The defoaming agent is selected from or more of silicone oil, silicone compounds, C10-20 saturated fatty acid compounds, C8-10 fatty alcohol compounds and polyoxyethylene glycerol ether.

The capsule shell material is or more of tolyl isocyanate, polymethylene poly-toluene isocyanate, diphenylmethane diisocyanate and urea-formaldehyde resin.

The solvent is or more of toluene, xylene, ethanol, N-dimethylformamide, chloroform, cyclohexanone, cyclohexane and acetone.

The pH regulator of the invention mainly comprises of hydrochloric acid, glacial acetic acid, citric acid, sodium hydroxide, ammonia water, ethylenediamine, triethanolamine and triethylamine.

Compared with the prior art, the pesticide composition of the invention has the following beneficial effects: (1) compared with a single agent, the composition has obvious synergy on rice leaf rollers, obviously improves the control effect and obviously reduces the medication cost; (2) can slow down the drug resistance of the rice leaf roller to the medicament and prolong the service life of the medicament; (3) the composition has quick-acting and long-acting functions on the rice leaf rollers; (4) the field dosage can be greatly reduced, and the environmental pollution and pesticide residue are effectively reduced; (5) reducing toxicity to other non-target organisms.
