The invention relates to the field of cable manufacturing equipment, in particular to an type embossing machine and an adjustable embossing machine head.

Background

In the processing process of the cable, embossing operation needs to be carried out on a cable metal welded pipe; however, the existing cable metal welding pipes have different types, and each type of cable metal welding pipe has different diameters, which requires that the cable metal welding pipes are selected from adaptive embossing heads during embossing. This will add a lot of troubles to the embossing process, not only prolong the process, influence production efficiency, but also improve production cost.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to solve the technical problems and provides kinds of embossing machines and adjustable embossing heads.

The technical scheme provided by the invention is as follows:

the invention provides adjustable embossing machine heads, which comprise arc-shaped embossing sheets, a limiting structure used for limiting the embossing sheets and an adjusting bolt installed on the limiting structure in a threaded mode, wherein the embossing sheets are provided with a end part and a second end part, the adjusting bolt is adjustably abutted to the position, close to the end part, of the arc-shaped embossing sheets to enable the end part to be close to the second end part, so that the distance between the end part and the second end part is adjusted, and an edge part used for embossing the to-be-embossed piece is formed on the inner edge of the embossing sheets.

In the adjustable embossing machine head, the outer edge of the embossing sheet is in a circular arc shape, the embossing sheet is provided with a notch which extends along the radial direction of the embossing sheet and reaches the center of the embossing sheet, and the end part and the second end part are formed on two sides of the notch of the embossing sheet.

Detailed Description
