8. The pesticide preparation of claim 7, wherein the bactericidal composition accounts for 1-90% of the total weight of the pesticide preparation.

The agricultural chemical preparation of claim 7, wherein the adjuvant is one or more selected from the group consisting of a dispersant, a wetting agent, an emulsifier, a spreader, a stabilizer, a thickener, an antifreeze, a disintegrant, a binder, an antifoaming agent, a film-forming agent, a colorant, a filler and a solvent.

Background

The fungal hazard is also called fungal disease, is an infectious disease of plants, can be infected mutually, has an infection process, and is a parasite fungus generally serving as a pathogen. The fungal diseases are various and account for more than 70-80% of all plant diseases, are widely distributed in China, are harmful in fields, and also harm fruits due to the latent infection characteristic, so that the yield is reduced, the fruits lose commodity value, the loss is large, and the fruit production safety is seriously influenced.

Isopyrazam (English name: isopyrazam, molecular formula C)20H23F2N3O) is a novel succinate dehydrogenase inhibitor, has super-strong protection and treatment activity, and is widely used for preventing fungal diseases of grain crops, melon and vegetable crops and fruit trees. The isopyrazam has unique mechanism and novel action, and has no obvious cross resistance with other commonly used compounds. However, succinate dehydrogenase inhibition is very easy to induce high resistance of diseases due to single action target, and continuous use may cause failure of the compound.

The compounding of the pesticide is a scientific scheme for avoiding the resistance of the product caused by plant diseases and insect pests, and the new compound is compounded with other components, so that the resistance can be effectively solved. In addition, the combination of active ingredients after mixing of different active ingredients is usually expressed as synergy, additive effect or antagonism due to the differences in composition, structure, physicochemical properties of the active ingredients. The synergistic effect is the mutual cooperation between different substances, and the generated effect is larger than the sum of the effects of the components; and additive action is that it produces an effect equal to the sum of the effects of the individual components; antagonism is a phenomenon in which when two substances act on a living organism, one substance interferes with the effect of the other substance or interferes with each other, so that the overall effect is reduced. Therefore, how to select the compounded pesticide components is a key factor for simultaneously solving the problem of resistance and improving the control effect.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above, the present invention aims to provide a pesticide bactericidal composition with synergistic effect, so that the bactericidal active ingredients can synergistically improve the control effect of each other;

the invention also aims to provide application of the pesticide bactericidal composition in crop disease resistance and application in preparation of related pesticide formulations.

In order to achieve the above purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme:

a pesticide bactericidal composition comprises shenqinmycin and isopyrazam, and can also consist of shenqinmycin and isopyrazam.

Wherein the molecular formula of the shenazine-1-carboxylic acid is C13H8N202The chemical name is phenazine-1-carboxylic acid; the molecular formula of the isopyrazam is C20H23F2N3O, chemical name 3- (difluoromethyl) -1-methyl-N- [1, 2, 3, 4-tetrahydro-9- (1-methylethyl) -1, 4-methanonaphthalen-5-yl]-1H-pyrazole-4-carboxamide.

The shenqinmycin is a fermentation product of pseudomonas fluorescens M18, mainly contains phenazine-1-carboxylic acid (phenazine-1-carboxylic acid), has the characteristics of high efficiency, low toxicity, broad spectrum, no public hazard and good environmental compatibility, and has excellent prevention effect on most fungal diseases. Large-area popularization tests are carried out on shenqinmycin all over the country, and the shenqinmycin has ideal field control effect on field crop diseases, melon and vegetable diseases, fruit tree diseases and the like.

The tests of the invention show that the two effective components of the shenqinmycin and the isopyrazam have certain synergistic effect in a reasonable range, can reduce the usage amount of the active components of the pesticide and improve the control effect. The mass ratio of the shenqinmycin to the isopyrazam is preferably 50: 1-1: 50, more preferably 20: 1-1: 20, and even more preferably 10: 1-1: 10. In a specific embodiment of the invention, the mass ratio of shenqinmycin to isopyrazam is 1:50, 1:20, 1:10, 1:5, 1:1, 5:1, 10:1, 20:1 or 50: 1.

The compound composition of the shenqinmycin and the isopyrazam is subjected to indoor toxicity measurement, rice sheath blight, tomato blight and pepper anthracnose are taken as test objects, and the results show that after the shenqinmycin and the isopyrazam are compounded, compared with a single agent, the compound composition has an obvious synergistic effect on the control effects of the rice sheath blight, the tomato blight and the pepper anthracnose, and the synergistic effect is especially obvious within the range of 1: 10-10: 1. The corresponding field control effect test also shows obviously higher control effect than that of a single agent. Therefore, the invention provides the application of the pesticide sterilization composition in preventing and treating crop fungal diseases and the application in preparing pesticide preparations for preventing and treating crop fungal diseases.

Wherein the crop fungal diseases are field crop diseases, vegetable crop diseases or fruit tree crop diseases. The field crop diseases comprise but are not limited to rice diseases, wheat diseases and corn diseases, the vegetable crop diseases comprise but are not limited to tomato diseases, cucumber diseases and pepper diseases, and the fruit crop diseases comprise but are not limited to apple diseases and grape diseases.

In a specific embodiment of the invention, the crop fungal diseases are rice sheath blight disease, wheat sheath blight, corn root rot, apple leaf spot, grape downy mildew, apple scab, pepper wilt, cucumber powdery mildew, tomato blight and pepper anthracnose.

According to the application, the invention also provides a pesticide preparation for preventing and treating crop diseases, which comprises the bactericidal composition and a pesticide acceptable auxiliary agent.

Wherein, the bactericidal composition accounts for 1-90% of the total weight of the whole pesticide preparation. A person skilled in the art can select auxiliary materials according to a method known in the art to prepare any agriculturally acceptable formulation, and the preferred formulation is a suspending agent, a wettable powder, a seed coating agent, an aqueous emulsion, a microemulsion, missible oil, granules or water dispersible granules.

The adjuvant may be one well known to those skilled in the art as being suitable for use in pesticide formulations, and the present invention preferably includes one or a mixture of two or more of dispersants, wetting agents, emulsifiers, spreaders, stabilizers, thickeners, antifreeze agents, disintegrants, binders, antifoam agents, film formers, colorants, fillers and solvents.
