The working principle of the invention is as follows:

the two-stage vortex classification and vertical and horizontal sedimentation principles are adopted, the three-dimensional scattering disk 2 and the cage-shaped rotor 4 are driven by the same driving device, the frequency conversion and speed regulation of a driving motor are realized, the three-dimensional scattering disk can be scattered, the vortex dispersion is generated simultaneously, and the arc-shaped guide blades 3 on the outer side of the cage-shaped rotor 4 have the local vortex effect. Because the temperature of the powder concentrator is high, and the electrostatic adsorption is strong, the air supplement valve is arranged at the bottom of the equipment, so that the internal temperature of a circulating system can be reduced, and the materials can be secondarily sorted. The working process of the invention is as follows:

the cement ball mill is used for preparing powder, conveying equipment is used for feeding the powder from a feeding hole 1 in the top of a shell 15 of the machine, superfine powder enters a three-dimensional dispersion area, airflow enters from a middle air inlet 7, the cement powder is dispersed by a material scattering disc rotating at a high speed under the action of a rotating cage material scattering disc 6, and high-speed airflow entering from the air inlet 7 generates local vortex in the three-dimensional dispersion area to scatter materials. Part of coarse particles in the dispersed superfine powder are thrown to the cylinder wall under the action of inertial centrifugal force. The fine powder in the coarse powder is dispersed in the separation device through the three-dimensional dispersion scattering plate 2, and is blown secondarily through the annular vortex airflow of the air supply opening 8, and the fine powder enters the rotating cage secondarily when passing through the action area of the annular blade 11 along with the airflow. Under the impact of the annular blades 11, the other part of coarse powder particles are thrown to the cylinder wall, lose kinetic energy after the impact and slide down along the inner wall surface, fall to the coarse powder receiving device and are discharged and returned to the grinding machine.
