secondly, crystallizing, namely hoisting the graphite crucible filled with the aluminum liquid into a heating and heat-preserving furnace body through a lifting and hoisting assembly on a movable portal frame, and heating the crucible through the heating and heat-preserving furnace body; then, starting a lifting hoisting assembly and an electromagnetic stirring device through a servo variable frequency control cabinet, descending the crucible from the heating and heat-preserving furnace body at a constant speed by using the lifting hoisting assembly, enabling the crucible to enter an electromagnetic condenser at a constant speed, stirring and cooling the descending crucible part by using the electromagnetic condenser, continuously descending the crucible to a sump, descending to the proper position, and closing heating;

and thirdly, finished products are obtained, the crucible is quickly lifted through the lifting and hoisting assembly after being completely cooled, the crucible is moved to the unloading and tipping platform through the movable portal frame, the crucible is turned to be in a horizontal state through the unloading and tipping platform, the aluminum ingot is taken out, the aluminum ingot is turned to a sawing machine to cut impurities at the upper end and the lower end of the aluminum ingot, and the rest parts are finished products.

The invention relates to an aluminum purification system, in particular to an electromagnetic directional solidification aluminum purification system, and belongs to the technical field of aluminum purification.

Background

With the continuous progress and development of scientific technology, ultra-high purity aluminum (an aluminum product with the purity of more than 5N5 is called ultra-high purity aluminum) is widely applied to the fields of electronics, aviation, navigation, chemical industry, national defense industry and the like, and the dosage of the ultra-high purity aluminum is increased year by year; however, at present, few enterprises capable of producing 5N5 ultra-high purity aluminum meeting the requirements of users exist in China, and research and development units have a flexible number, so that most of the ultra-high purity aluminum required in China needs to be imported, and how to solve the problems is urgent need in China; although some domestic enterprises are already in trial production or mass production of the ultra-high purity aluminum, the ultra-high purity aluminum has a large gap with similar foreign enterprises and domestic requirements for the ultra-high purity aluminum, and has various defects. Firstly, equipment is adopted, the process is relatively complex, and the investment cost is overlarge and the control is inconvenient by utilizing the technology in the multidisciplinary field; secondly, the impurity discharging efficiency is not ideal, and qualified products cannot be produced; thirdly, the energy consumption is higher, reaches more than 15000 KWH/ton, is contrary to the national policy of energy conservation and emission reduction, and is about ten thousand degrees although the current energy consumption is reduced; fourthly, although the product is produced, the quality is not stable, so that the product cannot be used by domestic users. Therefore, it is urgent to find a new method for purifying aluminum.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the problems, the invention provides an electromagnetic directional solidification aluminum purification system which is easy to operate, each process can be independently controlled and adjusted, and the product quality can be effectively ensured.

The electromagnetic directional solidification aluminum purification system comprises a light rail arranged on a ground foundation; the movable portal frame is slidably arranged on the light rail; the movable gantry is provided with a lifting hoisting assembly, and the movable gantry can move on the light rail through traveling movement of the movable gantry and can be moved and switched among a plurality of positions; the lifting hoisting component adopts a lifter driven by a servo motor in the prior art and has the functions of ascending and descending; and the descending speed is accurately controlled, and slow descending is carried out during descending: the lifting is rapid during the lifting, the time of the whole process is saved, and the overall efficiency is improved; an aluminum receiving platform for fixing a graphite crucible and a discharging tipping platform for placing and turning over the crucible are respectively arranged at two ends of the inner side of the light rail, an aluminum rod after cooling forming is lifted from the previous process and is always in a vertical state, after the aluminum rod is placed on the discharging tipping platform, the crucible is tipped horizontally downwards through a rotating angle, the aluminum rod in the crucible is taken out, and a finished part is obtained through a process of removing an unqualified end part; the lower part of the electromagnetic condenser is provided with a ring of nozzles; the bottom of the water collecting pit is provided with a drainage pump; the nozzle is connected to a water outlet pipe of the water cooling system; the drainage pump is connected to a water return pipe of the water cooling system; an electromagnetic condenser is arranged above the water collecting pit, when the graphite crucible filled with the heated graphite passes through the electromagnetic condenser, a power supply of the stirrer is started to generate magnetic field force on the aluminum liquid in the crucible, and the rotating flow speed and direction of the aluminum liquid in the crucible can be controlled by adjusting the voltage, current and frequency of the power supply, so that the purpose of stirring and purifying is achieved, and the requirement of the purity of the aluminum liquid is finally met; meanwhile, the aluminum liquid after passing through the electromagnetic stirrer can be rapidly cooled, so that the aluminum liquid is rapidly crystallized and formed; the cooling capacity of the device should be matched with the aluminum liquid passing through the area; a heating and heat-preserving furnace body is arranged above the electromagnetic condenser, the heating and heat-preserving furnace body is used for heating and preserving heat of the molten aluminum, and the heating power of the heating and heat-preserving furnace body is matched with the volume of the molten aluminum; the outer end part of the light rail is also provided with a servo variable frequency control cabinet controlled by the whole system and a water cooling system controlled by the whole water channel, the water cooling system cools the electromagnetic coil and solidifies and cools the melt, and the servo variable frequency control cabinet controls the melt condensation speed, the variable frequency control of the electromagnetic stirring power supply and the electrical control of the whole system.

Further, the water cooling system comprises a cabinet body; a water outlet pipe and a water return pipe are arranged on two sides of the cabinet body; a water storage tank and an ion tank are arranged on the inner side of the cabinet body; the ion tank is connected with a water replenishing valve; the ion tank is connected to a water inlet of the water storage tank; the bottom of the water storage tank is connected to a water outlet pipe through a water pump; the inner side of the cabinet body is also provided with a heat exchanger connected with a water return pipe; the heat exchanger is connected to a water storage tank; a fan is arranged outside the heat exchanger.

Furthermore, the lifting hoisting component is a lifter driven by a servo motor; the front end of the lifter is provided with a crucible lifting claw.

secondly, crystallizing, namely hoisting the graphite crucible filled with the aluminum liquid into a heating and heat-preserving furnace body through a lifting and hoisting assembly on a movable portal frame, and heating the crucible through the heating and heat-preserving furnace body; then, starting a lifting hoisting assembly and an electromagnetic stirring device through a servo variable frequency control cabinet, descending the crucible from the heating and heat-preserving furnace body at a constant speed by using the lifting hoisting assembly, enabling the crucible to enter an electromagnetic condenser at a constant speed, stirring and cooling the descending crucible part by using the electromagnetic condenser, continuously descending the crucible to a water collecting system, descending the crucible to the right position, and closing heating;

and thirdly, finished products are obtained, the crucible is quickly lifted through the lifting and hoisting assembly after being completely cooled, the crucible is moved to the unloading and tipping platform through the movable portal frame, the crucible is turned to be in a horizontal state through the unloading and tipping platform, the aluminum ingot is taken out, the aluminum ingot is turned to a sawing machine to cut impurities at the upper end and the lower end of the aluminum ingot, and the rest parts are finished products.

Compared with the prior art, the electromagnetic directional solidification aluminum purification system has the advantages that the system is strong in orderliness and easy to operate, each process can be independently controlled and adjusted, and the product quality can be effectively guaranteed.
