However, the existing melt filter has the defects of simple filtering structure, short service life, poor filtering effect, impurity, foreign matter and the like in the diaphragm, the yield of the diaphragm production is seriously influenced, and the production cost is improved.

Aiming at the problems in the prior art, the invention provides the long-acting high-precision butterfly melt filter which is reasonable in structural design and good in using effect, and effectively solves the problem of melt filtration in the production process of the lithium battery diaphragm.

The invention is described below with reference to the accompanying drawings:

referring to fig. 1-3, the present invention provides a long-term high-precision disc-type melt filter, which comprises a filter assembly, a cylinder assembly, and a connecting pipeline assembly.

The filtering component comprises a filtering core disc 11, a filtering tube core 25, a filtering disc 24, a filtering pressure disc 14, a pressure disc nut 15 and a plug 16, wherein the filtering core disc 11 supports the filtering tube core 25, the filtering disc 24 is a hollow circular ring and is arranged on the filtering tube core 25, the filtering disc 24 is composed of a filtering layer, an interlayer and an internal retainer, the filtering of a melt is mainly realized by the filtering disc, the cylindrical surface on the inner side of the interlayer is uniformly perforated, the filtered melt is ensured to smoothly enter the filtering tube core 25, the filtering disc 24 and a star-shaped support 28 are alternately arranged and are fastened by the pressure disc nut 15 after being compressed, the melt is ensured to enter the filtering tube core through the filtering layer, and the plug 16 plugs the groove of the pressure disc.

The barrel component comprises a filtering barrel 13, a filtering upper cover 10, a filtering lower cover 23, a heating chamber barrel 7 and an upper cover-filtering barrel connecting bolt 5, the filtering component is arranged in the filtering barrel 13 to play a filtering role, the filtering upper cover 10, the filtering lower cover 23 and the filtering barrel 13 are fastened through the upper cover-filtering barrel connecting bolt 5 to form a sealed space, so that a melt can only circulate through a designed pipeline, and the heating chamber barrel 7 plays a supporting role in the whole internal structure.

The connecting pipeline component comprises a transition sleeve 17, an inlet/outlet pipe 20, an inlet/outlet pipe flange 21, a jackscrew seat 8 and a jackscrew 9, wherein the transition sleeve is arranged between the inlet/outlet pipe 20 and a filtering lower cover 21 as well as a filtering upper cover 10, the inlet/outlet pipe 20 is connected on a heating chamber cylinder 7 through a bolt, the jackscrew 9 is positioned at the opposite side of the inlet/outlet pipe 20 and is arranged on the jackscrew seat 8, the jackscrew 9 is screwed up to push the filtering lower cover 21 to move transversely to match and compress the transition sleeve 17, so that the melt can not leak through an outer pipeline and smoothly enters the filtering component.

The heating and heat-insulating part of the filter comprises a heating chamber cylinder heater 12, an inlet/outlet pipe heater 18, an inlet/outlet pipe flange heater 19 and a cylinder heat-insulating cover 26, the heating chamber cylinder heater 12 is arranged in parallel by five groups of annular structures and is covered around a heating chamber cylinder 7 for heating, so that the temperature stability of internal melt is ensured, the inlet/outlet pipe heater 18 and the inlet/outlet pipe flange heater 19 are used for heating an inlet/outlet pipeline and a flange so that the temperature of the melt in the pipeline is ensured to be stable, the melt has excellent fluidity in the internal pipeline, and the cylinder heat-insulating cover 26 is used for insulating the whole melt filter and reducing heat loss.

Referring to fig. 2, the melt flows in the filter through the inlet pipe into the lower filter cover 23, then is divided by the filter platen 14, and then enters the filter tube core 25 after being filtered by the filter disc 24 from the periphery of the filter assembly, and finally flows out through the outlet pipe from the inner pipe of the upper filter cover 10, thus completing the whole melt filtering process.
