s3, adhering linings on the reverse side of the bag opening position of the bag opening fabric, drawing a bag opening position on the front side of the fabric after adhering the linings, drawing a bag opening line, and extending two sides of the bag opening line by 2-3 cm respectively to be used as bag opening auxiliary lines of the bag opening fabric;

s4, adhering a lining on the reverse side of the inlaid wire cloth, drawing bag opening length and width lines at a position 1.5-2.5 cm away from the upper end of the obverse side of the inlaid wire cloth, drawing bag opening lines on the inlaid wire cloth, and then extending the bag opening length and the width lines by 2-3 cm to be used as auxiliary lines of the inlaid wire cloth bag opening;

s5, folding and ironing a cloth edge of 0.5-1.5 cm at one transverse edge of the welting cloth to the back surface of the fabric for later use;

s6, placing the bag opening auxiliary line of the bag opening fabric and the auxiliary line of the bag inserting opening completely in a superposed manner to prepare for sewing, wherein the front side of the bag opening fabric is upward, the front side of the thread inserting cloth is downward, and the front sides of the bag opening fabric and the thread inserting cloth are opposite;

Examples

A cutting and sewing method of a single-inserting-line dug bag for a jacket is disclosed, wherein: the method comprises the following steps:

s1, preparing a bag opening fabric, 1 piece of inlaid wire cloth, 1 piece of edge sticking cloth, 1 piece of bag cloth and 1 piece of shaping paperboard strip;

s2, positioning a bag opening position by the bag opening fabric, wherein the length of a bag opening is 12cm, the width of the bag opening is 1cm, and referring to fig. 1, the dimension of the inlaid wire cloth is 16cm in length and 9cm in width; the size of the edge pasting cloth is 16cm in length and 7.5cm in width; the width of the bag cloth is 16cm, and the length is determined according to the requirements of functions and styles; the length of the shaped paperboard strip is 20cm, and the width of the shaped paperboard strip is 2 cm;

s3, a reverse side adhesive lining at a bag opening position of the bag opening fabric is shown in a figure 2, the size of the adhesive lining is added by 1cm on the basis of the length and the width of a bag opening, after the adhesive lining is finished, the front side of the fabric is drawn out of the bag opening position by using a drawing capable of being eliminated, a bag opening line is drawn, after the bag opening position is set, two sides of the bag opening line of the bag opening are extended by 2-3 cm respectively to be used as bag opening auxiliary lines of the bag opening fabric, and the figure 3 is shown;

s4, adhering linings on the back side of the inlaid thread cloth, drawing bag opening lines with a length and a width capable of being eliminated at a position 2cm away from the upper end of the front side of the inlaid thread cloth, drawing bag opening lines on the inlaid thread cloth, properly extending the lengths and the widths of the bag openings by 2-3 cm, using the bag opening lines as inlaid thread cloth bag opening auxiliary lines and aligning the bag opening auxiliary lines with the bag fabric auxiliary lines, and showing a figure 4.

s8, after the upper and lower seam lines of the pocket are sewn, shaping and ironing the pocket by using a prepared shaping paperboard strip, aligning one side of the upper side of the shaping paperboard strip with the upper seam line of the inlaid wire cloth, turning over the shaping paperboard strip wrapped by the inlaid wire cloth upwards, ironing by using an iron, wherein the shaping paperboard strip cannot move at the moment so as to avoid influencing the appearance and the shape of the pocket, as shown in figure 9.

S9, after the pocket mouth is ironed, cutting along a cutting line, breaking open the pocket fabric and the thread inserting cloth, cutting the thread inserting cloth along a first pocket opening line 9-1 and a second pocket opening line 9-2 in a graph 10 to enable the thread inserting cloth to be cut into an upper part and a lower part, cutting the pocket fabric along the first pocket opening line in the graph 10 to be stopped at positions 1cm away from four end points of the pocket mouth, then cutting along a stitch of a third line 9-3 in the graph 10 to be stopped at positions 0.1cm away from the four end points, and not cutting the upper and lower stitched lines to prevent the front two ends of the pocket mouth from forming stubbles, and cutting the two ends of the pocket mouth of the fabric into a triangular shape;

s10, turning the upper and lower parts of the inlaid wire cloth to the reverse side of the pocket-opening fabric through the pocket-opening line, finishing the inlaid wire cloth to be flat on the reverse side, ironing and shaping the pocket mouth on the front side according to the set specification, and referring to the drawings of FIG. 11 and FIG. 12.

S11, after the pocket mouth is opened, in order to prevent the phenomenon of stopping the mouth from appearing at the position of the upper side of the pocket mouth with the sewing line, the pocket opening sewing head with the height of 0.5cm on the upper side of the pocket mouth is inverted to one side of the thread embedding cloth, and the sewing is carried out by using a sitting sewing type with the distance of 0.1cm from the upper side of the pocket mouth on the front side of the thread embedding cloth, as shown in a figure 13.

s13, folding and ironing the lower side of the welt cloth according to a 1cm seam, aligning the upper side of the welt with the upper side of the end b of the bag cloth, and stitching the lower side of the welt cloth on the bag cloth by a buckling and stitching type, as shown in figure 16;

s14, folding the bag cloth in half, aligning the upper edge of the end b of the bag cloth with the upper end of the upper thread-inserting cloth, pulling out and leveling triangles at two ends of the bag mouth, stitching and fixing the triangles and the bag mouth from the end point c of the bag mouth along 0.1cm outside the net thread of the bag mouth, stitching a line of a point c → a point a → a point b → a point d, and fixing by back stitching at the three corners, as shown in figure 17;
