5. The method for preparing a functional constant-temperature composite flocculus according to claim 2, wherein the method comprises the following steps: the polylactic acid fiber obtained in the step (1) has an average relative molecular weight of more than 4800.

6. The method for preparing a functional constant-temperature composite flocculus according to claim 2, wherein the method comprises the following steps: the diameter of the needling in the needling reinforcement in the step (2) is 0.6-0.7mm, and the needling density is 22-30 needles/cm2
