s7: taking out the oxford fabric, suspending the oxford fabric in a drying oven, introducing hot dry air, and drying for 37.5min at the drying temperature of 85 ℃;

s8: after drying, the oxford fabric is kept stand to the room temperature, and steaming and water washing are completed.

s1: arranging the oxford into a condensation chamber, and keeping the temperature of the oxford at 11 ℃;

s7: taking out the oxford fabric, suspending the oxford fabric in a drying oven, introducing hot dry air, and drying for 35min at the drying temperature of 83 ℃;

s8: after drying, the oxford fabric is kept stand to the room temperature, and steaming and water washing are completed.

s1: arranging the oxford into a condensation chamber, and keeping the temperature of the oxford at 12.5 ℃;

s2: feeding the condensed oxford fabric with the printing surface downward and straight into a steaming washing machine;

s3: adding high-temperature steam into the printing surface of the oxford fabric, and carrying out steaming for 15min, wherein the steaming temperature is 125 ℃, the steaming pressure is 0.145MPa, and the steaming humidity is 94%;

s4: continuously adding high-temperature steam, and carrying out ageing for 18.5min, wherein the ageing temperature is 126 ℃, the ageing pressure is 0.19MPa, the ageing humidity is 96%, and the pressure-increasing time is not more than 30 s;

s5: discharging part of steam, continuously steaming for 7min at 107 deg.C under 0.145MPa and 94% of steam humidity for not less than 40 s;

s6: discharging steam, and spraying clean water from bottom to top for washing, wherein the washing time is 10min, the water temperature is maintained at 65 ℃, and the speed of the sprayed water flow is 1.2 m/s;

s7: taking out the oxford fabric, suspending the oxford fabric in an oven, introducing hot dry air, and drying for 40min at the drying temperature of 87 ℃;

s8: after drying, the oxford fabric is kept stand to the room temperature, and steaming and water washing are completed.

Technical Field

The invention relates to a process for steaming and washing, in particular to a process for steaming and washing oxford.

Background

After the oxford fabric is printed, the printed pattern is usually in an unstable state and is easy to fall off. The process commonly used for robust printing is steaming and washing. The purpose of the steaming is to ensure that the printed product finishes the moisture absorption and temperature rise of the fiber and the color paste film, accelerates the reduction of the color paste and the dissolution on the fiber, ensures that the color paste is diffused into the fiber and is fixed on the fiber, and is cleaned by clean water after the steaming is finished. However, in the general steaming and water washing process, unstable color paste is easy to flow and cause cross contamination, and spots can appear after pollution to influence subsequent use.

s4: continuously adding high-temperature steam, and carrying out ageing for 10-20 min, wherein the ageing temperature is 115-130 ℃, the ageing pressure is 0.17-0.20 MPa, the ageing humidity is 92-97%, and the pressure rising time is not more than 30 s;

s5: discharging part of steam, continuously evaporating for 5-8 min, wherein the evaporation temperature is 92-110 ℃, the evaporation pressure is 0.13-0.15 MPa, the evaporation humidity is 90-95%, and the decompression time is not less than 40 s;

s6: discharging steam, and spraying clean water from bottom to top for washing, wherein the washing time is 7-11 min, the water temperature is maintained at 50-70 ℃, and the speed of sprayed water flow is 0.8-1.3 m/s;

s7: taking out the oxford fabric, suspending the oxford fabric in a drying oven, introducing hot dry air, and drying for 30-45 min at the drying temperature of 80-90 ℃;

s8: after drying, the oxford fabric is kept stand to the room temperature, and steaming and water washing are completed.

s6: discharging steam, and spraying clean water from bottom to top for washing, wherein the washing time is 9min, the water temperature is maintained at 60 ℃, and the speed of the sprayed water flow is 10.5 m/s;

s7: taking out the oxford fabric, suspending the oxford fabric in a drying oven, introducing hot dry air, and drying for 37.5min at the drying temperature of 85 ℃;

s8: after drying, the oxford fabric is kept stand to the room temperature, and steaming and water washing are completed.

s6: discharging steam, and spraying clean water from bottom to top for washing for 8.5min at 55 deg.C with water flow velocity of 0.95 m/s;

s7: taking out the oxford fabric, suspending the oxford fabric in a drying oven, introducing hot dry air, and drying for 35min at the drying temperature of 83 ℃;

s8: after drying, the oxford fabric is kept stand to the room temperature, and steaming and water washing are completed.

s5: discharging part of steam, continuously steaming for 7min at 107 deg.C under 0.145MPa and 94% of steam humidity for not less than 40 s;

s6: discharging steam, and spraying clean water from bottom to top for washing, wherein the washing time is 10min, the water temperature is maintained at 65 ℃, and the speed of the sprayed water flow is 1.2 m/s;

s7: taking out the oxford fabric, suspending the oxford fabric in an oven, introducing hot dry air, and drying for 40min at the drying temperature of 87 ℃;

s8: after drying, the oxford fabric is kept stand to the room temperature, and steaming and water washing are completed.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

1. according to the invention, through inversion and steaming, unstable color paste can be naturally dropped without flowing around, and color abnormity caused by mutual paste lapping due to flowing of the color paste during steaming is effectively avoided.

2. According to the invention, through three-stage type steaming, color pastes with different stability performances under different conditions can be completely dripped, the stability of the steamed color pastes is ensured, and desizing in the using process is avoided.

3. In the invention, the oxford fabric is at a lower temperature initially, so that the color paste has a larger temperature difference during the steaming process, and unstable color paste can be quickly separated.

4. The invention is washed by the sprayed clean water, is clean and has good surging, unstable color paste is easier to take away, and after washing, the polluted water can be timely separated from the oxford fabric, thereby avoiding cross contamination.
