Background

Most melamine boards in the market at present are decorative boards which are prepared by soaking paper with different colors or textures in melamine resin adhesive, drying to a certain degree of curing, adhering the paper to the surfaces of shaving boards, moisture-proof boards, medium-density fiberboards, plywood, blockboards or other hard fiberboard and hot-pressing the paper. The plate has the advantages of smooth surface, difficult deformation due to the same expansion coefficient of the two surfaces of the plate, bright color, wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the surface and economic price, but the formaldehyde content cannot be effectively reduced to influence the health, so the melamine composite plate is provided for solving the problems.

The invention aims to provide a melamine composite board, which utilizes organic fluorine, water-based polyurethane, an anionic surfactant and low-formaldehyde glue as a coating of melamine paper, reduces the release amount of formaldehyde, and simultaneously enhances the characteristics of high brightness and high stain resistance of the melamine paper.

4. carrying out hot pressing on the cold-pressed semi-finished plate for 8 minutes at the temperature of 110-120 ℃ and under the pressure of 7-9Mpa, and carrying out first curing after hot pressing for 8 days;

5. sanding the semi-finished plate after the first cultivation, smearing glue solution on two surfaces of the semi-finished plate, attaching a plate skin layer, and cold pressing for 35-40 minutes at normal temperature and under the pressure of 7-9 Mpa;

6. after the cold pressing is finished, the semi-finished product is placed at the temperature of 120-140 ℃, the pressure is 8-10Mpa, and the hot pressing is carried out for 8-10 minutes;

7. and finishing and sanding the board surface after hot pressing, coating latex on the upper and lower surfaces of the semi-finished product after sanding, adhering melamine paper, cold pressing for 5 hours at normal temperature under the pressure of 5-7Mpa, and cutting to obtain the finished product.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the manufacturing process of the board uses latex as an adhesive in the whole process, so that the formaldehyde content is further reduced, and meanwhile, the latex can obtain a good cementation effect without hot pressing.

7. and finishing and sanding the board surface after hot pressing, coating latex on the upper and lower surfaces of the semi-finished product after sanding, sticking melamine paper 5, cold pressing for 5 hours at normal temperature under the pressure of 5-7Mpa, and cutting to obtain the finished product.
