1. A method of manufacturing a shoe component, comprising: the method comprises the following steps:

(A) a first mixing step: taking a coffee grounds material and a porous material to combine with each other in a stirring way to form a porous structure attached with coffee aroma;

(B) standing: standing the porous structure for a period of time in hours;

(C) a second mixing step: adding a rubber plastic material to coat the porous structure, wherein the rubber plastic material is provided with a plurality of pores for coffee aroma to penetrate through so as to form a shoe material part filling material;

(D) the setting step: injecting the shoe material part perfusion material into a shoe material part mould; and

(E) hot press molding: pressurizing and heating the shoe material piece mold to form a shoe material piece.

2. The method of manufacturing an item of footwear according to claim 1, wherein: in the first mixing step (a), the porous material is diatomaceous earth.

3. The method of manufacturing an item of footwear according to claim 1, wherein: in the first mixing step (A), the coffee grounds material is added in an amount of 20% to 40%.

4. The method of manufacturing an item of footwear according to claim 1, wherein: in the first mixing step (A), the addition amount of the porous material is 3-10%.

5. The method of manufacturing an item of footwear according to claim 1, wherein: in the second mixing step (C), the rubber-plastic material is Natural Rubber (NR) or ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA).

6. The method of manufacturing an item of footwear according to claim 1, wherein: and (E) in the step of hot-press forming, the shoe material part is a sole, a vamp, a shoe decoration or a connecting band.

The method of manufacturing an item of footwear according to claim 1, wherein: in the second mixing step (C), the pore diameter of the pores is larger than the body diameter of the gaseous molecules, so that the coffee aroma penetrates through a plurality of pores of the rubber-plastic material.

8. The method of manufacturing an item of footwear according to claim 1, wherein: and (E) in the step of hot press forming, the shoe material piece is suitable for a shoe body, the shoe body comprises a vamp and a sole, and the shoe material piece is arranged between the vamp and the sole.

Technical Field

The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a shoe material having coffee aroma and containing a biodegradable material as a composition.

Background

Generally, the shoe material is made of polyurethane, leather or materials which do not meet the environmental protection standard, because the ventilation effect is limited, the efficacy of removing hot air and moisture in the expected period can not be achieved, when a user wears the shoe for a period of time, the foot of the user is easy to accumulate foot sweat, the foot of the user is often uncomfortable or sweaty due to sultriness, and the like, so that the shoe is filled with stink and peculiar smell, and even can become a hotbed with grown mildew and the like.

Furthermore, since the general shoe material is made of polyurethane, it is not easy to decompose when buried in soil, and it will generate many pollutants harmful to human body when burned or release toxin to cause serious pollution to environment, difficult to recycle, difficult to treat or increase garbage amount, which causes serious harm to global environment for many years.

Modern people are influenced by western cultures, the demand for coffee is increasing day by day, coffee provides vitality for many people for a whole day, however, after drinking coffee, coffee grounds are not left, the quantity is remarkable day by day, the waste coffee beans and the used coffee grounds are also discarded as garbage, although a part of coffee grounds can be recycled, the speed of coffee grounds generation is still higher, the coffee grounds belong to organic wastes, the waste coffee beans can be incinerated or buried in the spot as fertilizers of soil, and under the condition of available and limited land resources, if the proportion of recycling can not be greatly improved, the environment of our life is bound to be burdened.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing a method for manufacturing a shoe material part, which mainly fully recycles and recycles coffee grounds, and can be naturally decomposed in the environment without damaging the environment when the coffee grounds are waste after being used due to the effects of deodorization and coffee fragrance emission.

(D) the setting step: injecting the shoe material part perfusion material into a shoe material part mould; and

(E) hot press molding: pressurizing and heating the shoe material piece mold to form a shoe material piece.

Preferably, in the first mixing step (a), the porous material is diatomite.

Preferably, in the (a) first mixing step, the coffee grounds material is added in an amount of 20% to 40%.

Preferably, in the first mixing step (a), the amount of the porous material added is between 3% and 10%.

Preferably, in the step (C), the rubber-plastic material is Natural Rubber (NR) or ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA).

Preferably, in the step (E), the shoe material member is a sole, an upper, a shoe decoration, or a connecting band.

Preferably, in the step (C), the pores have a diameter larger than the body diameter of the gaseous molecules, so that the coffee aroma penetrates through the pores of the rubber-plastic material.

Preferably, in the step (E), the shoe material is adapted to a shoe body, the shoe body includes a vamp and a sole, and the shoe material is disposed between the vamp and the sole.

Accordingly, the present invention provides a method of manufacturing a shoe component, the method comprising the steps of: (A) the shoe material mainly comprises a first mixing step, a standing step, a second mixing step, a setting step and a hot-press forming step, wherein waste coffee grounds are recycled and reused as raw materials to manufacture shoe material pieces, so that the shoe material pieces not only can give aroma to coffee, but also have the functions of deodorization, dehumidification and the like when being worn by a user, and further multiple purposes of material taking, environmental protection, low cost, strong structure and use post-treatment environmental protection are achieved.

Detailed Description

The foregoing and other aspects, features and advantages of the invention will be apparent from the following more particular description of preferred embodiments, as illustrated in the accompanying drawings.

Referring to fig. 1 to 3, a first embodiment of the present invention provides a method for manufacturing a shoe component, including: (A) a first mixing step 21, (B) a standing step 22, (C) a second mixing step 23, (D) a setting step 24, and (E) a hot press molding step 25, in which:

the (a) first mixing step 21: mixing a coffee grounds material 30 and a porous material 40 to form a porous structure 50 with coffee aroma; in the present embodiment, the coffee ground material 30 is ground coffee beans or coffee grounds, has the aroma of coffee and is granular, and is heated at a predetermined temperature, for example: at 110 ℃, the coffee grounds material 30 is full of holes on the surface according to the activated carbon principle because the coffee grounds material 30 and the porous material 40 are stirred, so that the porous material 40 is adsorbed in the holes of the coffee grounds material 30; in the first mixing step (a) 21, the porous material 40 is diatomite and is in a powder shape, the body diameter of the porous material 40 is smaller than that of the coffee grounds material 30, and the recycled waste diatomite is used as a material for manufacturing shoe materials, so that the recycling value of waste is improved, the environmental pollution is reduced, and the requirement of environmental protection is met; in the first mixing step (a) 21, the addition amount of the coffee grounds 30 is 20% to 40%, the addition amount of the porous material is 3% to 10%, in this embodiment, the addition amount of the coffee grounds 30 is 40% for example, and the addition amount of the porous material 40 is 10% for example; therefore, because the coffee grounds 30 have a structure similar to that of activated carbon and contain a plurality of air holes to absorb moisture, the coffee grounds 30 belong to acidic substances, can neutralize ammonia gas, improve the absorption rate of odor, further achieve the value of recycling wastes, reduce the burden of the environment, and have the functions of deodorization, dehumidification and the like.

The (B) standing step 22: allowing the porous structure 50 to stand for a period of time in hours; in this example, the standing time is exemplified by 1 hour to 2 hours, but the present example is not limited thereto. After standing still, the water content of the porous structure 50 will decrease, so that the coffee aroma can be retained in the porous structure 50 and not be easily lost, and the coffee aroma can be maintained for a longer time and stored for a long time, thereby obtaining the optimal porous structure 50.

The (C) second mixing step 23: adding a rubber plastic material 60, so that the rubber plastic material 60 covers the porous structure 50, and the rubber plastic material 60 is provided with a plurality of pores 61 for the coffee aroma to penetrate through so as to form a shoe material part filling material 70; in this embodiment, the rubber-plastic material 60 is Natural Rubber (NR), but not limited thereto, or Ethylene Vinyl Acetate (EVA), and 50% of the rubber-plastic material 60 is added. The rubber material 60 effectively reinforces the mechanical strength between the materials, has no toxicity, and accords with the characteristics of environment-friendly green materials; further, the rubber plastic material 60 has a plurality of pores 61, and the pore diameter of the pores 61 is larger than the body diameter of the gaseous molecules, so that the coffee aroma penetrates through the pores 61 of the rubber plastic material 60, and the fragrant effect is achieved.

The (D) setting step 24: injecting the shoe material part perfusion material 70 into the shoe material part mould; in this embodiment, the shoe material mold comprises a fixed mold seat and a movable mold seat corresponding to the fixed mold seat, and the liquid shoe material filling material 70 is evenly distributed in the mold cavity of the fixed mold seat, so as to facilitate the shaping operation.

The (E) hot press molding step 25: pressurizing and heating the shoe material piece mold to form a shoe material piece A; in this embodiment, the movable mold base is used to pressurize and heat the fixed mold base to form the solid shoe material a, which is taken as an example of a sole, but not limited thereto, and may be a vamp, a shoe decoration, a connecting band, or the like; therefore, the shoe material piece A is manufactured by the manufacturing method of the shoe material piece, the value of recycling waste is improved, garbage can be reduced, and the problems that natural ecology is polluted by any residue and the like cannot occur in subsequent environment-friendly recycling treatment.

Referring to fig. 4, a perspective view of a second embodiment of the present invention is shown, wherein the shoe material a is adapted to a shoe body 80, the shoe body 80 includes a vamp 81 and a sole 82, and the shoe material a is disposed between the vamp 81 and the sole 82; therefore, the invention is easy to decompose in natural environment to reduce environmental damage, so as to meet the environmental protection requirement of the present society, and can not generate harmful influence on the environment, thereby leading people to obtain an environment-friendly, sustainable and nontoxic living environment.

Please refer to fig. 5, which is a perspective view of a third embodiment of the present invention, wherein the shoe material a is a connecting band, and the manufacturing method of the shoe material makes the present invention not only limited to the sole, but also can be used to manufacture any part of the shoe, so as to achieve the application diversity; therefore, the recycling performance of the waste can be improved, and the requirement of environmental protection is met.

The above is a configuration description of each main component of the embodiment of the present invention. The mode of use and efficacy of the invention are described below.

Therefore, the invention provides a manufacturing method of a shoe material piece, which comprises the following steps: the first mixing step (A) 21, the standing step (B) 22, the second mixing step (C) 23, the setting step (D) 24 and the hot press molding step (E) 25 mainly recycle the waste coffee grounds 30 as raw materials to manufacture the shoe material A, can give the aroma to coffee, and has the functions of deodorization, dehumidification and the like when being worn by a user, thereby achieving the multiple purposes of material selection, environmental protection, low cost, strong structure and environmental protection according with post-treatment.
