Background

The polishing does not influence the internal quality of the white rice, but the polished rice grains are glittering, translucent and attractive to consumers with higher requirements, so the polished rice grains have certain market.

The rice polishing is to treat the surfaces of rice grains to make the rice grains have luster and improve the appearance of a product, and the rice polishing machine has the main functions of removing bran powder adhered to the surfaces of hundred rice grains, cleaning and brightening the surfaces of the rice grains and improving the appearance color and luster of a finished product, so that the quality and the commercial value of the finished product rice can be improved, the storage of the rice is facilitated, the freshness of the rice is kept, and the eating quality of the rice is improved.

The polishing effect of the rice is directly influenced by the water attachment amount, the motor is easy to overload when the water attachment amount is too large, and the finish degree of finished rice is poor when the water attachment amount is too small, so that the polishing requirement cannot be met. The rice polishing device in the prior art has no way of well controlling the water attachment. In view of the above, the inventors of the present application have conducted extensive studies to obtain a rice polishing apparatus.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a rice polishing device which can better control the water attachment amount during rice polishing.

The technical purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:

The first water feeding wheel comprises a first central body, first spacers and first sponges, the first spacers are radially distributed around the first central body, the first sponges are arranged between every two adjacent first spacers in the first spacers in a clamping mode, the second water feeding wheel comprises a second central body, second spacers and second sponges, the second spacers are radially distributed around the second central body, and the second sponges are arranged between every two adjacent second spacers in the second spacers in a clamping mode.

Compared with the prior art, the rice polishing device is provided with the water catching device, when polishing is carried out, rice is thrown into the bin and enters the water catching cavity after passing through the bin, the first water catching wheel and the second water catching wheel are driven to rotate under the action of gravity of the rice when the rice passes through the water catching cavity, the first water catching wheel and the second water catching wheel dip water from the first water catching chamber and the second water catching chamber respectively, when the rice is in contact with the first water catching wheel and the second water catching wheel, the rice is wetted, and the amount of the thrown rice is large or small, so that accurate water catching control is realized.

Under the structure, unpolished rice is firstly put into the bin 1, passes through the bin 1 and enters the water cavity 2 from the feeding port 23, when passing between the first and second water landing wheels, the first and second water landing wheels are pushed to rotate relatively by the gravity of the rice, the first and second water landing chambers 21 and 22 store water therein, when the first and second water applying wheels rotate, water is applied from the first and second water applying chambers 21 and 22, so that when the rice contacts the first water landing wheel and the second water landing wheel, the water is stained on the rice, and how much rice passes between the first water landing wheel and the second water landing wheel, the corresponding water quantity is dipped on the rice, so that the automatic dampening of the rice is realized, and the dampening quantity of the rice is controlled at a more accurate level; the rice after being watered enters the polishing assembly from the discharge port 24 and is polished.

Specifically, the first water wheel includes a first central body 31, first spacers 32 and a first sponge 33, the first spacers 32 are radially distributed around the first central body 31, one first sponge 33 is sandwiched between every two adjacent first spacers 32 in the first spacers 32, the second water wheel includes a second central body 41, a second spacer 42 and a second sponge 43, the second spacers 42 are radially distributed around the second central body 41, and one second sponge 43 is sandwiched between every two adjacent second spacers 42 in the second spacers 42. Under the above structure, when the first watering wheel and the second watering wheel rotate, the first sponge body 33 and the second sponge body 43 respectively absorb water from the first watering chamber 21 and the second watering chamber 22, and water is stained on rice in the rotating process, so that a good watering effect of the rice is realized.

In the above-mentioned configuration, in order to make the rice effectively push the first and second water wheels to rotate, the minimum distance between the circumferences of the first and second water wheels should be between 0.2mm and 0.5mm, i.e., the minimum distance between the corresponding first and second spacers 32 and 42 should be between 0.2mm and 0.5 mm.

Specifically, the side surfaces of the plurality of first sponges 33 form the wheel periphery of the first water wheel, the end portions of the first spacers 32 protrude 0.5cm-1cm from the wheel periphery of the first water wheel, the side surfaces of the plurality of second sponges 43 form the wheel periphery of the second water wheel, and the end portions of the second spacers 42 protrude 0.5cm-1cm from the wheel periphery of the second water wheel. With the above-mentioned structure, the first and second spacers 32 and 42 are both hard members protruding from the periphery of the wheel, and when rice falls, the rice can be pushed, so that the first and second water landing wheels can be more easily pushed and rotated by the rice, and the rice passing through the first and second water landing wheels can be guaranteed to be effectively landed, and when the first and second water landing wheels rotate, the first and second sponges 33 and 43 can adhere to dust on the rice and can be washed by water in the first and second water landing chambers 21 and 22.

In order to realize the stable arrangement of the first sponge 33 and the second sponge 43, the first water feeding wheel further comprises first inserting pieces 34 fixed on the first central body 31, the number of the first inserting pieces 34 corresponds to the number of the first sponge 33, each first sponge 33 is inserted and fixed by one first inserting piece 34, the second water feeding wheel further comprises second inserting pieces fixed on the second central body 41, the number of the second inserting pieces corresponds to the number of the second sponge 43, and each second sponge 43 is inserted and fixed by one first inserting piece 34. The first sponge 33 is stably fixed between the first spacers 32 by the first tab 34, and the second sponge 43 is stably fixed between the second spacers 42 by the second tab.

In order to add water and clean the first and second water applying chambers 21 and 22, a first water inlet 211 and a first water outlet are formed at a side portion of the first water applying chamber 21, and a second water inlet 221 and a second water outlet are formed at a side portion of the second water applying chamber 22. When the water adding operation is performed, the first water inlet 211 and the second water inlet 221 are opened, that is, water can be added into the first water adding chamber 21 and the second water adding chamber 22, and when the water adding operation is performed, the first water outlet and the second water outlet are opened, that is, the water in the first water adding chamber 21 and the second water adding chamber 22 can be discharged, and clean water can be replaced.

In order to conveniently take and place the first sponge body 33 and the second sponge body 43, and clean the first water applying chamber 21 and the second water applying chamber 22, the water applying chamber 2 comprises a fixing bolt 25, a body 26 and a top cover 27, the top cover 27 is arranged on the body 26, the top cover 27 and the body 26 are connected by the fixing bolt 25, the storage bin 1 is fixed on the top cover 27, and the feeding port 23 is arranged on the top cover 27. With the above arrangement, when the first sponge 33 and the second sponge 43 need to be replaced or the first and second water applying chambers 21 and 22 need to be cleaned, the fixing bolt 25 can be unscrewed, and the top cover 27 is opened, so that the first and second water applying wheels, the first and second water applying chambers 21 and 22 are exposed.

Specifically, the polishing assembly comprises a polishing chamber 5, a first squeezing wheel 61, a second squeezing wheel 62, a driving motor 63 and a polishing roller 64, wherein the polishing roller 64 is inserted into the polishing chamber 5 from bottom to top, the first squeezing wheel 61 is fixed at the lower end of the polishing roller 64, the driving motor 63 is connected with the second squeezing wheel 62 and used for driving the second squeezing wheel 62 to rotate, the wheel circumferences of the first squeezing wheel 61 and the second squeezing wheel 62 are tightly attached, and a rice outlet 51 is formed in the side portion of the polishing chamber 5. Under the above structure, the rice enters the polishing chamber 5 after passing through the water cavity 2, the driving motor 63 drives the second squeezing wheel 62 to rotate, the second squeezing wheel 62 drives the first squeezing wheel 61 to rotate, the first squeezing wheel 61 drives the polishing roller 64 to rotate, and the polishing roller 64 polishes the rice in the polishing chamber 5, so as to achieve a good polishing effect.

In order to screen broken rice in the rice, the polishing assembly further comprises a sieve plate 7, the sieve plate 7 is arranged in the polishing chamber 5, the sieve plate 7 divides the polishing chamber 5 into an upper part and a lower part, the rice outlet 51 is arranged on the lower end side part of the upper part, and the lower end side part of the lower part is provided with a broken rice outlet 52. With the above-described arrangement, the broken rice falls into the lower portion of the polishing chamber 5 through the sieve plate 7 and is discharged from the broken rice outlet 52.

In order to effectively improve the polishing efficiency, the number of the polishing rollers 64 is plural, and the plural polishing rollers 64 are circumferentially distributed.

In order to effectively improve the polishing effect, a nylon brush 641 is disposed on the polishing roller 64.
