1. A manufacturing process of a cosmetic container is characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps:

manufacturing an inner bottle blank and an outer bottle (4) which are composed of an inner bottle blank head (2) and an inner bottle blank main body (3);

selecting a blow molding machine, a clamp (1) and a mold (6), and fixing the mold (6) on the blow molding machine;

(III) preheating the inner bottle blank;

fourthly, fixing the inner bottle blank head (2) of the preheated inner bottle blank on the clamp (1);

fifthly, sleeving the outer bottle (4) on the outer side of the inner bottle blank main body (3), and fixing the upper end of the outer bottle (4) on the clamp (1) to obtain a blow molding structure;

putting the blow molding structure into a mold (6) on a blow molding machine, and connecting an inner bottle blank head (2) of the inner bottle blank with an air outlet pipe of the blow molding machine for blow molding operation;

and (seventhly), after the blow molding operation is finished, taking out the blow molding structure, and removing the clamp (1) to obtain the final cosmetic container.

A process for manufacturing a cosmetic container according to claim 1, wherein: the outer bottle in the step (one) is provided with a hollow structure (5), and the hollow structure is a hollow pattern, symbol or character; the inner bottle blank is made of PET, the melting point of the inner bottle blank is 248 ℃, the outer bottle (4) is made of ABS plastic, PS plastic, acryl or K, and the melting point of the outer bottle (4) is 230 ℃.

The invention belongs to the field of cosmetic containers, and particularly relates to a manufacturing process of a cosmetic container.

Background

The general cosmetic container is configured to include a body and an upper cap detachably coupled to an inlet of the body by a screw engagement or a snap engagement. The main body is filled with the cosmetic, and the upper cover is detached from the main body when the cosmetic is taken out. Printing a design representing a name of a commodity, a name of a manufacturer, and an image of a product on an outer surface of a cosmetic container is also a conventional arrangement of the industry to provide product quality, an advertising effect of the manufacturer, and to enhance the aesthetic appearance of the product.

However, the main body of the cosmetic container is easily broken by external impact due to improper operation of a user. In order to better improve the safety of the cosmetic container and reduce the possibility of the cosmetic container being broken by external impact, the double-layered cosmetic container has been gradually popularized in the industry. However, the existing double-layer cosmetic container has the disadvantages of complicated production steps, single shape of the finished product, poor aesthetic degree, easy imitation and high finished product production, greatly increases the burden of enterprises, and is not beneficial to the development and progress of the industry.

Therefore, through long-term research and development, the department finally develops a new production process of the application to overcome the problems.

a process for manufacturing a cosmetic container comprising the steps of:

manufacturing an inner bottle blank and an outer bottle, wherein the inner bottle blank consists of an inner bottle blank head and an inner bottle blank main body;

(III) preheating the inner bottle blank;

In the step (II), the selection of the clamp and the mould is determined according to the actual production requirement, the clamp needs to be matched with the inner bottle blank, the outer bottle and the mould at the same time, and the mould needs to be matched with the outer bottle and the clamp at the same time; and the die is formed by combining a left die and a right die which are matched with each other.

In the step (III), the preheating temperature of the inner bottle blank is 58-110 ℃, and the preheating time of the inner bottle blank is 5 minutes.

And (IV) fixing the inner bottle blank head on the clamp in a threaded or clamping manner.

And (V) fixing the top of the outer bottle on a clamp, and coaxially arranging the outer bottle and the inner bottle blank.

In the step (VI), the left and right molds are separated, the outer bottle is clamped into any one of the left and right molds, and finally the left and right molds are spliced together.

The blow molding operation in the step (six) is completed at a temperature of 70-80 ℃ and the time for blow molding is at least 55 seconds.

And step (six), after the blow molding operation is completed, the inner bottle blank main body expands outwards, the expanded inner bottle blank main body is attached to the inner wall of the outer bottle, and the hollow position in the hollow structure on the outer bottle is filled with the inner bottle blank main body.

And (seventhly) naturally cooling the cosmetic container obtained in the step (seven) to the normal temperature in a dust-free environment at the normal temperature.
