Background

The Chinese cuisine is various, and the types and the use amounts of seasonings of various cuisine are different. The different tastes of the dishes are caused by the difference of the types and the dosage of the seasonings. An experienced chef will have a more accurate allocation of seasoning and usage. However, it is not easy for a novice cook to know the use of seasoning, and different cooks have different uses of seasoning for the same dish. If a cook is changed in a restaurant, the taste of the dishes can be changed, and the stability of the customer source can be affected. Meanwhile, a large number of restaurant chain stores are available in the market, since different chefs have different experience, the taste of dishes of the chain stores of the same brand is difficult to keep consistent, and the development of the catering industry is influenced.

In a preferred embodiment, the plurality of storage devices 20 are respectively stored with different liquid seasonings, such as white vinegar, mature vinegar, fruit vinegar, yellow wine, cooking wine, etc., and the controller is set with a predetermined material-discharging time and a sequence of material-discharging and a time interval of material-discharging for each seasoning. When a certain flavoring is required, the controller activates the corresponding delivery pump 30 and control valve 402, and in order to ensure that the liquid level in the holding box reaches a predetermined level, the delivery pump 30 is first activated to enable the flavoring to reach a predetermined height. The seasoning above the predetermined level may flow back into the stock device 20 through the overflow port of the pod 401. In this way, the blanking time is controlled by the control valve 402, while ensuring a constant liquid level. Because the seasonings have small viscosity and uniform density, the volume and the quality of the seasonings coming out are the same in the same blanking time, so that the seasonings can be used for cooking the same dish in different places, different times and different cooks, and the using amount of the seasonings is the same. The adding sequence and the types of the seasonings of different types can be kept consistent.

If there is not one-way exhaust valve 4041 on overflow pipe 404, when the flavouring gets into in flourishing magazine 401 from storage device 20, the air in flourishing magazine 401 can be compressed to cause the atmospheric pressure in flourishing magazine 401 unstable, the velocity of flow when influencing the flavouring ejection of compact, and then influence the flow. After the one-way exhaust valve 4041 is arranged, when the air pressure in the material containing box 401 is higher than the external air pressure, the air can be exhausted in time, so that the liquid pressure in the material containing box 401 is kept constant all the time.

Further, the control valve 402 comprises a compressed air source 4021, a pneumatic solenoid valve 40234022 and a solenoid valve 4023, the compressed air source 4021 is connected with a pneumatic solenoid valve 40234022 through an air pipe, the solenoid valve 4023 is arranged on a pipeline between the compressed air source 4021 and the pneumatic solenoid valve 40234022 to open or close the air source through the solenoid valve 4023, the solenoid valve 4023 is electrically connected with the controller, and a liquid inlet of the pneumatic solenoid valve 40234022 is communicated with a discharge hole of the material containing box 401 to control the flowing time of the liquid seasoning.

Further, referring to fig. 5, the storage device 20 includes a storage tank 201, a sealing cover 202, and T-shaped pipes 203, the storage tank 201 is connected to the sealing cover 202 in a clamping manner, a through hole is formed in the bottom of the storage tank 201, the through hole in the bottom of the storage tank 201 is communicated with one pipe orifice of the T-shaped hole, the other two pipe orifices of the T-shaped pipes 203 are respectively used as a liquid inlet pipe orifice and a liquid outlet pipe orifice, the liquid outlet pipe orifice of the T-shaped pipes 203 is communicated with the liquid inlet of the delivery pump 30 through a pipeline, and when the storage tank 201 needs to be added with seasoning, external seasoning enters the storage tank; when the storage tank 201 conveys the seasonings to the material containing box 401, the conveying pump 30 outputs the seasonings through the liquid outlet pipe opening of the T-shaped pipe 203, the sealing cover 202 is provided with an overflow port, and the overflow pipeline 404 of the constant discharging device 40 is communicated with the overflow port on the sealing cover 202 through a pipeline.

When the storage tank 201 is fed, the through hole at the bottom of the storage tank 201 is used as a feeding hole; when the storage tank 201 is stored, the through hole at the bottom of the storage tank 201 serves as a discharge hole.

In order to prevent the flavoring from flowing out of the liquid inlet pipe orifice of the T-shaped pipe 203 while being pumped into the material containing box 401, the port of the pipeline connected with the liquid inlet pipe orifice is higher than the storage tank 201. Thus, according to the principle of the communicating vessel, the seasoning does not flow out.

Further, referring to fig. 6, the support frame 50 includes a prism 501 and a disc 502, the lower end of the prism 501 is connected to the disc 502, the prism 501 and the disc 502 are integrally formed, a plurality of slots are uniformly distributed at the upper end of the prism 501, correspondingly, a hook is disposed on the side wall of the material containing box 401 to enable the material containing box 401 to be connected to the prism 501 in a clamping manner, a through hole is disposed at the bottom of the disc 502, the pneumatic solenoid valve 40234022 is fixedly connected to the disc 502, and a discharge port of the pneumatic solenoid valve 40234022 is suspended below the disc 502 through the through hole at the bottom of the disc 502.

The detachable connection of the material containing box 401 and the prism 501 is realized through the clamping connection, so that the material containing box and the prism 501 can be detached and separated conveniently, and further the cleaning and the replacement are convenient. After the material containing boxes 401 are mounted on the prism 501, the material containing boxes are radially distributed around the prism 501. Each of the material containing boxes 401 is preferably designed in a fan shape so as to improve space utilization.
