Background

The stepping motor is an ideal executing element commonly used in modern digital control systems, and has the advantages of low price, simple control and the like, thereby being widely applied. However, the noise generated by the stepping motor is more difficult to endure especially when the stepping motor is started or stopped.

At present, the air outlet of an indoor unit is controlled by a stepping motor to reciprocate an air deflector so as to realize up-and-down air sweeping, but a plurality of stepping motors can generate buzzing sound and abnormal sound when in operation, and in addition, the motors realize reciprocating motion by reversing forward and reverse directions so as to generate periodic abnormal sound, the sound is easy to be amplified, the sound quality of the indoor unit is seriously influenced, and after-sale complaints are caused.

The reasons for the running noise of the stepping motor are many, but mainly caused by the following factors: 1. when the stepping motor operates, low-frequency vibration exists, namely, the rotor oscillation phenomenon exists, so that gear collision is caused, and noise is generated. Especially when two phases are simultaneously powered, if the two phases are unbalanced, the vibration is more severe, and great noise is generated. The noise is caused by the inherent characteristics of the stepping motor and cannot be solved in principle, 2, the stepping motor has a resonance point, the motor can vibrate automatically at the resonance frequency to generate great noise, and 3, the stepping motor can generate noise due to impact when being started and stopped at high frequency.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above, an object of the present invention is to provide an air deflector driving device, which can effectively improve periodic low frequency abnormal noise generated when an air deflector sweeps air, and optimize the sound quality of the whole noise.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects: the air guide assembly is provided with the driving machine, the eccentric wheel and the pre-tightening device, so that the air guide assembly can drive the eccentric wheel through the driving machine and is matched with the pre-tightening device for limiting and fixing in the air sweeping process, the air guide assembly can realize reciprocating air sweeping motion, the stepping motor is not required to perform forward rotation and reverse rotation, the noise quality of an indoor unit is effectively improved, the abnormal sound noise problem generated by the driving device during air sweeping is solved, the evaluation on the air conditioner quality is improved on the sense of a user, the after-sale complaint risk is reduced, meanwhile, frequent starting and stopping and reversing are not required, the service life of the driving machine is prolonged while abnormal sound is controlled, and the reliability of the whole machine is improved.

The second purpose of the invention is to provide a use method of the air deflector driving device to avoid the defects in the prior art, the use method of the air deflector driving device can conveniently and quickly realize air sweeping, and the problem of abnormal noise generated by the driving device during air sweeping is effectively solved in the air sweeping process.

The second purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:

(1) starting up;

(2) driving the air guide assembly to operate: the driving machine is started to drive the eccentric wheel to rotate clockwise, the air guide assembly is driven to rotate through the eccentric wheel, and meanwhile, the driving machine is matched with the pre-tightening device to push the air guide plate to sweep air up and down in a reciprocating mode;

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects: the use method can conveniently and quickly realize wind sweeping, and effectively improve the problem of abnormal noise generated by the driving device during wind sweeping in the wind sweeping process.
