Each group of the lifting members 223 includes a lifting motor 2231, a lifting screw 2232, an upper mounting seat 2233, a lower mounting seat 2234 and a lifting block 2235, the upper mounting seat 2233 and the lower mounting seat 2234 are respectively and fixedly disposed at the upper end and the lower end of the support rod 221, the lifting motor 2231 is fixedly disposed at the top of the upper mounting seat 2233, the lifting screw 2232 is rotatably disposed between the upper mounting seat 2233 and the lower mounting seat 2234, one end of the lifting screw 2232 is fixedly connected to an output shaft of the lifting motor 2231, the lifting block 2235 is screwed onto the lifting screw 2232, one end of the lifting block 2235 passes through a sliding groove on the support rod 221 and is fixedly connected to the lifting rod 222, at this time, the lifting motors 2231 in the two groups of lifting members 223 work, the lifting motor 2231 drives the lifting screw 2232 to rotate, the lifting screw 2232 rotates on the upper mounting seat 2233 and the lower mounting seat 2234, the lifting block 2235 screwed with it is adjusted, and the lifting block 2235 drives the lifting rod 222 fixedly connected with it to slide and lift on the sliding groove.

The extension assembly 23 comprises a fixing rod 231, an extension rod 232, an extension part 233 and a locking part 234, the fixing rod 231 is fixedly arranged at the top of the lifting rod 222, the inside of the fixing rod 231 is of a hollow structure, the extension rod 232 is positioned in the fixing rod 231, the extension rod 232 is in sliding fit with the supporting rod 221, a plurality of extension teeth 235 are fixedly arranged at the top of the extension rod 232 at intervals, an opening is arranged at one side of the top of the fixing rod 231, the extension part 233 is arranged at the opening of the fixing rod 231, two groups of the locking parts 234 are arranged, the two groups of the locking parts 234 are symmetrically arranged at two sides of the fixing rod 231, the gas collecting hood 3 is driven to extend and adjust forwards through the arrangement of the extension assembly 23, when the extension part 233 needs to extend and adjust, the extension rod 232 is driven to adjust forwards in the fixing rod 231 to extend, after the extension adjustment is completed, the extension rod 232 is limited and fixed by the locking component 234.

The extension component 233 comprises an extension motor 2331, two mounting seats 2332, two driving belts 2333, a driving shaft 2334 and a driving gear 2335, the extension motor 2331 is fixedly arranged at the top of the fixing rod 231, the two mounting seats 2332 are symmetrically arranged at two sides of the opening, the driving shaft 2334 is rotatably arranged on the driving seat, the driving gear 2335 is fixedly arranged at the middle position of the driving shaft 2334, the driving belt 2333 is sleeved on the output shaft of the extension motor 2331 and one end of the driving shaft 2334, at this time, the extension motor 2331 in the extension component 233 works to drive the driving belt 2333 to rotate, the driving belt 2333 drives the driving shaft 2334 on the two mounting seats 2332 to rotate, the driving shaft 2334 drives the driving gear 2335 fixedly connected therewith to synchronously rotate, the driving gear 2335 drives the extension tooth 235 engaged therewith to move, the extending teeth 235 drive the extending rod 232 to perform extending adjustment.

Every group locking part 234 all includes mounting bracket 2341, locking cylinder 2342 and latch segment 2343, mounting bracket 2341 is fixed to be set up on the dead lever 231, locking cylinder 2342 fixed mounting be in mounting bracket 2341's top, the output of locking cylinder 2342 runs through mounting bracket 2341 top, latch segment 2343's one end with locking cylinder 2342's output fixed connection, latch segment 2343's the other end runs through dead lever 231 lateral wall with extension rod 232 conflicts the cooperation, and when extension rod 232 extends the work of locking cylinder 2342 on the back mounting bracket 2341 that finishes, drive latch segment 2343 and promote forward, and latch segment 2343 fixes extension rod 232 locking on dead lever 231.

The pressing component 24 includes a fixed block 241, an electric push rod 242, two guide seats 243 and two guide rods 244, the fixed block 241 is fixedly disposed at one end of the extension rod 232 located outside, the electric push rod 242 is fixedly disposed on the fixed block 241, an output end of the electric push rod 242 is disposed downward, the two guide seats 243 and the two guide rods 244 are both disposed, the two guide seats 243 are both fixedly disposed on the fixed block 241 and respectively located at two sides of the electric push rod 242, the two guide rods 244 are respectively disposed on one guide seat 243, the two guide rods 244 are respectively in sliding fit with one guide seat 243, an output end of the electric push rod 242 and one end of the two guide rods 244 are both fixedly connected with the outside of the gas collecting hood 3, and the gas collecting hood 3 is pressed and fixed on the aluminum electrolytic cell through the setting of the pressing component 24, when the pressing component 24 works, the electric push rod 242 on the fixing block 241 works to drive the gas-collecting hood 3 to work downwards, so that the gas-collecting hood 3 is tightly attached to the aluminum electrolytic cell, and the guide seat 243 and the guide rod 244 play a role in assisting pressing.

The flue gas treatment mechanism 5 comprises a flue gas treatment box 51, a dosing port 52, an exhaust port 53 and a stirring assembly 54, the flue gas treatment box 51 is fixedly arranged on the movable trolley 1, two ends of a connecting hose 4 are respectively communicated with the inside of the flue gas treatment box 51 and the gas collecting hood 3, the dosing port 52 is fixedly arranged at the top of the flue gas treatment box 51, the exhaust port 53 is arranged at one side of the flue gas treatment box 51, an electromagnetic valve 55 is arranged on the exhaust port 53, the stirring assembly 54 is fixedly arranged at the side of the flue gas treatment box 51, the flue gas treatment mechanism 5 is used for conveying harmful gas generated in an aluminum electrolytic cell to the flue gas treatment mechanism 5 through the connecting hose 4 for treatment and then discharging, and the dosing port 52 is arranged for putting medicines such as deodorant liquid into the flue gas treatment box 51, the stirring component 54 is used for mixing and stirring the deodorizing liquid in the flue gas treatment tank 51, and discharging the deodorizing liquid through the exhaust pipe after harmful gas is treated, and the electromagnetic valve 55 is used for controlling the opening and closing operation of the exhaust port 53.

The stirring assembly 54 comprises a fixing plate 541, a stirring motor 542, a linkage belt 543, a stirring shaft 544 and a plurality of stirring blades 545, the fixing plate 541 is fixedly arranged at one side of the flue gas treatment tank 51, the stirring motor 542 is fixedly arranged on the fixing plate 541, the stirring shaft 544 is rotatably installed at the middle section of the flue gas treatment box 51, a plurality of stirring blades 545 are fixedly arranged on the stirring shaft 544 at intervals in the circumferential direction, the linkage belt 543 is sleeved on the output shaft of the stirring motor 542 and one end of the stirring shaft 544, when the stirring assembly 54 works, the stirring motor 542 on the fixing plate 541 works to drive the linkage belt 543 to rotate, the linkage belt 543 drives the stirring shaft 544 to rotate, the stirring shaft 544 drives the stirring blades 545 to rotate, and the stirring blades 545 mix and stir the deodorant solution.

The working principle of the invention is as follows: when the harmful gas generated by the reaction of the aluminum electrolytic cell needs to be collected and treated, firstly, the equipment is moved to a designated point by using the moving cart 1, then the gas collecting hood 3 is adjusted to the aluminum electrolytic cell by using the adjusting mechanism 2 to cover the aluminum electrolytic cell, the rotating component 21 in the adjusting mechanism 2 is used for driving the gas collecting hood 3 to automatically rotate and adjust, the lifting component 22 is used for driving the gas collecting hood 3 to automatically lift and adjust, the extension component 23 is used for driving the gas collecting hood 3 to forwardly extend and adjust, the gas collecting hood 3 is tightly pressed and fixed on the aluminum electrolytic cell by the pressing component 24, after the gas collecting hood 3 is tightly connected with the aluminum electrolytic cell, the harmful gas generated in the aluminum electrolytic cell is conveyed into the smoke treatment mechanism 5 through the connecting hose 4 to be treated and then discharged, so as to prevent the harmful gas from being emitted into the air to cause environmental damage, the invention can better collect and process the smoke generated in the aluminum electrolytic cell by matching each component in the mechanism, prevents harmful gas from being emitted into the air to cause the damage of the environment, and has higher practicability.
