Background

In the existing pile foundation construction drilling process, low-clearance construction working conditions such as under a high-voltage line, a communication line network or below a bridge often exist, the construction height is limited, the length of a drill rod is long, when drilling vertically downwards, the drill rod and accessory equipment thereof need a high construction space, a power grid and a communication network circuit in the upper space can only be temporarily cut off, the drill rod and the accessory equipment thereof are connected after the drilling construction is finished, the drill rod and the accessory equipment thereof need to be in coordination with a power grid department for a long time, the construction period is often delayed, construction design can only be modified if the drill rod cannot be coordinated, and great waste of time, economy, labor cost and the like is caused.

The existing solution is to divide the drill rod into multiple sections, and splice the drill rod sections one by one along with the drilling depth.

In the low clearance stirring pile construction, when the drilling rod is spliced section by section, because the drilling rod weight is heavier, the manual work can not be accomplished. The existing method is to use a mechanical arm to assist in splicing a drill rod, the mechanical arm clamps the middle part of the drill rod and vertically transfers the drill rod to a pile position, a power head for fastening a bolt at the splicing position of the drill rod slowly descends, a lower joint at the lower part of the power head is aligned to an upper joint of the drill rod for butt joint, the descending speed of the power head is controlled by the action with high requirement, and the weight of the power head is loaded on the mechanical arm slightly carelessly to cause the damage of the mechanical arm. The rotary radius of the mechanical arm clamping the drill rod is large, the mechanical arm is designed to have strength enough to resist the weight of the power head, the geometric size and the weight of the mechanical arm are large, the strength requirement on the main tower is greatly improved, and the mechanical arm is difficult to realize. In addition, the position of the mechanical arm for clamping the drill rod is the middle part of the drill rod, and a space adjusting room is difficult to be formed due to the fact that the drill rod is clamped by the mechanical arm in a dead mode when the drill rod is in butt joint, so that the drill rod is difficult to butt joint.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a device capable of safely and efficiently completing splicing of drill rod sections of a low-clearance mixing pile.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides a low-clearance stirring pile drill rod section splicing device which comprises an outer frame connected with a fixed foundation, wherein a top plate is arranged at the top of the outer frame, a bottom plate is arranged in the outer frame in an up-and-down sliding manner, a longitudinal adjusting oil cylinder is connected between the top plate and the bottom plate, and through holes for allowing drill rod sections to be spliced to pass through are formed in the top plate and the bottom plate; and the bottom plate is provided with a clamping part for clamping the drill rod section to be spliced.

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present invention. In other embodiments, the longitudinal adjusting cylinder 2 may also be hinged to the bottom plate 7, so that the longitudinal angle of the drill rod section 1 to be spliced may be adjusted by different expansion amounts of the plurality of longitudinal adjusting cylinders 2, and it is preferable that the upper end and the lower end of the longitudinal adjusting cylinder 2 are hinged to the top plate 31 and the bottom plate 7, respectively.

In some embodiments, the bottom of the outer frame 3 is provided with an inwardly extending saddle 32, and the saddle 32 is used for limiting the bottom plate 7 to prevent the bottom plate 7 from being removed from the outer frame 3. Therefore, the bottom plate 7 can be prevented from being separated from the outer frame 3 due to misoperation or the out-of-control of the longitudinal adjusting oil cylinder 2, and the safety of the device is further improved.
