Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of battery production, in particular to a battery piece printing table and a battery piece printing device.

Background

During the production process of the battery assembly, a conductive material is printed on the surface of the battery piece to form grid lines for collecting current. The battery plate printing device generally comprises a battery plate printing table for bearing battery plates and a printing mechanism arranged above the battery plate printing table.

In a traditional battery piece printing table, the table surface is exposed outside, and a battery piece is in direct contact with the table surface of the battery piece printing table. The traditional battery piece printing table has the following defects: firstly, after printing is finished, the battery piece is manually taken down from a battery piece printing table so as to carry out blanking on the battery piece; secondly, printing paste on the battery piece directly drops on the table-board, so that frequent cleaning of the table-board is needed, and printing efficiency is affected.

In order to overcome the defects of the traditional battery piece printing table, the applicant develops a novel battery piece printing table, wherein a paper placing reel and a paper collecting reel are additionally arranged on two sides of the battery piece printing table, roll paper is arranged on the paper placing reel, and the roll paper discharged from the paper placing reel bypasses the table board of the battery piece printing table and then is wound on the paper collecting reel. When the printed battery piece needs to be driven to horizontally discharge or the printed polluted roll paper needs to be replaced, the paper releasing reel and the paper collecting reel are driven to rotate in the same direction, so that the roll paper is released by the paper releasing reel and is wound by the paper collecting reel.

In order to enable the roll paper to be attached to the table top of the battery piece printing table in a tightening state all the time, the unwinding speed of the paper unwinding reel and the winding speed of the paper winding reel must be ensured to be the same. However, the thickness of the roll paper on the paper feeding roll and the thickness of the roll paper on the paper delivery roll are both in a changing state, so in order to keep the unwinding speed of the paper feeding roll and the winding speed of the paper delivery roll consistent, the current method is: the two sets of driving mechanisms are arranged to respectively drive the paper placing reel and the paper collecting reel to rotate, and then the two sets of driving mechanisms are subjected to matching control through a complex control algorithm, so that the mode undoubtedly increases the production cost of the battery piece printing table and increases the operation difficulty.

Because the roll paper on the paper releasing reel and the paper collecting reel respectively lean against the first main driving wheel and the second main driving wheel, the releasing speed of the paper releasing reel and the winding speed of the paper collecting reel are kept consistent.

In order to keep the unwinding speed of the paper releasing reel consistent with the winding speed of the paper collecting reel, the conventional method is to arrange two sets of driving mechanisms to respectively drive the paper releasing reel and the paper collecting reel to rotate, and then to perform matching control on the two sets of driving mechanisms through a complex control algorithm, so that the mode undoubtedly increases the production cost of the battery piece printing table and increases the operation difficulty.

In view of this, the invention provides a battery piece printing table, which can ensure consistency between the unwinding speed of the paper unwinding spool and the winding speed of the paper collection spool only by arranging a group of driving devices, and reduce production cost and operation difficulty of the battery piece printing table.

The cell printing station of the present invention will now be described by way of example with reference to two embodiments.

First embodiment

As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, the battery piece printing table provided in this embodiment includes an installation frame 1, a printing table 2, a synchronous pulley 3, a first main driving wheel 4, a second main driving wheel 5, a paper releasing reel 6, and a paper collecting reel 7, wherein:

the ink pad 2 is horizontally arranged on the top of the mounting frame 1.

Synchronous pulley 3, first main drive wheel 4 and second main drive wheel 5 set up on mounting bracket 1, and synchronous pulley 3 drives first main drive wheel 4 and second main drive wheel 5 synchronous revolution through the hold-in range.

A paper discharge reel 6 is provided near the first main drive wheel 4, and the paper discharge reel 6 is used for mounting and discharging roll paper, and pressing the roll paper mounted on the paper discharge reel 6 against the first main drive wheel 4.

A delivery spool 7 is provided near the second main drive wheel 5, and the delivery spool 7 is used to take up the roll paper paid out from the delivery spool 6 and press the roll paper taken up on the delivery spool 7 against the second main drive wheel 5.

When the synchronous pulley 3 drives the first main driving wheel 4 and the second main driving wheel 5 to rotate synchronously, the first main driving wheel 4 and the second main driving wheel 5 respectively drive the paper releasing reel 6 and the paper collecting reel 7 to rotate, so that the paper releasing reel 6 releases the roll paper and the paper collecting reel 7 collects the roll paper, and the roll paper released from the paper releasing reel 6 bypasses the table board of the ink pad 2 and then is collected on the paper collecting reel 7.

It can be seen that the battery piece printing table provided in the present embodiment drives the paper feeding reel 6 and the paper delivery reel 7 to rotate by providing the driving device composed of the synchronous pulley 3, the first main driving wheel 4 and the second main driving wheel 5. The paper releasing reel 6 and the paper collecting reel 7 are respectively arranged at the sides of the first main driving wheel 4 and the second main driving wheel 5 and respectively press the roll paper wound on the first main driving wheel 4 and the second main driving wheel 5, so that when the synchronous pulley 3 rotates, the first main driving wheel 4 and the second main driving wheel 5 are driven to synchronously rotate, and the paper releasing reel 6 can release the roll paper and the paper collecting reel 7 can wind the roll paper.

Since the roll paper on the delivery spool 6 and the delivery spool 7 is pressed against the first main drive wheel 4 and the second main drive wheel 5, respectively, the rotational speeds of the first main drive wheel 4 and the second main drive wheel 5 are the same. Therefore, the unwinding speed of the discharge reel 6 and the winding speed of the delivery reel 7 are kept the same, that is, the linear speed of the discharge reel 6 for discharging the roll paper is the same as the linear speed of the delivery reel 7 for winding the roll paper, so that the roll paper on the table of the pad 2 can be always kept in a tensioned state.

In order to realize that the paper discharge reel 6 and the paper delivery reel 7 keep the roll paper wound thereon pressed against the first main driving wheel 4 and the second main driving wheel 5, the battery sheet printing station of the present embodiment optionally further includes a first pulling mechanism and a second pulling mechanism, wherein: a first pulling mechanism is provided on the mounting frame 1, and the paper discharge reel 6 is connected to a driving end of the first pulling mechanism, and the first pulling mechanism is used to pull the paper discharge reel 6 toward the first main driving wheel 4, so that the roll paper mounted on the paper discharge reel 6 is pressed against the first main driving wheel 4. A second pulling mechanism is provided on the mounting frame 1, and the delivery spool 7 is connected to a driving end of the second pulling mechanism, and the second pulling mechanism is used for pulling the delivery spool 7 toward the second main driving wheel 5, so that the roll paper wound on the delivery spool 7 is pressed against the second main driving wheel 5.

Optionally, the first pulling mechanism includes a first rotating link 8 and a first pulling cylinder 9, wherein: first end of first rotation connecting rod 8 rotates to be connected on mounting bracket 1, and the second end at first rotation connecting rod 8 is connected to the reel of putting paper 6, and first tractive cylinder 9 sets up on mounting bracket 1, and first rotation connecting rod 8 is connected to the telescopic link of first tractive cylinder 9, and first tractive cylinder 9 is used for the second end orientation first main drive wheel 4 tractive of first rotation connecting rod 8. The second pulling mechanism comprises a second rotating connecting rod 10 and a second pulling cylinder 11, wherein: the first end of second rotation connecting rod 10 rotates to be connected on mounting bracket 1, and delivery reel 7 is connected at the second end of second rotation connecting rod 10, and second tractive cylinder 11 sets up on mounting bracket 1, and second rotation connecting rod 10 is connected to the telescopic link of second tractive cylinder 11, and second tractive cylinder 11 is used for rotating the second end of connecting rod 10 with the second and draws towards second main drive wheel 7.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in order to make the structure of the present embodiment simpler, the first end of the first rotating link 8 and the first end of the second rotating link 10 are rotatably connected to the frame 1 through the same rotating shaft.

Optionally, the battery piece printing table of this embodiment further includes a first pressing wheel 12 and a second pressing wheel 13, wherein: first pinch roller 12 is close to first main drive wheel 4 and sets up and presses on first main drive wheel 4, walks around the mesa of ink pad 2 again after passing between first pinch roller 12 and the first main drive wheel 4 from the stock form that unreels reel 6, so, has increased the area of contact between the stock form that unreels on unreeling reel 6 and first main drive wheel 4 to the drive effect of unreeling reel 6 has been promoted to first main drive wheel 4. The second pinch roller 13 is arranged close to the second main driving wheel 5 and is pressed on the second main driving wheel 5, and the roll paper passing around the table top of the ink pad 2 is wound on the paper collecting scroll 7 after passing through the space between the second pinch roller 13 and the second main driving wheel 5. Thus, the contact area between the roll paper wound to the delivery spool 7 and the second main driving wheel 5 is increased, and the driving effect of the second main driving wheel 5 on the delivery spool 7 is improved.

In order to ensure that the first pressing wheel 12 and the second pressing wheel 13 continuously press against the first main driving wheel 4 and the second main driving wheel 5, the battery piece printing table of the present invention optionally further comprises a first elastic pressing member 14 and a second elastic pressing member 15, wherein: first elasticity pressing part 14 sets up on mounting bracket 1, and first pinch roller 12 is connected on first elasticity pressing part 14, and first elasticity pressing part 14 presses first pinch roller 12 elasticity on first main drive wheel 4. Second elasticity pressing part 15 sets up on mounting bracket 1, and second pinch roller 13 is connected on second elasticity pressing part 15, and second elasticity pressing part 15 presses second pinch roller 13 elasticity on second main drive wheel 5.

Optionally, the first main driving wheel 4, the second main driving wheel 5, the first pressing wheel 12 and the second pressing wheel 13 are all rubber covered wheels. All set up first main drive wheel 4, second main drive wheel 5, first pinch roller 12 and second pinch roller 13 into rubber coating wheel, realized that first pinch roller 12 is to first main drive wheel 4, and second pinch roller 13 presses second main drive wheel 5's flexibility, effectively prevent the stock form at unreeling, rolling in-process skids.

In order to achieve quick installation and replacement of the roll paper, optionally, the paper discharge reel 6 is detachably connected to the second end of the first rotating link 8 via a first quick-fit mechanism, and the paper collection reel 7 is detachably connected to the second end of the second rotating link 10 via a second quick-fit mechanism.

With continued reference to fig. 1, the roll paper installation and replacement process is as follows:

and (3) a roll paper installation process:

firstly, the extension rod of the first traction cylinder 9 is controlled to extend, so that the paper releasing reel 6 leaves the first main driving wheel 4; the extension of the telescopic rod of the second cylinder 11 is controlled so that the delivery reel 7 leaves the second main driving wheel 5.

Then, the paper discharge reel 6 is detached from the first quick-mounting mechanism, the paper collection reel 7 is detached from the second quick-mounting mechanism, the paper discharge reel 6 is installed back to the first quick-mounting mechanism after a new roll of paper is sleeved on the paper discharge reel 6, and the paper collection reel 7 is installed back to the second quick-mounting mechanism after a new roll of paper is sleeved on the paper collection reel 7. And pulling the free end of the roll paper to enable the free end of the roll paper to sequentially wind around the first pressing wheel 12, the table surface of the ink pad 2 and the second pressing wheel 13 and then be wound on a roll paper cylinder on the paper collection scroll 7.

Finally, the telescopic rod of the first drawing cylinder 9 is controlled to retract, so that the paper unwinding shaft 6 presses the roll paper thereon against the first main driving wheel 4; the telescopic rod of the second pulling cylinder 11 is controlled to retract so that the delivery reel 7 presses the web thereon against the second main drive wheel 5.

By this, the installation of the new roll paper is completed.

And a roll paper replacing process:

firstly, the extension rod of the first traction cylinder 9 is controlled to extend, so that the paper releasing reel 6 leaves the first main driving wheel 4; the extension of the telescopic rod of the second cylinder 11 is controlled so that the delivery reel 7 leaves the second main driving wheel 5.

Subsequently, after the delivery spool 6 and the delivery spool 7 are detached from the first quick-fit mechanism and the second quick-fit mechanism, respectively, the discharged roll paper held on the delivery spool 6 and the used roll paper wound on the delivery spool 7 are detached together with the roll paper.

Then, after a new roll paper is sleeved on the paper releasing reel 6, the paper releasing reel 6 is installed back to the first fast-assembling mechanism, and after a new roll paper is sleeved on the paper collecting reel 7, the paper collecting reel 7 is installed back to the second fast-assembling mechanism. And the free end of the roll paper is pulled, so that the free end of the roll paper is wound on a roll paper cylinder of the paper collection scroll after sequentially passing around the first pressing wheel 12, the table surface of the ink pad 2 and the second pressing wheel 13.

Finally, the telescopic rod of the first drawing cylinder 9 is controlled to retract, so that the paper unwinding shaft 6 presses the roll paper thereon against the first main driving wheel 4; the telescopic rod of the second pulling cylinder 11 is controlled to retract so that the delivery reel 7 presses the web thereon against the second main drive wheel 5.

Thus, the roll paper is replaced.

The structure of the optional first quick-assembly mechanism is the same as that of the second quick-assembly mechanism, and as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the second quick-assembly mechanism 30 is taken as an example and comprises a mounting plate 31, a bearing 32, a reel seat 33, a bolt seat 34 and a bolt 35. Wherein:

the mounting plate 31 is attached to the second end of the second rotating link 10.

The bearing 32 is mounted on the mounting plate 31.

The reel seat 33 is installed in the bearing 32, a first end of the reel seat 33 extends out of the bearing 32 to form a pin seat sleeving part 331, a second end of the reel seat 33 extends out of the bearing 32 to form a reel buckling part 332, a buckling groove is formed on the reel buckling part 332, and a first pin hole penetrating through the reel seat 33 is formed in the reel seat 33.

The pin base 34 is sleeved on the pin base sleeving part 331, and a second pin hole penetrating through the pin base 34 and the first pin hole is formed in the pin base 34.

The first end of bolt 35 can penetrate to the buckle inslot after passing bolt seat 34 and reel seat 33 in proper order through second bolt hole, first bolt hole, and the second end of bolt 35 is provided with the knob.

With continued reference to fig. 4, the mounting of one end of the delivery spool 7 to the second quick-fit structure 30 is as follows:

the latch 35 is rotated outwardly via the knob so that the second end of the latch 35 is clear of the catch groove.

The end of the delivery reel 7 is clipped into the clipping groove.

The bolt 35 is screwed inwards by the knob, and the second end of the bolt 35 enters the buckling groove and penetrates into the insertion hole 71 on the end part of the delivery scroll 7.

The other end of the delivery reel 7 is mounted into the other second quick-mounting structure 30 according to the same steps, and then the mounting of the delivery reel 7 is completed.

With continued reference to fig. 1, the battery sheet printing station of the present embodiment further includes a plurality of first guide rollers 16 disposed at the side of the first main driving wheel 3, and a plurality of second guide rollers 17 disposed at the side of the second main driving wheel 5. In the illustrated embodiment, the first guide rollers 16 are provided in two, and one first guide roller 16 is provided on a first side wall (e.g., left side wall) of the frame 1, and the other first guide rail 16 is provided at a first end (e.g., left end) of the pad 2. The second guide rollers 17 are also provided in two, one of the second guide rollers 17 being provided on a second side wall (e.g., right side wall) of the frame 1, and the other second guide roller 17 being provided at a second end portion (e.g., right end portion) of the ink pad 2.

The roll paper fed from the paper feed reel 6 is guided by the first guide roller 16 to pass over the top surface of the stamp pad 2, and the roll paper passing over the top surface of the stamp pad 2 is guided by the second guide roller 17 to be wound up on the paper feed reel 7.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the ink pad 2 optionally includes a mounting seat 21 and a printing plate 22, wherein: the mounting seat 21 is connected to the mounting frame 1, and a vacuum cavity is formed in the mounting seat 21. The printing plate 22 is mounted on the mounting base 21, the printing plate 22 is provided with an adsorption hole 23 communicated with the vacuum cavity, and the adsorption hole 23 adsorbs the battery piece loaded on the printing plate through the roll paper.

Optionally, the battery piece printing table of the present embodiment further includes a DD motor (not shown), and the mounting frame 1 is connected to a driving end of the DD motor. The DD motor drives the mounting frame 1 to rotate so as to drive the battery piece borne on the ink pad 2 to rotate synchronously, so that the horizontal angle of the battery piece can be accurately adjusted, the battery piece is aligned with the screen printing plate, and the printing precision is improved.

Second embodiment

The structure and the working principle of the battery piece printing table provided by the embodiment are basically the same, and for the sake of brevity of description, only the technical features of the embodiment different from those of the first embodiment are described in the specification.

As shown in fig. 5, in the battery sheet printing station provided in the present embodiment, the first main driving wheel 4 is disposed at a first end (e.g., left end) of the mounting frame 1, and the second main driving wheel 5 is disposed at a second end (e.g., right end) of the mounting frame 1 opposite to the first end. The delivery spool 6 and the delivery spool 7 are located between the first main drive wheel 4 and the second main drive wheel 5. Of course, the delivery spool 6 is disposed adjacent to the first main drive wheel 4 and the delivery spool 7 is disposed adjacent to the second main drive wheel 5.

In this way, when the timing pulley 3 drives the first main drive wheel 4 and the second main drive wheel 5 to rotate synchronously. The roll paper fed from the paper feed reel 6 is wound around the first main drive wheel 4 and then around the table surface of the ink pad 2, and similarly, the roll paper wound from the table surface of the ink pad 2 is wound around the second main drive wheel 5 and then around the paper feed reel 7.

So, this embodiment need not additionally set up the pinch roller, can effectively increase the area of contact between the stock form of paying out on the reel 6 of putting and the first main drive wheel 4, and the area of contact between the stock form of rolling to the collection spool 7 and the second main drive wheel 5 to promote the first main drive wheel 4 to the drive effect of putting the reel 6 of putting, second main drive wheel 6 to the collection spool 7.

Optionally, the cell printing table in this embodiment further includes a dual-axis driving cylinder 18, and the dual-axis driving cylinder 18 is disposed on the mounting frame 1. Wherein: the discharge reel 6 is connected to a first drive shaft 181 of a two-shaft drive cylinder 18, and the two-shaft drive cylinder 18 presses the discharge reel 6 toward the first main drive wheel 4 via the first drive shaft 181 in a first direction to press the roll paper mounted on the discharge reel 6 against the first main drive wheel 4. The delivery spool 7 is connected to a second drive shaft 182 of a two-shaft drive cylinder 18, and the two-shaft drive cylinder 18 presses the delivery spool 7 toward the second main drive wheel 5 via the second drive shaft 182 in a second direction opposite to the first direction, so that the roll paper wound on the delivery spool 7 is pressed against the second main drive wheel 5.

Alternatively, the double-shaft driving cylinder 18 may be a single bidirectional cylinder, or may be composed of two unidirectional double-rod cylinders, and both can press the paper releasing reel 6 and the paper collecting reel 7 against the first main driving wheel 4 and the second main driving wheel 5, respectively.

The invention also provides a battery piece printing device, which comprises the battery piece printing table mentioned in any embodiment, a battery piece input mechanism, a printing device and a battery piece output mechanism, wherein: the battery piece printing table is positioned between the battery piece input mechanism and the battery piece output mechanism, and the printing device is positioned above the battery piece printing table; the battery piece input mechanism is used for inputting a battery piece to be printed onto the battery piece printing table; the printing device is used for printing the battery piece to be printed on the battery piece printing table; the battery piece output mechanism is used for outputting the printed battery pieces.

Therefore, through the matching of the battery piece printing table, the battery piece input mechanism, the printing device and the battery piece output mechanism, the battery piece printing device provided by the invention not only can realize the automatic printing of the battery pieces, but also can realize the automatic blanking of the battery pieces, and the printing efficiency of the battery pieces is improved.

The scope of the invention is defined by the appended claims rather than by the foregoing description of the embodiments.
