1. The aqueous emulsion is characterized by comprising monomers and intermediates, wherein the monomers consist of the following raw materials in parts by weight:

acrylate ester: 10-30 parts of methacrylate: 5-30 parts, 10-40 parts of styrene, 5-20 parts of methacrylic acid-2-hydroxyethyl ester and olefin: 5-20 parts of methacrylic acid, 1-5 parts of acrylonitrile and 1-5 parts of acrylamide;

the intermediate comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:

5-15 parts of common water-based cross-linking agent, 1-5 parts of common water-based film forming assistant, 0.1-3 parts of common water-based anti-corrosion inhibitor and 2-15 parts of common water-based adhesion promoter.

2. A method of preparing the aqueous emulsion of claim 1, comprising:

1) dissolving the monomer and the intermediate: firstly, the following monomers are prepared: acrylate, methacrylate, styrene, 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate, olefin, methacrylic acid, acrylonitrile and acrylamide were mixed to obtain a monomer mixture, and the following intermediates were added: mixing a common water-based crosslinking agent, a common water-based film forming aid, a common water-based anti-corrosion agent and a common water-based adhesion promoter to obtain an intermediate mixture, and then pouring the monomer mixture into the intermediate mixture to stir so as to dissolve the monomer and the intermediate together to obtain a dissolved substance.

2) Dissolving common surfactant in water, slowly adding the above dissolved matter, phase-converting, stirring, filtering to obtain metastable initial emulsion.

3) And stirring the metastable initial emulsion at high speed, and adding ultrasonic oscillation until 100-500 nanometer stable emulsion is formed.

4) Heating the stable nano-scale emulsion, introducing nitrogen, dissolving a common initiator into water, dropwise adding the heated stable nano-scale emulsion, continuing the reaction for one hour, cooling, namely polymerizing under the protection of nitrogen, and filtering to obtain a final product: an aqueous emulsion.

Environmental regulations have been established in countries such as the United states, Europe, Japan, and the like, and strict VOC emission standards have been established, and most typically, German atmosphere cleanup laws.

The coating is an important engineering material matched with each part of national economy and national defense industry, and the rapid development of modern high technology represented by scientific technologies such as information life, new energy, renewable energy, environmental protection, new materials, oceans and the like provides various special requirements for the matched coating industry. Aiming at the problems in the prior art, the invention provides a high-corrosion-resistance environment-friendly low-consumption water-based emulsion, a water-based paint and a preparation method thereof.

The first object of the present invention is to provide an aqueous emulsion which is used as an intermediate for aqueous coating materials and has excellent properties.

The second purpose of the invention is to provide a water-based paint with high corrosion resistance, environmental protection and low consumption.

The third purpose of the invention is to provide a preparation method of the aqueous emulsion.

The fourth purpose of the invention is to provide a preparation method of the water-based paint, which has the advantages of simple preparation method, production time saving and production cost reduction.

The invention is achieved by an aqueous emulsion comprising monomers and intermediates, wherein:

the monomer consists of the following raw materials in parts by weight:

acrylate ester: 10-30 parts of methacrylate: 5-30 parts of styrene: 10-40 parts, 5-20 parts of methacrylic acid-2-hydroxyethyl ester, and olefin: 5-20 parts of methacrylic acid, 1-5 parts of acrylonitrile and 1-5 parts of acrylamide.

The intermediate consists of the following raw materials in parts by weight:

5-15 parts of common water-based cross-linking agent, common water-based film-forming assistant: 1 to 5 portions of common water-based anti-corrosion agent, 0.1 to 3 portions of common water-based adhesion promoter and 2 to 15 portions of common water-based adhesion promoter.

The invention also aims to provide a water-based paint for plastic decoration, which consists of the following raw materials in parts by weight:

70-90 parts of water-based emulsion, common water-based defoaming agent: 0.01-0.5 part, 1-5 parts of carbon black, 0.01-0.5 part of common water-based flatting agent, 0.1-1 part of common water-based thickening agent and 5-20 parts of common water-based isocyanate crosslinking agent.

The invention also aims to provide a water-based paint for metal antirust paint, which consists of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 90-95 parts of water-based emulsion, 0.01-0.5 part of common water-based defoaming agent, 1-5 parts of carbon black, 0.01-0.5 part of common water-based flatting agent and 0.1-1 part of common water-based thickener.

Another object of the present invention is to provide a method for preparing an aqueous emulsion, comprising:

1) dissolving the monomer and the intermediate: firstly, the following monomers are prepared: acrylate, methacrylate, styrene, 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate, olefin, methacrylic acid, acrylonitrile and acrylamide were mixed to obtain a monomer mixture, and the following intermediates were added: mixing a common water-based crosslinking agent, a common water-based film forming aid, a common water-based anti-corrosion agent and a common water-based adhesion promoter to obtain an intermediate mixture, and then pouring the monomer mixture into the intermediate mixture to stir so as to dissolve the monomer and the intermediate together to obtain a dissolved substance.

2) Dissolving common surfactant in water, slowly adding the above dissolved matter, phase-converting, stirring, filtering to obtain metastable initial emulsion.

The invention also provides a preparation method of the water-based paint for the metal antirust paint, which comprises the steps of mixing the water-based emulsion with the common water-based defoaming agent, the carbon black and the common water-based leveling agent, stirring, then adding the common water-based thickening agent, and stirring for 10-20 minutes to obtain the water-based paint for the metal antirust paint.

In summary, the advantages and positive effects of the invention are:

the invention disperses medium emulsion particles in water by means of shearing force, the dispersed emulsion particles are between 100 nm and 500nm, the emulsion particles can be directly used for manufacturing various water-based functional coatings or after polymerization, the emulsions comprise acrylic acid, epoxy, alkyd, phenolic resin, polyurethane and rubber, and hybrids thereof, and can be used for preparing single-component and double-component water-based functional coatings for metal corrosion prevention and plastic decoration, particularly comprising single-component metal corrosion prevention baking paint, high-adhesion monolayer plastic finish paint and the like.

The invention adopts a high-tech resin production process to physically and chemically modify resin so as to improve the performance of the coating on the surface of a coating. Taking the preparation of the water-based paint for plastic decoration as an example, the water-based resin is produced by the technology and is prepared into the water-based plastic paint, and the special function of the water-based resin is only utilized to improve the adhesive force on the surface of the plastic without any treatment on the surface of a coating in the coating process
