1. A ship lift platform which is characterized in that: the platform comprises a plurality of platform decks, wherein a plurality of box-shaped beams are arranged on the lower surface of each platform deck;

the box-shaped beam comprises a bottom plate and side plates connected to the four sides of the bottom plate, and a plurality of perforated plates are further arranged in the box-shaped beam;

3. A ship lift platform as defined in claim 1, wherein: and a plurality of reinforcing plates are also arranged between the box beam and the lower surface of the platform deck.

Technical Field

The invention relates to a ship lift in the field of ship and ocean engineering, in particular to a ship lift platform.

Background

A ship lift is a navigation building that uses a mechanical device to lift a ship to overcome a concentrated water level drop on a channel, or a ship lift platform (english name is shiplife) used in a shipyard to lift the ship, and is mainly used for facilitating the maintenance, maintenance and launching of the ship, an ocean platform and a large steel structure.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, most of the ship lift platforms on the existing ship lifts are truss-type structures, which have no upper continuous deck and are completely supported by a truss 100, and have poor overall rigidity and stability. Each pair of lifting winches are connected through a T-shaped beam 200, the panel of the T-shaped beam 200 is wide, the stability of a large panel is poor, and the upper edge of the panel is easy to accumulate silt and break. In addition, the truss 100 does not support the auxiliary operation of a small-sized forklift and a mobile crane, so that the operation condition is severe. As shown in the position a in fig. 1, the truss 100 is generally split into a plurality of small parts, and the small parts are transported to the field for splicing, which results in large workload and difficult control of precision.

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention aims to provide a ship lift platform, which has the advantage that the self weight of the ship lift platform is reduced compared with that of the traditional ship lift platform under the same design lifting capacity, so that the design difficulty of a winch and the manufacturing cost of the platform and the winch are reduced.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:

a ship lift platform comprises a plurality of platform decks, wherein a plurality of box-shaped beams are arranged on the lower surface of each platform deck;

the box-shaped beam comprises a bottom plate and side plates connected to the four sides of the bottom plate, and a plurality of perforated plates are further arranged in the box-shaped beam;

the perforated plate is a rectangular plate, a through hole is formed in the center of the perforated plate, the perforated plate is arranged to be of a structure in a shape like a Chinese character 'hui', and each perforated plate is transversely arranged along the inside of the box-shaped beam;

and reinforcing rib structures are arranged on the perforated plate.

The reinforcing rib structure comprises a plurality of horizontal reinforcing ribs arranged on the perforated plate, a plurality of transverse reinforcing ribs arranged on the perforated plate and a plurality of vertical reinforcing ribs arranged on the perforated plate.

And a plurality of reinforcing plates are also arranged between the box beam and the lower surface of the platform deck.

And a plurality of reinforcing ribs arranged in the same direction as the box-shaped beams are also arranged on the lower surface of the platform deck.

The box beam, the platform deck and the reinforcing plate are all welded.

The platform decks are connected through bolts.

According to the ship lift platform provided by the invention, the box-shaped beam replaces the traditional T-shaped beam, and the self weight of the box-shaped beam platform can be reduced by 10% -20% compared with that of the traditional T-shaped beam platform under the same design lifting capacity. The reduction of the dead weight of the platform can directly reduce the use amount of steel, thereby reducing the construction cost of the platform. And after the dead weight of the platform is reduced, the working load of the winch lifted on the shore base is correspondingly reduced, and further the design difficulty of the winch and the manufacturing cost of the winch are reduced. The ship lift platform can also be longitudinally split into a plurality of blocks so as to be convenient for manufacturing, transportation and field installation, the single block is of an all-welded structure, and the blocks are connected with one another through bolts, so that the workload of field installation can be reduced, and later maintenance and upgrading are facilitated. The structural form of the ship lift platform is not only suitable for common ship lift platforms, but also suitable for large and ultra-large ship lift platforms.

Detailed Description

The technical scheme of the invention is further explained by combining the drawings and the embodiment.

Referring to fig. 3 to 6, the platform of the ship lift provided by the present invention includes a plurality of platform decks 1, each of the platform decks 1 has a plurality of box beams 2 on the lower surface thereof, and the distance between the box beams 2 can be set according to the actual design of the platform.

Preferably, the box girder 2 comprises a bottom plate 201 and four side plates 202 connected to four sides of the bottom plate 201, a plurality of perforated plates 203 are further disposed in the box girder 201, the top of the box girder 2 is open, and the platform deck 1 is a top plate of the box girder 2, so that the box girder 2 forms a watertight empty compartment, and when the ship lift platform of the present invention is underwater, the buoyancy provided by the box girder 2 can offset part of the load, thereby reducing the load of the hoisting winch. The spacing between the apertured plates 203 may be determined by the position of the rails and the brace of the support on the platform.

Preferably, the perforated plate 203 is a rectangular plate, a through hole is formed in the center of the perforated plate, the perforated plate is arranged to be of a structure shaped like a Chinese character 'hui', and each perforated plate 203 is transversely arranged in the box-shaped beam 2.

Preferably, the perforated plate 203 is further provided with a reinforcing rib structure, and the combination of the perforated plate 203 and the reinforcing rib structure increases the strength of the box beam 2, so that the box beam cannot be deformed by water pressure when underwater.

Preferably, the reinforcing rib structure comprises a plurality of horizontal reinforcing ribs arranged on the perforated plate 203, and a plurality of vertical reinforcing ribs arranged on the perforated plate 203, so that the three directions inside the box beam 2 are all reinforced.

Preferably, a plurality of reinforcing plates 3 are welded between the box beam 2 and the lower surface of the platform deck 1 to reinforce the connection between the box beam 2 and the lower surface of the platform deck 1.

Preferably, the box beam 2, the platform deck 1 and the reinforcing plate 3 are connected by welding.

Preferably, a plurality of reinforcing ribs 4 arranged in the same direction as the box-shaped beams 2 are further arranged on the lower surface of the platform deck 1 to reinforce the strength of the platform deck 1.

Preferably, the platform deck 1 is connected with the platform deck 1 through bolts, so that the whole ship lift platform is convenient to manufacture, transport and install, and each platform deck 1 is transported to the site and connected through bolts.
