c) uniformly carding the mixed fiber mixture to prepare flaky paving cotton;

d) heating and baking the flaky cotton laying to form solid cotton.

6. The method according to claim 5, wherein the step a) is to wind the down feather material with a length less than 6cm, clean and sterilize the down feather material, and cut the down feather material into natural fiber material with a fiber length less than 3 cm.

7. The method of claim 5, wherein step after step d) includes step e) of by reopening the staple fiber to form a chemical fiber batting filler material in a discrete form.

Background

The natural down products, such as down coats, down quilts, sleeping bags and the like, have the effects of lightness, warmth retention and the like, the adopted raw materials are mainly the feathers of goose, duck and other waterfowls, have the characteristics of high water repellency, water washing resistance and fluffiness, and are cold-resisting products which are popular for the public, however, the natural down products have limited yield and low cost, the products on the market at present are mixed with chemical fiber (artificial fiber) components in proper proportion, the production cost is reduced under the condition of keeping the equivalent functionality as much as possible, but the content of the natural down in the products is still in the proportion relation of with the functional price.

In addition, although the products filled with the purified fibers have low cost and low price and can be widely popularized in , the filling power is insufficient, and based on the basic requirement of heat preservation, the filling density of the chemical fiber materials is usually more than 2-2.5 times of that of the natural down ( is the filling density of the chemical fibers about 200G/M)2The filling density of the pure natural down feather is about 80G/M2The above), and the requirements for light weight cannot be met, and in addition, -type chemical fiber products are often entangled and conglomerated, so that the problems of low heat retention property, long-term use of the products and the like are caused.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention mainly aims to provide chemical fiber cotton wadding filling materials, which take chemical fiber materials as main materials to replace the cost required by a large amount of natural down, and have the effects of light weight, excellent heat retention, no entanglement of washable fibers and the like when being filled and applied to down products.

Another objective of the invention is that the natural fiber material can be selected from the small feathers with extremely low value classified by the wind power of the natural feather down, and is mainly made by processing the waterfowl feather down (duck feather and goose feather) with the length of less than 6cm, thus ensuring the product performance and having economic benefits and forming the extremely advantageous down-like filling material.

In order to achieve the above effects and purposes, the present invention provides a chemical fiber cotton wadding filling material, which is used to replace down to fill down products, and at least comprises 70 to 99 wt% of chemical fiber materials and 1 to 30 wt% of natural fiber materials, wherein the chemical fiber materials comprise at least types of chemical fiber resin cotton with specifications, the natural fiber materials are natural fibers made of natural down materials, and the fiber length is less than 3 cm.

Preferably, the natural fiber material is selected from waterfowl down feathers with the length of less than 6cm, the down feather material hardly contains down feathers, has extremely low heat retention and value, is not suitable for being directly used as a product of the natural down feathers (down feathers), and is cut into the natural fiber material with the fiber length of less than 3cm, so that the raw material resources can be fully utilized, and the benefit is improved.

Detailed Description

The present invention provides a manufacturing process of chemical fiber cotton filling material, which comprises more than two fiber materials, wherein in the present embodiment, two fiber materials are mainly used, wherein is chemical fiber material, and is natural fiber material.

Referring to fig. 1, the natural fiber material is mainly made of feathers of poultry (such as duck, goose, or water island), and the steps of preparing the natural fiber material mainly include a material drawing step S01, a cleaning step S02, and a cutting step S03.

The method comprises a material taking step S01, wherein appropriate down feather materials are selected, the length of the feathers of the poultry is not , the feathers are 1-15 cm long, high in down content and good in heat preservation, the feathers are quite valuable and suitable for being used as natural down, the feathers with low down content and poor heat preservation, such as long feathers with large flying feathers (thick wings), large wings, two wings and the like, are leftovers and low in market value and are not suitable for being used as natural down.

The cleaning step S02 is to remove odor, grease, bacteria and other impurities attached to the animal feather by subjecting the selected down feather material to decontamination, impurity removal, degreasing, sterilization and other processes. The cleaning step S02 can be divided into a washing degreasing process and a drying sterilization process. After the material drawing step S01 is completed, washing and degreasing, wherein the washing and degreasing process mainly comprises the steps of washing the selected down feather material for 0.5-2 hours by using an aqueous solution prepared from a surfactant with the weight of about 4-10% of that of the down feather material or an alkaline aqueous solution with the pH of 7-10 under the environmental condition of 25-90 ℃, and carrying out dehydration treatment after the washing; and then entering a drying and sterilizing procedure, wherein the dehydrated feather material is placed in a high-temperature environment of 110-140 ℃ mainly in a high-temperature sterilizing mode, the drying operation and the sterilization are carried out simultaneously for at least 20-40 minutes, and the cleaning step S02 is finished after the feather material is completely dried.

In the cutting step S03, the cleaned down feather material is cut into shorter natural fiber material by using a mechanical and physical cutting method. In this example, the cutting method is to cut and crush the down feather material into natural fibers of less than 3cm by using a steel sheet rotating rapidly in a physical shearing mode.

In the present embodiment, the fiber material and the chemical fiber material are chemical fiber resin cotton of at least specifications, the fiber length is 5-100 mm, and the fiber width is 0.1-15D (danier).

Referring to fig. 2 again, after the preparation of the chemical fiber material and the natural fiber material is completed, the mixing and fixing process is started, in which the natural fiber material cut to be less than 3cm by the cutting method is mixed into the chemical fiber material (chemical fiber resin cotton), and the main steps include a material feeding step S04, a material mixing step S05, a cotton carding step S06, a cotton laying step S07, a cotton fixing step S08, and a cutting and winding step S09.

The method comprises a feeding step S04 of feeding 70-99 wt% of chemical fiber materials and 1-30 wt% of natural fiber materials into a cotton mixing bin through a cotton feeding machine, a mixing step S05 of starting the cotton mixing bin to enable the chemical fiber materials and the natural fiber materials to be uniformly mixed in the cotton mixing bin, a carding step S06 of supplying a mixed fiber mixture to a carding machine to enable the fiber mixture to be subjected to carding and loosening in a step to be uniform, a cotton laying step S07 of enabling the fiber mixture subjected to carding and loosening to be made into flaky cotton laying through a lapping machine, a cotton fixing step S08 of sending the cotton fixing step S08 into a drying room through a conveying belt to be fixed at high temperature to form fixed cotton with a fixed shape, and a cutting step S09 of carrying out hot rolling, cutting and rolling on the fixed cotton to obtain the cotton filling material containing the natural fibers (down fibers).

In a preferred embodiment, the mixing ratio of the chemical fiber material and the natural fiber material can be 95 wt% of the chemical fiber material and 5 wt% of the natural fiber material.

As shown in FIG. 3, the chemical fiber batting filling material (solid cotton type) produced by the above steps, which contains longer chemical fiber resin cotton 10 and shorter natural fibers 20 (down short fibers), can be directly applied to predetermined products, such as clothes, jackets, quilts, etc.

In a practical embodiment, after the cutting and winding step S09, the cutting and winding step S09 can be further processed by an opening step S10 of , in which the finished product in the form of solid cotton is opened by an opener to form a dispersed form (opened form), as shown in fig. 4, a chemical fiber cotton wool filling material with good filling power and water-washing dispersion can be formed, as shown in the figure, wherein the chemical fiber cotton wool filling material also comprises longer chemical fiber resin cotton 10 and shorter natural fibers 20 (down short fibers), and by the opened and dispersed form, the product can be filled into a predetermined shape space (down filling grid) according to actual requirements, and the product is added into a horizontal down coat style with a 2-inch pressure grid by using an automatic filling device, and the filling density ratio is about 160G/M2, so that the product can be easily washed in a household machine at least five times without generating a lump.

Through practical experiments and measurements, the chemical fiber cotton wool, the purified chemical fiber cotton wool and the purified natural down feather mixed by 95 wt% of the chemical fiber material and 5 wt% of the natural fiber material in the embodiment are respectively compared as shown in the following table 1.

In conclusion, the invention overcomes the defects of the prior chemical fiber cotton wool material in characteristics and has increased efficacy. However, the above description is only for the purpose of illustrating the preferred embodiments of the present invention, and all extensions, modifications, simple changes and equivalents made by the technical means of the present invention should fall within the scope of the claims of the present invention.
