2. A dry spray booth as claimed in claim 1, further comprising an air plenum, an output of said air plenum being in communication with said spray booth and an input of said air plenum being in communication with said return air system.

A dry spray booth as claimed in claim 2, wherein said plenum comprises first and second relatively independent chambers, said first chamber being configured to deliver fresh air to said booth and said second chamber being configured to communicate with said return air system to deliver return air to said booth.

A dry spray booth as claimed in claim 3, wherein said spray booth includes a workpiece passage located adjacent a side of said paint dam unit and below said second booth body and a receiving area for personnel to stand or place an automated spray gun, said receiving area located remote from said paint dam unit and below said first booth body.
5. A dry spray booth as claimed in claim 3, wherein said third filtration device is disposed within said second chamber body.
6. A dry spray booth as claimed in claim 1, wherein said first filtering means comprises a passage for exhaust gases to pass through, an input end of said passage communicating with said spray booth and an output end of said passage communicating with said pelletizing means.
7. A dry spray booth as claimed in claim 6, wherein the cross-sectional area of said channel increases in a direction from the inlet to the outlet of said channel.
8. The dry spray booth of claim 6, wherein the flow rate of exhaust gas in said channel decreases in a direction from the inlet to the outlet of said channel.
9. A dry spray booth as claimed in claim 1, wherein the granulation device comprises a venturi.
10. A dry spray booth as claimed in claim 1, wherein said second filtering means comprises a separation tower communicating with said granulation means and said spray booth, respectively, and a collection box disposed below said separation tower.
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of coating processes, in particular to a dry type spray room.
Background
The coating process is a widely used construction process and is widely applied to the industries of machinery, electronic equipment, automobiles, ships, household appliances, furniture and the like. Whereas spray booths for spray painting are common equipment in paint shops. During the painting process, the paint is atomized into particles under the action of high pressure, wherein part of the film-forming substances are attached to the surface of the object to be painted, and part of the film-forming substances are dissipated to the air and the ground along with the air flow to form paint mist particles taking the film-forming substances as the main components. Meanwhile, the thinner in the paint is not attached to the surface of the painted object along with the film-forming substance, but is released in the process of painting and curing to form painting waste gas, and the waste gas contains a large amount of paint mist.
Along with the improvement of the environmental awareness of people, the environmental protection department has certain requirements on the emission quality of enterprises, so that the paint mist and the paint spraying waste gas generated in the paint spraying process can be discharged after being treated. The traditional spray room has two main paint mist treatment modes, one mode is water spraying or waterfall filtering (wet type), the filtering effect is poor, the generated waste gas amount is large, the water resource consumption is large, and the discharged waste water can cause secondary pollution; the other is a filter forced filtration (dry type) mode, which consumes a large amount of filter materials and increases the production cost of enterprises.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects in the prior art, embodiments of the present invention provide a dry spray booth, which is used to solve the above problems.

The invention has at least the following beneficial effects:

The waste gas of the dry type spray room can be recycled after being recycled, and the waste gas discharge capacity can be reduced to 50% or below of that of the traditional water curtain type dry type spray room, so that the burden of a waste gas treatment system at the rear section can be reduced, and the cost of waste gas treatment is further reduced; in addition, the recycled gas can be input into the paint spraying chamber, so that the fresh air quantity required for maintaining the air pressure in the paint spraying chamber can be reduced, and the running cost of the dry type spray chamber is further reduced.
