tang and is contained in Song, is one of five famous porcelain in Song dynasty, is imperial, and is quite similar to the reputations of gold valuable Jun, gold valuable Jun invaluable and wealth in nature, not as good as Jun porcelain. Since 2000, Jun porcelain is rich in the massive historical culture base and the substantial kiln change of ghost workers, and is ascended in an important international place for many times in the name of national ceremony, so that the development of Jun porcelain artwork is unprecedented and prosperous; however, the traditional display art Jun porcelain is complex in manufacturing process, high in cost and classical in style, so that the Jun porcelain is mostly an ornament or collected; therefore, the development of the jun porcelain needs to be combined with life, so that the jun porcelain has wider audience, and the popularization and the continuation of the jun porcelain are facilitated.

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the problems, the invention provides a Jun porcelain cup and a manufacturing method thereof, which are mainly realized in the following way;

the Jun porcelain cup is formed by sintering a plain body and glaze on the surface of the plain body, wherein the matrix comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 50-70% of kaolin, 3-5% of bovine bone meal, 10-15% of secondary clay, 5-10% of bauxite and 5-10% of medical stone;

the glaze comprises the following components in percentage by mass in the total amount of the glaze: 60-80% of black powder, 5-10% of iron ore, 3-5% of ilmenite, 10-15% of copper ore and 5-10% of calcite.

The method for firing the Jun porcelain cup comprises the steps of firing a matrix by using the raw materials of the components of the matrix, immersing the matrix into glaze to finish glazing, airing, and firing again to obtain the Jun porcelain cup.

1) Weighing glaze raw materials according to the proportioning requirements of the components of the glaze, mixing the weighed glaze raw materials with a proper amount of water, adding the mixture into a ball mill for grinding, and sieving the ground raw materials with a 200-mesh sieve to obtain glaze slurry;

2) mixing materials according to the proportioning requirement of each component raw material of the matrix, adding the mixed raw materials into a ball mill for grinding, and screening the ground raw materials by a 100-mesh sieve for collection for later use;

3) putting the powder prepared in the step 2) into a stirrer, adding a proper amount of water, and stirring for 30-40 minutes to form clay;

4) pouring the clay into a mold to manufacture a cup clay blank, and trimming the edge of the cup clay blank after the cup clay blank is dried;

5) feeding the repaired cup mud blank into an electric kiln to be fired into a blank body, uniformly raising the temperature of the electric kiln from the normal temperature to 980 ℃ within 6 hours, keeping the temperature for 30 minutes, and naturally cooling to the normal temperature to prepare the blank body;

6) selecting a qualified matrix, immersing the matrix into the glaze slurry prepared in the step 1) for glazing, and firing in a kiln for the second time to obtain the Jun porcelain cup.

(1) A preheating stage: the furnace temperature is raised from normal temperature to 600 ℃ within 4 hours, and is kept for 1 hour;

(2) and (3) high-temperature stage: raising the temperature of the furnace to 1225 ℃ at a rate of 45 ℃ per hour, preserving the heat for 12-14 hours, and naturally cooling to 150 ℃ to take the product out of the furnace.

The invention has the beneficial technical effects that: the invention takes kaolin and secondary clay as main materials, bovine bone meal, bauxite and medical stone are added, the bovine bone meal can be used for fluxing and improving the thermal stability, the medical stone is natural drug ore, is rich in various trace elements, has strong water purification adsorption capacity, can adsorb various harmful substances such as heavy metals, organic matters, bacteria and the like in water, can regulate the metabolism of organisms by taking the medical stone as a raw material of a cup, has the functions of invigorating stomach, promoting urination, protecting liver and preventing aging, and is greatly beneficial to human beings.
