Background

The product in the cigarette production enterprise is a cigarette, and with the upgrade of consumption, the requirement of a consumer on the product in the cigarette production enterprise is higher and higher, for example, when the consumer takes the cigarette product, the first action is often the appreciation of an external package, and a pack of cigarettes with exquisite appearance is undoubtedly close and liked to the feeling of the consumer, so that the appearance of the cigarette should fully meet the psychological requirement of the consumer from the aspects of aesthetics and quality.

Under the background, currently, in the tobacco industry, the technical development of the appearance quality of cigarette products is divided into 2 lines, the 1 st line is in the aspect of appearance design, and the appearance design of cigarette production enterprises must fully consider the factors of consumer groups, enterprise culture, regional characteristics and the like faced by the enterprise products; the 2 nd line is that in the production process of cigarette products, in the aspect of guaranteeing the appearance quality of cigarettes, especially in the method of the appearance quality of cigarette packs, a method of installing a visual appearance detection device based on a visual technology, or also called a CCD, or also called an imaging technology, and the like on single detection points of different steps (the installation in different steps is for detecting six faces of cigarette packs, because a certain part of a cigarette pack can only be detected at a certain part of a cigarette packing machine) is generally adopted by cigarette production enterprises, and after more than 10 years of technical development, the overall technical level is mature at present. For example, if the complaint odds of a company is 0.04ppm, it is theoretically impossible to configure such a sufficient appearance inspection device even with 0.04ppm, but the unforeseen or perceived failure of the appearance inspection device occurs.

Therefore, under the rapid development of intelligent manufacturing, a technical means is needed to solve the above technical problems and provide further guidance for quality improvement of the lean manufacturing process.

With the development of identification analysis technology and the emergence of national laws and regulations and industry requirements, it is becoming a popular practice to mark cigarette packages with corresponding identifications, such as RFID, NFC, one-dimensional bar code, two-dimensional bar code, etc., wherein the identifications contain related industry requirement information and customized information of cigarette industry enterprises, but at least contain unique identification of each cigarette packet, which is also a basic requirement for identification analysis.

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the technical problems, the invention designs a method for monitoring the state of the appearance detection device of the packaging machine in real time based on the identification analysis, and can monitor two faults of failure and missed detection of the appearance detection device in real time.

step 4), the small packages are transferred to the last step before entering the large packages, and a repeated reading identification analysis device is deployed at the last step, so that the identification information of each small package is sequentially read and stored in a central control system;

step 5) the central control system searches the identification information read in the step 4) to the pictures and the information stored in the step 3) one by one, and if the information can be matched, the appearance detection device works normally; if 1 piece of information cannot be retrieved, the appearance detection device is indicated to be sporadically missed; if continuous information is not retrieved, the appearance detection device is indicated to generate continuity failure.

And 6) writing the monitoring result into an information table so as to facilitate information tracing.

visual appearance inspection means mounted upstream of the packaging machine for taking images of the packets;

the identification analysis device and the repeated reading identification analysis device are arranged in the same working step, and the repeated reading identification analysis device is arranged in the last working step before the small packet is transported to enter the large packet and is used for reading the identification information of the small packet;

the central control system is used for associating the image of each packet with the identification information read by the identification analysis device, the name of each picture contains the identification information, an image file is stored, and the information is recorded in an information table; if the appearance detection result of the tobacco bale is normal, the tobacco bale enters the next procedure; if the detection is abnormal, the picture and the information record named by the packet identification information are rejected at the position, however, whether the picture and the information record are normal or not;

the central control system searches the identification information read by the repeated identification analysis device one by one with the stored pictures and information, and if the information can be matched, the appearance detection device is indicated to work normally; if 1 piece of information cannot be retrieved, the appearance detection device is indicated to be sporadically missed; if continuous information is not retrieved, the appearance detection device is indicated to generate continuity failure.

By the invention, sudden failure faults of the appearance detection device can be detected in real time; the missed detection fault of the appearance detection device can be detected in real time; the cigarette packaging product can be ensured to be detected by 100%;

in addition, according to the monitoring result obtained by the invention, the device with high monitoring failure rate can be preventively maintained in the production interval; finally, the invention can play a positive role in guaranteeing the reduction of the complaint odds handling rate.

The packet of cigarettes is generally a cube, consisting of six faces (I-VI), schematically illustrated in figure 3, 1-sign. step 3) the central control system associates the image and the identification information of each packet, if the read RFID information of a certain packet of cigarette is yuoop 98765, the picture stored in the central control system by the visual appearance detection device in the step 2 is named yuoop 98765 OK (NOK) jpg, and so on, namely the name of each picture contains the identification information, the image file is stored in a hard disk, and the information is recorded in an information table, as shown in the attached figure 4; at the moment, if the appearance detection result of the cigarette packet is normal, the cigarette packet should enter the next procedure; if the detection is abnormal, the picture and the information record named by the packet identification information are rejected at the position, however, whether the picture and the information record are normal or not;

step 4), the small packages are transferred to the last step before entering the large package, and a repeated reading identification analysis device is deployed at the last step, and identification information of each small package is sequentially read and stored in a central control system;

step 6) writing the monitoring result into an information table for information tracing, specifically referring to fig. 4.
