(1) soaking mulberry silk fiber and bamboo charcoal fiber in mixed aqueous solution of isooctyl palmitate, peppermint essential oil, citric acid, sodium carbonate and polyethylene glycol;

(2) after the mixture in the step (1) is naturally cooled to normal temperature, adding a sodium alginate solution into the mixture in proportion, and stirring to obtain fiber mixed slurry;

(3) adding nano silicon dioxide, melamine citrate, cyanuric acid, a silane coupling agent and alkyl enol into the fiber mixed slurry according to a certain proportion, stirring for reaction for 1-2h, then adding polyphosphoric acid, magnesium hydroxide and kaolin, and stirring uniformly to obtain the flame-retardant fiber material.

a fire-fighting flame-retardant fiber material and a manufacturing method thereof are prepared from the following raw materials: 25-30 parts of mulberry silk fiber, 15-20 parts of bamboo charcoal fiber, 10-20 parts of nano silicon dioxide, 1-3 parts of isooctyl palmitate, 0.5-1 part of peppermint essential oil, 4-8 parts of citric acid, 2-8 parts of sodium carbonate, 12-16 parts of polyethylene glycol, 25-30 parts of melamine citrate, 30-40 parts of cyanuric acid, 1.5-3 parts of silane coupling agent, 0.5-1.5 parts of alkyl enol, 0.2-0.8 part of polyphosphoric acid, 2-6 parts of magnesium hydroxide, 3-5 parts of kaolin and 6-8 parts of sodium alginate.

Further, the preparation method of the flame-retardant fiber material comprises the following steps:

the bio-based composite flame-retardant material with the high flame-retardant effect is prepared from mulberry silk fibers, bamboo charcoal fibers, nano silicon dioxide, isooctyl palmitate, mint essential oil, citric acid, sodium carbonate, polyethylene glycol, melamine citrate, cyanuric acid, a silane coupling agent, alkyl enol, polyphosphoric acid, magnesium hydroxide, kaolin and sodium alginate, and is suitable for producing flame-retardant viscose fibers or flame-retardant synthetic fibers for fire-fighting and fire-extinguishing protective clothing.
