Background

When the gate valve needs to be closed, the hand wheel is rotated to drive the valve rod to rotate and descend, and the main valve clack at the bottom end of the valve rod is gradually in extrusion fit with the main valve seat to form a main sealing structure. Meanwhile, the valve rod drives the main valve flap to rotate, the main valve flap drives the rotating shaft arranged at the bottom end of the main valve flap to rotate, the circumferential rack on the rotating shaft is meshed with the transverse rack of the sliding rod arranged in the second flow passage, so that the sliding rod moves towards the direction of the secondary valve seat arranged at the junction of the first flow passage and the second flow passage along the sliding hole, until the main valve flap is completely matched with the main valve seat, the secondary valve flap at the front end of the sliding rod is completely matched with the secondary valve seat to form a secondary sealing structure, the main sealing structure and the secondary sealing structure form a double sealing structure, the high-pressure resistance of the gate valve can be greatly increased, the sealing performance of the gate valve is improved, the primary sealing mechanism is simple in structure, the processing is very convenient, the manufacturing cost is low.

According to the invention, the first flow channel and the third flow channel form an included angle of 11 degrees with the horizontal plane, so that the first flow channel and the second flow channel are coaxially arranged while the flow channel space is enlarged, and the butt joint with an external component is facilitated. The slide bar is also provided with an inclined section which forms an included angle of 11 degrees with the horizontal plane, so that the slide bar is adapted to the first flow channel, and the part damage caused by the collision of the side wall of the first flow channel is avoided.

The mounting hole is formed in the bottom of the valve body in an inclined mode, so that the sliding rod can be conveniently installed and taken out in the later period, the mounting hole is sealed through the sealing plug, and the sealing performance between the sealing plug and the mounting hole is enhanced through the threaded sealing ring.

The mounting ring on the secondary valve seat is fixed with the annular mounting groove on the inner wall of the valve body in an interference fit mode, and the secondary valve seat is very convenient to assemble and disassemble.

The inner wall of the valve body is provided with the annular shoulder for propping against the secondary valve seat, so that the fixing effect of the secondary valve seat is enhanced.

The side wall of the rotating shaft is provided with the limiting ring, after the top end of the rotating shaft is screwed into the main valve flap, the limiting ring is attached to the bottom end of the main valve flap and fixed on the main valve flap through screws, and therefore the fixing effect of the rotating shaft is enhanced.

According to the invention, the fixed column is clamped at the tail end of the long hole of the sliding rod, the spring is connected between the inner end surface of the sliding hole and the fixed column, tension is applied to the fixed column through the spring, and after the valve rod leaves the long hole of the sliding rod, the spring applies tension to the fixed column to pull back the sliding rod, so that the increase of resistance in the flow channel due to the fact that the sliding rod does not return is avoided.

The end face of the secondary valve clack, which is opposite to the liquid inlet, is provided with the plurality of circular protrusions, so that resistance can be generated on fluid on the front face, the scouring of the fluid on the surface of the secondary valve clack is reduced, and the service life of the secondary valve clack is prolonged.

The bottom end of the valve rod and the main valve clack are fixed in a mode that the plurality of snap rings are matched with the annular dovetail grooves, so that the valve is very convenient to disassemble and assemble and has a good fixing effect.
