the bottom support seat comprises a bottom plate (11), fixing supports (12) and fixing pieces (13), wherein the fixing supports (12) are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the center of the bottom plate (11), and the fixing pieces (13) are clamped with the two fixing supports (12);

the bearing plate (3) is sleeved on the adjusting screw rod (2) and is in rotary moving connection with the adjusting screw rod;

and the damping rubber cushion (4) is sleeved on the adjusting screw rod (2) and is positioned on the bearing plate (3).

Background

Assembly decoration is a form of decorative construction emerging in recent years. The assembled decoration is as the name implies, namely, each part required to be used for decoration is produced and completed in a factory and then is transported to a decoration site for combined installation, so that the operations of measurement, cutting and the like of each part in the traditional decoration site are omitted, the construction is simpler and more convenient, the construction efficiency of the decoration site can be greatly improved, the construction site is cleaner and more beautiful, excessive decorative material garbage cannot be generated, and the assembled decoration is a more environment-friendly decoration construction form.

Fabricated flooring is typically installed using floor leveling brackets, after which the flooring is laid on the brackets. But the ground leveling support in the existing market has certain structural disadvantages, which are as follows: the flat plate of the support surface of the support is used in a construction environment with poor ground flatness, and has no direction adjusting effect, so that the support is not perpendicular to the ground, and the raised floor structure system is inclined; secondly, the leveling bracket and the locking piece are connected in a rigid way, and the floor sliding phenomenon exists in the later use after the floor is laid; and thirdly, abnormal sound can be generated after the metal connecting pieces are stressed and rubbed.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above, the invention provides an assembly type overhead floor leveling member, which can not only realize adjustment work in different directions and improve the flatness of the whole structure of a floor, but also avoid the floor from sliding or abnormal sound.

To this end, the present invention provides a fabricated raised floor leveling member comprising:

the bottom support seat comprises a bottom plate, fixing supports and fixing pieces, the fixing supports are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the center of the bottom plate, and the fixing pieces are clamped with the two fixing supports;

the bottom of the adjusting screw is connected with the fixing piece in a threaded manner and then is clamped and positioned with the center of the bottom plate; the fixing piece is sleeved on the adjusting screw rod;

the bearing plate is sleeved on the adjusting screw rod and is in rotary moving connection with the adjusting screw rod;

and the damping rubber cushion is sleeved on the adjusting screw rod and is positioned on the bearing plate.

During installation, the bottom plate, the fixed support, the fixed plate and the adjusting screw are assembled into a standard part and placed on the ground, the adjusting screw is rotated according to the flatness condition of a ground base layer, the positioning protrusion of the adjusting screw is ensured to rotate in the positioning groove of the bottom plate during rotation until the adjusting screw is vertical to the ground, and the fixed plate is pressed to be clamped with the fixed support; and then measuring the height of the ground finish surface, adjusting the bearing plate to the height position of the finish surface, sleeving the damping rubber pad into the end of the adjusting screw rod, assembling the floor, and finally fixing the floor through a locking assembly.

Through the structure, compared with the prior art, the assembled type leveling member for the raised floor provided by the invention mainly has the following advantages:

when the floor is uneven, the adjusting screw can be shifted to realize that the adjusting screw is vertical to the floor and is not limited by the flatness of the floor, so that the adjusting work in different directions can be realized, and the flatness of the integral structure of the floor is improved;

secondly, the adjustment is convenient, the installation is convenient, and the construction efficiency is improved;

and thirdly, the floor can be prevented from sliding or abnormal sound, and the pedal feeling of the floor is improved.
