an absorption tower (1);

a circulating acid tank (2) which is connected with the absorption tower (1) through a pipeline; the high-efficiency heat exchanger (5) is characterized in that an acid inlet (54) of the high-efficiency heat exchanger is connected with the circulating acid tank (2) through a pipeline, and an acid outlet (55) of the high-efficiency heat exchanger is connected with the absorption tower (1) through a pipeline;

wherein, all equipment pipeline inner walls of overflowing contact acid are fluoroplastic materials except the high-efficiency heat exchanger (5), the filler in the absorption tower (1) is polytetrafluoroethylene material, and the high-efficiency heat exchanger (5) is a plate-type strong corrosion-resistant metal heat exchanger.
