Technical Field

The invention relates to a traditional Chinese medicine emulsifiable paste.

Background

Pathological scars are fibro-metabolic diseases characteristic of the human dermal region, caused by trauma and the like, characterized by the overproduction and deposition of a large amount of connective tissue matrix such as collagen, mainly including hypertrophic scars and keloids. The pathological scar is characterized by massive fibrocyte hyperplasia, excessive deposition of collagen, proteoglycan, glycoprotein and the like in extracellular matrix, and disorganized arrangement of collagen fibers (Jingyasha, Liu-gang, Chinese and Western medicine combined with skin pathology journal, 2009, 8(4), 262-. Hypertrophic scars are mainly caused by the fact that the anabolism of collagen is carried out for a long time and the anabolism speed is exceeded, and collagen fibers are formed in a large quantity. Collagen cellulose is the main substance of scar formation. When a large number of myofibroblasts contract and myocyte surface fibrils form a rigid structure to cause atrophy and hardening of scars, local deformity or dysfunction is caused, and clinical manifestations of abnormal sensation and tumor-like hyperplasia are accompanied by different degrees of dysfunction. Hypertrophic scars differ from normal skin in four ways, namely: itching, hyperplasia, dryness and limited function (forest, Zhangpeng, etc., Chinese pharmacist, 2009, 12(8), 1133-.

The itching-relieving and softening cream for scars is a Chinese medicinal preparation, the main component of which is gallnut, and has a good inhibition effect on the hyperplasia of scars. Modern pharmacological research shows that tannin contained in gallnut can inhibit fibroblast proliferation by precipitating protein, promote small blood vessel contraction and reduce scar blood supply, thereby achieving the purpose of reducing scars. The other components are adjuvant drugs, which are beneficial to the adhesion and penetration of the main drug (Lin Shi, Zhang Peng, etc., Chinese pharmacist, 2009, 12(8), 1133 and 1134). However, the scar itching-relieving softening cream sold in the market has high requirements on storage conditions, and the product is easy to break milk at a high temperature and generate oil-water separation, so that the product is deteriorated and the final treatment effect is influenced, and therefore, a new technical scheme is required to be provided for solving the problems.
