A cotton fiber conveying, compressing and packaging system comprises a compression packaging machine (1), a filler conveying belt (2), a weighing conveying belt (3), a compression conveying belt (6), a compression roller shaft device (7), a cotton collecting conveying belt (8), a control device (9), a second turning conveying belt (10) and a lifting baffle (11), and is characterized in that the cotton collecting conveying belt (8) is connected with one end of the compression roller shaft device (7) through the second turning conveying belt (10), the other end of the compression roller shaft device (7) is connected with one end of the compression conveying belt (6), the other end of the compression conveying belt (6) is connected with the weighing conveying belt (3), and the compression conveying belt (6) is obliquely arranged and higher than the weighing conveying belt (3) and is connected in a bearing mode; the other end of the weighing conveyor belt (3) is connected with one end of the filler conveyor belt (2); the other end of the filler conveyer belt (2) is connected with the compression packer (1); the compression packer (1), the filler conveyer belt (2), the weighing conveyer belt (3), the second turning conveyer belt (10), the compression conveyer belt (6), the compression roller shaft device (7) and the cotton collecting conveyer belt (8) are respectively and electrically connected with the control device (9); and a lifting baffle (11) is also arranged at the joint of the filler conveying belt (2) and the weighing conveying belt (3).
