The air bag 6 sequentially comprises a wear-resistant layer, a wirecord fabric and an airtight layer from outside to inside, the wear-resistant layer, the wirecord fabric and the airtight layer are tightly attached together, and the airtight layer ensures the air tightness of the air bag 6. The wearing layer is arranged on the outermost layer of the air bag 6 and is in direct contact with the processed cotton wadding, and the wearing layer can be made of rubber materials. The wirecord fabric is arranged between the wear-resistant layer and the airtight layer, and the rigidity of the air bag 6 is increased, so that the cylindrical surface can be formed after the air bag 6 is inflated and expanded.
