A photosensitive coating according to claim 1, wherein said latex is a self-crosslinking acrylic emulsion, and the auxiliary comprises an ultraviolet absorber: hexamethylphosphoric triamide, 2-hydroxy-4-n-octoxy benzophenone and a dispersant: polyether modified siloxane and organic silicon modified polyether amide polymer, defoaming agent: polysiloxane solution, thickener: fumed silica.

4. The method for preparing photosensitive coating according to claim 1, wherein the high speed ball milling speed is 250 to 350 r/min.
