Background

The belt conveyor is conveying equipment widely used by conveying systems of various manufacturers, and is mainly used for conveying various granular and powdery bulk materials with the bulk density of 0.8t/m 3-2.5 t/m 3. At the conveyer belt transshipment department, the material is in the decline in-process, receives the kinetic energy of moving parts transmission such as gravitational potential energy and coal conveyor belt, and the air flows together with the material, and the effect of these several aspects has caused the malleation in the cover, and under the effect of this pressure, the dust can be to the workspace loss. In addition, the conveying belt is a non-negligible dust source, because the vibration of the belt is inevitably generated during the conveying process, thereby generating the dust raising phenomenon. And the dispersion degree of the dust is relatively high, and the dust with the particle size of less than 5m accounts for more than 70%. The whole conveying process is carried out outdoors, so that dust can fly and even spread to the whole operation area. Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides a movable belt conveyor dust cover, and aims to realize maintenance where to move, reduce labor, reduce disassembly, and be safe and reliable.

A movable belt conveyor dust cover is arranged on a track of a belt conveyor and is characterized by comprising an outer cover plate, an inner cover plate, a hasp, a clamping hook and a movable wheel; the outer cover plate is positioned outside the inner cover plate; the outer cover plate is connected with the inner cover plate through a clamping hook, and the movable wheels are respectively arranged at the lower parts of the inner cover plate and the outer cover plate; the hasp is fixedly installed on the outer side of the outer cover plate, and the outer cover plate is connected with the steel structure of the belt conveyor through the hasp.

When the dustproof cover is fully covered, the outer cover plate is fixed on a steel structure of the belt conveyor by the hasps, and the clamping hooks hook the inner cover plate and cannot move.

The inner and outer cover plates are arc plates with different radiuses, and the existing arc corrugated color steel plates are adopted.

The hasp and the moving wheel are standard hardware.

The buckle is a U-shaped bending piece and is used for limiting and driving the inner cover plate to move.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:

1. the dustproof effect is good, and the movable type dust collector is movable;

2. need not demolish when overhauing the belt, only need the part to open and remove the cover plate, labour saving and time saving.

Detailed Description

As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, a movable belt conveyor dust cover is arranged on a track of a belt conveyor and is characterized by comprising an outer cover plate, an inner cover plate, a hasp, a hook and a movable wheel; the outer cover plate is positioned outside the inner cover plate; the outer cover plate is connected with the inner cover plate through a clamping hook, and the movable wheels are respectively arranged at the lower parts of the inner cover plate and the outer cover plate; the hasp is fixedly installed on the outer side of the outer cover plate, and the outer cover plate is connected with the steel structure of the belt conveyor through the hasp.

The inner and outer cover plates are arc plates with different radiuses, and are wave-shaped color steel plates with specification YX10-32-864, the thickness is 0.6mm, and the bending arc diameters are 2.95m and 3m respectively.

The hasp and the moving wheel are standard hardware, the hasp is made of 304 stainless steel, the type is 5104A-SUS304, and the moving wheel is laterally installed through a bearing pulley BS010-38-12C3L10M 8.

The buckle is the U type piece of bending, uses the 2mm sheet metal preparation of bending, for the restriction with drive the removal of inner shroud.
