A cotton fiber conveying, compressing and baling system as claimed in claim 2, wherein said baler (1) comprises a compression chamber (101), a main push plate (102), a side push plate (103), a first cylinder (104), a second cylinder (105), a baling box (106); a main push plate (102) and a side push plate (103) are arranged in the compression cavity (101), the compression cavity (101) is arranged at the front part of the packaging machine (1), the left end of the compression cavity (101) is provided with a packaging box (106), and the right end of the compression cavity is provided with a first oil cylinder (104); the first oil cylinder (104) is connected with the side push plate (103) and can reciprocate back and forth on the two sides in the compression cavity (101); the rear part of the compression cavity (101) is provided with a second oil cylinder (105), and the second oil cylinder (105) is connected with the main push plate (102) and can reciprocate back and forth in the compression cavity (101).

6. A cotton fiber transfer, compression and baling system as in claim 1, wherein said second curved conveyor belt (10) is in the shape of a quarter of a circular arc.

7. A cotton fiber conveying, compressing and baling system as in claim 2, wherein the first curved conveyor belt (4) is in the shape of a half arc.

Traditional glass fiber cotton's collection all adopts artifical mode, through artifical collection, artifical bagging-off or vanning, artifical counter weight transportation, artifical filling mode, work efficiency is low, intensity of labour is big, and operational environment is poor, and the demand that can not satisfy industrial production is hanged down to product quality, and artifical economic cost is big moreover, consequently, becomes the problem of treating urgently to gathering cotton fiber conveying compression baling system's improvement.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to solve the problems of low efficiency of manual operation and high labor economic cost, and provides a novel cotton fiber conveying, compressing and packaging system integrating conveying, filling, compressing and packaging.

The technical scheme for realizing the aim is as follows: a cotton fiber conveying, compressing and packaging system comprises a compression packaging machine, a filler conveying belt, a weighing conveying belt, a compression roller shaft device, a cotton collecting conveying belt, a control device, a second turning conveying belt and a lifting baffle plate, wherein the cotton collecting conveying belt is connected with one end of the compression roller shaft device through the second turning conveying belt, the other end of the compression roller shaft device is connected with one end of the compression conveying belt, the other end of the compression conveying belt is connected with the weighing conveying belt, and the compression conveying belt is obliquely arranged, higher than the weighing conveying belt and connected in a bearing mode; the other end of the weighing conveyor belt is connected with one end of the filler conveyor belt; the other end of the filler conveyer belt is connected with a compression packer; the compression packer, the filler conveyer belt, the weighing conveyer belt, the second turning conveyer belt, the compression roller shaft device and the cotton collecting conveyer belt are respectively and electrically connected with the control device; and a lifting baffle is also arranged at the joint of the filler conveying belt and the weighing conveying belt.

The device further comprises a reversing conveying belt and a first bending conveying belt, wherein the other end of the compression conveying belt is connected with the side part of the reversing conveying belt, and the compression conveying belt is obliquely arranged, is higher than the reversing conveying belt and is connected in a connection mode; the left end of the reversing conveying belt is sequentially connected with the weighing conveying belt, the filler conveying belt and the compression packer to form a first line; the right end of the reversing conveying belt is sequentially connected with the first turning conveying belt, the weighing conveying belt, the filler conveying belt and the compression packer to form a second line; lifting baffles are respectively arranged at the joints of the filler conveyer belts and the weighing conveyer belts of the first line and the second line.

Furthermore, the compression packer comprises a compression cavity, a main push plate, a side push plate, a first oil cylinder, a second oil cylinder and a packing box; the main push plate and the side push plate are arranged in the compression cavity, the compression cavity is arranged at the front part of the packing machine, the packing box is arranged at the left end of the compression cavity, and the first oil cylinder is arranged at the right end of the compression cavity; the first oil cylinder is connected with the side push plate and can reciprocate at the front side and the rear side in the compression cavity; and a second oil cylinder is arranged at the rear part of the compression cavity, is connected with the main push plate and can reciprocate at the front side and the rear side of the inner part of the compression cavity.

The compression packer 1 comprises a compression cavity 101, a main push plate 102, a side push plate 103, a first oil cylinder 104, a second oil cylinder 105 and a packing box 106; a main push plate 102 and a side push plate 103 are arranged in a compression cavity 101, the compression cavity 101 is arranged at the front part of the packaging machine 1, a packaging box 106 is arranged at the left end of the compression cavity 101, and a first oil cylinder 104 is arranged at the right end; the first oil cylinder 104 is connected with the side push plate 103 and can reciprocate back and forth in the compression cavity 101; the rear part of the compression cavity 101 is provided with a second oil cylinder 105, and the second oil cylinder 105 is connected with the main push plate 102 and can reciprocate back and forth in the compression cavity 101.

When in use, firstly, the cotton fibers are superposed and collected into the compression roller shaft device 7 through the two cotton collecting conveyer belts 8 of the control device 9, the two superposed and collected cotton fibers are compressed through the compression roller shaft device 7 of the control device 9 and then are conveyed to the reversing conveyer belt 5 through the compression conveyer belt 6, the reversing conveyer belt 5 conveys the cotton fibers to the weighing conveyer belt 3 on the first line, the cotton fibers are piled on the weighing conveyer belt 3 under the blocking of the lifting baffle plate 11, when the weight of the cotton fibers on the weighing conveyer belt 3 is equal to or more than the specified weight, the control device 9 controls the reversing conveyer belt 5 to switch to the reverse direction to operate, the cotton fibers conveyed by the compression conveyer belt 6 are conveyed to the second line to operate, when the reversing conveyer belt 5 is switched to the second line, the weight of the cotton fibers on the weighing conveyer belt 3 on the first line can be artificially regulated to the standard specified weight, then the lifting baffle 11 is controlled to rise through the control device 9, the conveying lines of the weighing conveyer belt 3 and the filler conveyer belt 2 are communicated, and the weighed cotton fibers are conveyed into the compression baler 1 for baling operation; cotton fibers are stacked on the weighing conveyer belt 3 under the blocking of a lifting baffle plate 11 on a second-order line, when the weight of the cotton fibers is equal to or more than the specified weight, the control device 9 controls the reversing conveyer belt 5 to operate in the reverse direction, the cotton fibers continuously transmitted by the compression conveyer belt 6 are conveyed to the first-order line to operate, when the reversing conveyer belt 5 is switched to the first-order line, the weight of the cotton fibers on the weighing conveyer belt 3 on the second-order line can be artificially regulated to the standard specified weight, then the lifting baffle plate 11 is controlled to lift through the control device 9, the conveying lines of the weighing conveyer belt 3 and the filling conveyer belt 2 are connected, and the weighed cotton fibers are conveyed into the compression packer 1 to be packed; therefore, the operation is switched between the first line and the second line in a reciprocating way, and a stable flow production line is formed.

When the weighed cotton fibers are conveyed into the compression packer 1, the cotton fibers are firstly compressed into the compression cavity 101 corresponding to the main push plate 102 through the second oil cylinder 105 and the side push plate 103 in the compression cavity 101 corresponding to the side push plate 103, then compressed into the packing box 106 through the first oil cylinder 104 and the main push plate 102, and finally, the systematic conveying, compression and packing work of the cotton fibers can be completed through manual bundling.

The above are merely preferred embodiments of the present invention, which should not be taken as limiting the scope of the invention; all simple equivalent changes and modifications made according to the claims and the content of the creation specification of the present invention should still fall within the scope covered by the present patent.
