1. A fermentation method of soybean meal is characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps:

(1) crushing 400 parts of 300-sand soybean meal, 200 parts of 100-sand corn, 50-100 parts of rapeseed cake and 50-100 parts of wheat bran, sieving with a 80-100-mesh sieve, and sterilizing for later use;

(2) mixing the soybean meal, the corn meal, the rapeseed cake powder and the wheat bran powder prepared in the step (1) with 5-10 parts of bacillus, 5-10 parts of lactic acid bacteria, 0.4-0.5 part of brown sugar, 10-15 parts of calcium element, 3-5 parts of phosphorus element, 2-5 parts of sodium element, 2-3 parts of potassium element, 0.01-0.03 part of copper element, 0.01-0.02 part of cobalt element, 0.02-0.05 part of iodine element, 0.02-0.05 part of zinc element, 0.01-0.02 part of selenium element, 0.01-0.02 part of fluorine element and 0.01-0.02 part of manganese element, and adding water to adjust the water content of the materials to be 60-70 percent;

(3) and (3) putting the mixed material prepared in the step (2) into a fermentation container for fermentation.

c. pressing the soybeans softened in the step (b) into blank sheets and drying;

d. conveying the dried soybeans in the step (c) into a first frying pan, and carrying out flow frying for 20-30 minutes at the temperature of 100-110 ℃;

e. the soybeans in the step (d) are transmitted to a second frying pan, and are fried for 20-30 minutes at the temperature of 100-110 ℃;

f. squeezing the soybeans obtained in the step (e) by using an oil press to respectively obtain oil and soybean meal.

3. The fermentation method according to claim 2, wherein the drying temperature is 90 ℃ to 100 ℃ and the drying time is 20 to 30 minutes.

4. A fermentation process according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein: the fermentation conditions were: fermenting for 2-3 days at 40-45 deg.C in sealed condition.

5. A fermentation process according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein: the fermentation container is a fermentation tank, a fermentation vat or a fermentation tank.

6. A fermented soybean meal product produced by the fermentation method according to any one of claims 1 to 5.

7. Use of the fermented product of soybean meal according to claim 6 for preparing animal feed.

Background

The soybean meal is a byproduct obtained after soybean oil is extracted from soybeans. Also known as soybean meal. The main components of the soybean meal are as follows: 40 to 48 percent of protein, 2.5 to 3.0 percent of lysine, 0.6 to 0.7 percent of tryptophan and 0.5 to 0.7 percent of methionine. The raw soybean cake and soybean meal contain antitrypsin, uremic enzyme, saponin, goiter inducing factor and the like, and have adverse effects on digestion and utilization of animals and feed. The requirements of the soybean meal are mainly concentrated in the breeding industry and the feed processing industry, and are used for producing livestock and poultry edible feed and the like.

When the soybean meal is used as a raw material of animal feed, the soybean meal is directly fed to animals in a very traditional mode. But because the soybean meal is difficult to digest, the utilization rate of the feed is low. At present, the soybean meal is subjected to fermentation treatment, some soybean meal needs to be prepared with special fermentation strains, and some soybean meal fermentation products have low content of trace elements, lysine and the like which are necessary for animal growth.

In order to solve the above technical problems, it is urgently needed to provide a method for fermenting soybean meal with high mineral content and high nutrient content.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a method for fermenting soybean meal. The method can prepare fermented soybean meal product with high nutritive value. The fermented soybean meal product can be used for animal feed.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:

the invention provides a fermentation method of soybean meal, which comprises the following steps:

(2) mixing the soybean meal, the corn meal, the rapeseed cake powder and the wheat bran powder prepared in the step (1) with 5-10 parts of bacillus, 5-10 parts of lactic acid bacteria, 0.4-0.5 part of brown sugar, 10-15 parts of calcium element, 3-5 parts of phosphorus element, 2-5 parts of sodium element, 2-3 parts of potassium element, 0.01-0.03 part of copper element, 0.01-0.02 part of cobalt element, 0.02-0.05 part of iodine element, 0.02-0.05 part of zinc element, 0.01-0.02 part of selenium element, 0.01-0.02 part of fluorine element and 0.01-0.02 part of manganese element, and adding water to adjust the water content of the materials to be 60-70 percent;

(3) and (3) putting the mixed material prepared in the step (2) into a fermentation container for fermentation.

Preferably, the invention adopts special high-quality soybean meal as raw materials, which can obviously improve the quality of final fermentation products, and the soybean meal is prepared by the following method:

a. removing impurities from semen glycines, cleaning, and sterilizing;

b. crushing the soybeans obtained in the step (a), and softening the crushed soybeans in a softening pot at a softening temperature of 80-100 ℃ for 20 minutes;

c. pressing the soybeans softened in the step (b) into blank sheets, and drying to remove 5-6% of moisture of the soybeans;

d. conveying the dried soybeans in the step (c) into a first frying pan, and carrying out flow frying for 20-30 minutes at the temperature of 100-110 ℃; 1-2% of soybean moisture can be removed;

e. the soybeans in the step (d) are transmitted to a second frying pan, and are fried for 20-30 minutes at the temperature of 100-110 ℃;

f. squeezing the soybeans obtained in the step (e) by using an oil press to respectively obtain oil and soybean meal.

Further, in the step (c), the drying temperature is 90-100 ℃, and the drying time is 20-30 minutes. By the treatment of the steps (b) and (c), part of the urease can be effectively killed, about 1.2% -1.3% of the urease can be killed, and the content of the soybean protein is increased.

And (d) performing high-temperature stir-frying on the dried soybeans in a frying pan to further kill part of urease, wherein 0.2-0.3% of urease can be killed by each stir-frying. The purpose of changing the frying pan can prevent the soybeans from staying in the frying pan for too long time, evaporate reasonable moisture of the soybeans within 20-30 minutes, kill partial urease, improve the dissolution ratio of the soybean protein, and ensure that the soybean protein is also high, so that the soybeans are golden in color and fragrant and strong in fragrance.

The protein dissolution ratio of the soybean meal prepared by the method can reach 80-90%.

In the formulation of the present invention, various mineral elements are added, which can be realized by additives commonly used in the art, such as calcium carbonate, sodium chloride, potassium chloride, copper sulfate, zinc sulfate, manganese sulfate, selenium yeast, cobalt sulfate, phosphate, and the like.

Optionally, in the above fermentation method, the fermentation conditions are: fermenting for 2-3 days at 40-45 deg.C in sealed condition.

Optionally, the fermentation vessel is a fermentor, a fermenter, or a fermentation tank.

The invention also claims a soybean meal fermented product prepared by the fermentation method and application of the soybean meal fermented product in preparing animal feed.
