Background

The filter bottle of the traditional water purifier has two insertion modes, one mode is a direct insertion mode, namely a water inlet and a water outlet are arranged at the bottom of the filter bottle, and the water inlet and the water outlet are inserted into a water circuit board or an installation base body in the vertical direction; the other is a side-inserted type, namely, the water inlet and the water outlet of the filter flask are arranged at the head part of the filter flask, and the water inlet and the water outlet are inserted into the water circuit board or the mounting base body from the side direction; however, no matter which way the filter flask is inserted, the filter flask needs to be completely inserted to be fixed; the filter bottle is fixed in two ways, one is a clamping type, a water circuit board for installing the filter bottle or a mounting base body is provided with corresponding clamping teeth, when a user inserts the filter element on the mounting base body, force needs to be applied to the filter bottle to enable the filter bottle to rotate relative to the mounting base body, the clamping teeth on the mounting base body and the clamping teeth on the filter bottle are mutually overlapped and clamped, the filter bottle can be firmly installed on the mounting base body, if the filter element needs to be detached, the filter bottle needs to be reversely rotated to enable the clamping teeth on the filter bottle and the clamping teeth on the mounting base body to be mutually staggered, and the filter bottle can be taken down by the user; the other installation mode is a threaded connection mode, namely, an internal thread and an external thread which are matched with each other are respectively arranged on the installation base body and the filter flask, and when the filter flask is disassembled and assembled, the filter flask needs to be rotated forwards or reversely
Although the two filter flask fixing modes can firmly install the filter flask on the installation seat body, in the dismounting process, the filter flask is required to be completely inserted and then is rotated and fixed, the operation is relatively troublesome, the filter flask inserting and rotating processes are laborious, the dismounting speed is slow, time and labor are wasted, and the prior art is necessary to be further improved in order to meet the development of water purifying equipment.

the two ends of the filter bottle handle and the head of the filter bottle are respectively provided with a handle top block and a filter bottle top moving groove which are mutually matched, the surface of the filter bottle top moving groove, which is mutually abutted with the handle top block, is provided with a first guiding curved surface and a second guiding curved surface,
the handle top block and the first guide curved surface are matched to drive the filter flask to be assembled with the waterway plate;
the handle top block and the second guide curved surface are matched to drive the filter bottle to be separated from the waterway plate.
Furthermore, the head of the filter flask is provided with a positioning slot below the water inlet and outlet of the filter flask, and the waterway plate is provided with a positioning lug matched with the positioning slot.
Furthermore, a handle hook pressing block matched with the handle hook to prevent the handle rotating shaft from slipping is further rotatably arranged on the water circuit board.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the filter flask has simpler installation mode and operation mode, the filter flask can be installed in place only by downwards rotating the filter flask handle, the filter flask can be easily taken out only by opening the handle hook press block and upwards rotating the filter flask handle when the filter flask is taken out, the filter flask does not need to be rotated any more, the filter flask is greatly convenient to replace, and the maintenance cost is reduced.
2. The filter flask inserting step and the fixing step can be carried out synchronously, the installation process is smoother, a user can install and replace the filter flask easily by himself without the need of after-sales personnel to mount the filter flask on the door, and the installation cost is saved.
