5. The process for preparing suspoemulsions containing the synergistic herbicidal compositions as claimed in claim 1 or 2, according to claim 4, which comprises the steps of:

s1: firstly, preparing 30 parts by weight of refined glufosinate-ammonium into a refined glufosinate-ammonium aqueous solution for later use by using 48-56 parts by weight of water;

s2: 1-2.5 parts of haloxyfop-R-methyl by weight is dissolved by cyclohexanone;

s3: adding 3-6 parts by weight of an emulsifier into S2, and stirring to completely dissolve the emulsifier;

s4: adding the refined glufosinate-ammonium aqueous solution prepared in the step S1 to the liquid treated in the step S3, and stirring while adding the refined glufosinate-ammonium aqueous solution; after the addition of the refined glufosinate-ammonium aqueous solution is finished, continuously stirring the mixture until the phase inversion state is achieved;

s5: subjecting the liquid after the treatment of S4 to high shear for 30 min;

s6: adding the following substances in parts by weight into the liquid after the S5 treatment: 1-2 parts of saflufenacil, 3-4 parts of a dispersing agent, 0.6-1.1 parts of a thickening agent and 1 part of a preservative, and continuously shearing for 30min after the addition is finished;

s7: sanding the liquid treated by the S6 to ensure that the particle size D90 in the liquid is less than 5 um;

the suspension emulsion is prepared by the 7 steps.

6. The process for preparing suspoemulsions containing the synergistic herbicide compositions as claimed in claim 1 or 2, according to claim 5, wherein the S6 further comprises 1 part by weight of a wetting agent.

In recent years, new compounds for pesticide development are required to be high, the requirement on high pesticide effect, high safety and high selectivity is required, the problem of can be solved by reasonably compounding and using the existing compounds under the condition of long time and huge cost, and the compounds can be divided into organic pesticides, inorganic pesticides, plant pesticides and microbial pesticides according to raw material sources.

Saflufenacil, other names: babaijin, the molecular formula is: c17H17ClF4N4O5S, chemical name: n' - [ 2-chloro-4-fluoro-5- (3-methyl-2, 6-dioxo-4 (trifluoromethyl) -3, 6-dihydro-1 (2H) -pyrimidine) benzoyl]Saflufenacil is biocidal herbicides, is protoporphyrinogen oxidase (PPO) inhibitor, is easily absorbed by roots, buds and leaves, is conducted through xylem, has quick killing effect and rapid degradation of soil residue, and can effectively control various broadleaf weeds on more than 30 crops such as corn, sorghum, rice, soybean, fruit trees and the like, including weeds resistant to glyphosate and ALS inhibitors, such as chenopodium quinoa, horseweed herb, russia thistle, amaranthus palmeri, ragweed and the like.

However, when the herbicide is used for controlling weeds in fields, the herbicide has low plant control effect and fresh weight control effect on the weeds when the herbicide is used singly, so that the weed control effect in the fields is poor when the herbicide is used singly.

Disclosure of Invention

The purpose of the invention is to provide synergistic composition of herbicides, which has a synergistic effect on the control of herbaceous weeds and broadleaf weeds in the field, overcomes the limitation of single-agent weed control, and realizes the effect of removing weeds in the field after times of application.

The invention also aims to provide a preparation process of suspoemulsions containing the herbicide synergistic composition.

A process for preparing suspoemulsion containing the synergistic herbicide composition includes the following steps:

s1: firstly, preparing 30 parts by weight of refined glufosinate-ammonium into a refined glufosinate-ammonium aqueous solution for later use by using 48-56 parts by weight of water;

s2: 1-2.5 parts of haloxyfop-R-methyl by weight is dissolved by cyclohexanone;

s3: adding 3-6 parts by weight of an emulsifier into S2, and stirring to completely dissolve the emulsifier;

s4: adding the refined glufosinate-ammonium aqueous solution prepared in the step S1 to the liquid treated in the step S3, and stirring while adding the refined glufosinate-ammonium aqueous solution; after the addition of the refined glufosinate-ammonium aqueous solution is finished, continuously stirring the mixture until the phase inversion state is achieved;

s5: subjecting the liquid after the treatment of S4 to high shear for 30 min;

s6: adding the following substances in parts by weight into the liquid after the S5 treatment: 1-2 parts of saflufenacil, 3-4 parts of a dispersing agent, 0.6-1.1 parts of a thickening agent and 1 part of a preservative, and continuously shearing for 30min after the addition is finished;

s7: sanding the liquid treated by the S6 to ensure that the particle size D90 in the liquid is less than 5 um;

the suspension emulsion is prepared by the 7 steps.

By adopting the technical scheme, the haloxyfop-R-methyl is poor in water solubility, so that the haloxyfop-R-methyl is dissolved by using cyclohexanone to prepare an oil phase, and the emulsifier is added into the oil phase, meanwhile, the glufosinate-ammonium is prepared into a glufosinate-ammonium aqueous solution to serve as an aqueous phase, then the aqueous phase is added into the oil phase, and the continuous stirring is carried out, so that the oil phase and the aqueous phase form an emulsion under the action of the emulsifier. Finally, the saflufenacil, the dispersant, the thickener, the wetting agent and the preservative are all added into the emulsion, and the shearing is continued. By the preparation method, the prepared suspension emulsion can not be turbid.

As a further improvement of , the S6 further comprises 1 part by weight of a wetting agent.

The fourth object of the present invention is to provide the use of the above-mentioned herbicide synergistic composition for controlling weeds.

2. by the preparation method, the prepared suspension emulsion can not be turbid and has stronger stability.
