The softener of claim 1, wherein the softener consists of the following substances in parts by weight: 20 parts of glacial acetic acid, 25 parts of hydrogenated oil, 10 parts of diethylenetriamine, 7 parts of peregal, 3 parts of urea, 8 parts of modified corn starch and 3 parts of defoaming agent.

4. The softener according to claim 1, wherein said defoaming agent is polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene pentaerythritol ether.

5. The softener according to claim 1, wherein the modified corn starch comprises 20 ~ 30 parts by weight of corn starch, 40 ~ 60 parts by weight of deionized water, 6 ~ 10 parts by weight of cyclopropanol and 8 ~ 12 parts by weight of styrene.

6. The softener according to claim 1, wherein the modified corn starch consists of the following substances in parts by weight: 25 parts of corn starch, 50 parts of deionized water, 8 parts of cyclopropanol and 10 parts of styrene.

7. The softener of claim 1, wherein the modified corn starch is prepared by adding water to corn starch, stirring to form a starch emulsion, heating to 60 ~ 80 ℃, adding cyclopropanol, drying, grinding to 80 ~ 120 mesh, and graft copolymerizing with styrene to obtain the modified corn starch.
