Background

The photovoltaic module power generation unit is formed by connecting 60 or 72 cells in series, distance is required to be kept between a cell string and the cell string (string distance), between a bus bar and the cell string, and between the bus bar and a glass edge (creepage distance) in order to meet electrical distance requirements and tidy appearance, each module needs to be measured when typesetting and combining glass in order to ensure that the distance meets requirements of quality drawings, measurement methods are two methods, namely measurement by using a ruler is adopted, measurement is adopted, although the problem of typesetting distance can be found in time before module lamination, the use is very inconvenient, when the ruler is used for measurement, the ruler is only needed to measure the distance at different positions, the distance value at different positions needs to be frequently read and judged to reach the standard each time, the use is extremely inconvenient, and when the tool with single function is used for measurement, the tool with no need to read the value, the tool needs to be frequently switched among different positions and the tool needs to be frequently switched to reach the standard, and the use is extremely inconvenient.

Therefore, it is an urgent need to solve the problems of the art to develop multifunctional typesetting space measuring tools capable of directly judging whether the spaces at different positions reach the standard or not and measuring conveniently.

The technical scheme has the advantages that the distances among different positions are measured through the th creepage measuring area, the third creepage measuring area, the fourth creepage measuring area, the second creepage measuring area, the battery string interval measuring area, the th bus bar and battery string interval measuring area and the second bus bar and battery string interval measuring area, the reference line is aligned with the end of the distance to be measured by taking the corresponding reference line as a measuring reference, whether the other end falls into the measuring area is observed, if the other end does not fall into the measuring area, the problem of the typesetting interval of the component is shown, the component needs to be repaired, the typesetting interval can be conveniently measured through the method, and the measuring efficiency is improved.

According to the technical scheme, compared with the prior art, the invention discloses and provides multifunctional typesetting distance measuring tools, which have the beneficial effects that:

(1) according to the invention, the distances among different positions are measured through a plurality of components, so that the problem that the tool needs to be replaced for many times during measurement can be avoided, and the measurement efficiency can be improved;

(2) whether the typesetting distance meets the requirements or not can be quickly judged by observing whether the edge of the measured part falls into the corresponding measuring area on the tool or not during measurement, so that the measuring process is simpler and the operation is more convenient.

the th bus bar and battery string spacing measurement area 8 measures the spacing between the th bus bar 18 at the head of the photovoltaic module and the battery string 19, and the second bus bar and battery string spacing measurement area 9 measures the spacing between the second bus bar at the tail of the photovoltaic module and the battery string 19. the third reference line 12 is aligned with the edge of the battery string 19, and whether the edge of the th bus bar 18 close to the battery string 19 falls into the th bus bar and battery string spacing measurement area 8 is observed, if the edge falls into the area, the layout distance of the photovoltaic module meets the requirement, if the edge does not fall into the area, the layout distance of the photovoltaic module does not meet the requirement, and the repair is needed.

Measuring whether the space between the battery strings is qualified:
