1. An elastic mounting structure of an assembled wallboard, comprising:

the M-shaped light steel keel (1) is fixedly connected to the base layer wall (2);

the aluminum alloy connecting piece (3) comprises a connecting plate (31) positioned at the top and a cross-shaped connecting frame arranged below the connecting plate (31), and the connecting plate (31) is fixedly connected with the M-shaped light steel keel (1); the connecting frame comprises a vertical frame (32) arranged along the vertical direction and a transverse frame (33) arranged along the horizontal direction;

the elastic protective sleeves (4) are sleeved on two sides of the cross frame (33);

the wall plates (5) are clamped with the transverse frame (33) and symmetrically arranged on two sides of the transverse frame (33);

Background

Assembly decoration is a form of decorative construction emerging in recent years. The assembled decoration is as the name implies, namely, each part required to be used for decoration is produced and completed in a factory and then is transported to a decoration site for combined installation, so that the operations of measurement, cutting and the like of each part in the traditional decoration site are omitted, the construction is simpler and more convenient, the construction efficiency of the decoration site can be greatly improved, the construction site is cleaner and more beautiful, excessive decorative material garbage cannot be generated, and the assembled decoration is a more environment-friendly decoration construction form.

Bamboo wood fibre wallboard that uses in traditional construction opens flutedly in side because of the installation process demand, and the installation of the vertical lines of cooperation aluminum alloy is used from this. But when the installation is under construction according to current technology, bamboo wood fiber wallboard is connected for rigid connection with the aluminum alloy lines, does not have any buffer spacer device. The installation mode has the following hidden dangers:

a. after the installation is finished, the bamboo-wood fiber wallboard is in direct contact collision with the aluminum alloy line, and abnormal sound can occur;

b. mounting gaps exist between the grooves formed in the side of the bamboo-wood fiber wallboard and the aluminum alloy lines, and the grooves cannot be mounted when the gaps are too small; the clearance is too big, presses the wallboard and can appear subsiding the phenomenon again.

c. After the bamboo-wood fiber wall surface is installed, the adjacent two bamboo-wood fiber wall plates are not flat or splicing gaps possibly exist.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above, the invention provides an elastic mounting structure of an assembled wallboard, which is not only convenient to mount, but also high in construction efficiency; meanwhile, the flatness of the wallboard can be improved, abnormal sound cannot be generated when the wallboard is pressed, and the phenomenon of large-amplitude settlement cannot occur.

To this end, the present invention provides an elastic mounting structure of an assembly type wall panel, which includes:

the M-shaped light steel keel is fixedly connected to the base wall;

The invention provides an elastic mounting structure of an assembled wallboard, which mainly comprises an M-shaped light steel keel, an aluminum alloy connecting piece, an elastic protective sleeve, a wallboard and a edging strip, wherein the M-shaped light steel keel is used as a keel main frame and is mainly used for bearing and connecting and is fixed on a base wall; the edge folding strip carries out edge folding work on the wallboard; specifically, the aluminum alloy connecting piece comprises a connecting plate and a connecting frame, the connecting frame comprises a vertical frame and a transverse frame, the transverse frame is coated with the elastic protective sleeve, the wallboard is clamped with the transverse frame, and the elastic protective sleeve is positioned between the transverse frame and the wallboard, so that the rigid connection between the wallboard and the aluminum alloy connecting piece is converted into the elastic soft contact connection, and the wallboard can not directly contact the aluminum alloy connecting piece even if the wallboard is pressed, and abnormal sound can not be generated; in addition, the gap between the wall board and the transverse frame is greatly reduced, and the smoothness between the wall boards is improved.

During installation, the M-shaped light steel keel is fixed on the base layer wall, then the aluminum alloy connecting piece and the edge folding strip are installed on the M-shaped light steel keel, the elastic protective sleeve is sleeved on the cross frame of the aluminum alloy connecting piece, and finally the outer side and the inner side of the wallboard are respectively inserted into the edge folding strip and the cross frame.

Through the structure, compared with the prior art, the elastic mounting structure of the assembled wallboard provided by the invention mainly has the following advantages:

firstly, the installation is quick, and no technical requirements are required for construction and installation personnel;

secondly, due to the structural design of the elastic protective sleeve, the installation gap is enlarged, and the construction and installation efficiency is more efficient;

the smoothness between two adjacent decorative panels is improved, and the problem of settlement generated by pressing of the wall panel is effectively solved;

and fourthly, the abnormal sound problem of the whole wallboard mounting structure is solved by the mode of combining hardness and softness.
