5. The core-drill bit as recited in claim 4, wherein said arcuate projections and said arcuate recesses have a textured surface.

The invention discloses a laser welding diamond core bit , which is widely applied to geological exploration, such as drilling and coring on concrete pile foundations of bridges, tunnels and the like, so as to detect whether a concrete pile foundation is qualified or not, and belongs to the technical field of diamond core bits.

The invention aims to provide core-taking drill bits with longer service life.

The core drill bit is formed by connecting a cylindrical metal base body and a plurality of diamond tool bits, wherein the diamond tool bits are uniformly distributed on the end surface of the metal base body; the diamond tool bit comprises a working layer and a transition layer, and is characterized in that a plurality of hard particles are embedded in the transition layer, and the hardness of the hard particles is greater than that of the transition layer.

Because the hardness of the transition layer is weaker than that of the working layer by , after the drill bit is used for a long time, the side surface of the transition layer is worn more by concrete, so that hard particles gradually protrude and are exposed out of the surface of the transition layer, the hard particles replace the surface of the transition layer and are directly contacted with the concrete, the concrete is ground by the hard particles and is difficult to contact with the surface of the transition layer or is rarely contacted with the surface of the transition layer, and thus, the excessive wear to the transition layer is reduced, the transition layer can keep better strength, and further, the cutter head is prevented from falling off.
