Background

As shown in fig. 3, there are two groups of electric control unit pumps 8, two groups of electric control unit pumps 8 are connected in parallel to the high-pressure oil rail 9, the low-pressure oil return channels 8.2 of the two groups of electric control unit pumps 8 are connected in parallel and then connected with the oil return module 12, and the low-pressure oil inlet channels 8.1 of the two groups of electric control unit pumps 8 are connected in parallel and then connected with the oil outlet of the oil supply device.

The upper end face of the pump body of the electric control monoblock pump 8 is provided with a low-pressure oil inlet channel 8.1 and a low-pressure oil return channel 8.2, so that an oil inlet and return channel is prevented from being additionally arranged on an engine body, and the structure of the engine body is changed.

As shown in fig. 2, the oil return module 12 includes a module body, an electronic unit pump oil return passage 12.1, an electronic control pressure regulating valve oil return passage 12.2, a common rail injector oil return passage 12.3, and a total oil return passage 12.4 are provided on the module body, a cavity is provided at a lower port of the electronic control pressure regulating valve oil return passage 12.2 and the common rail injector oil return passage 12.3, the total oil return passage 12.4 is provided at a lower end of the cavity, an overflow valve 13 is provided at a lower portion of the electronic control unit pump oil return passage 12.1, and when the module operates, all return oil returns to the temperature regulation control valve 3.

In the product of the invention, the high-pressure oil rail 9 is provided with six high-pressure outlets which are respectively connected with a common rail oil atomizer 11, and when the product works, the common rail oil atomizer 11 sprays fuel oil to enter a cylinder to participate in combustion.

The product of the invention adopts 2 independent electric control monoblocks 8 as oil pumping units, each electric control monoblock 8 is directly inserted into an engine cylinder body, an oil pump cam 6 is integrated on an engine camshaft, a roller body 7 is arranged in the engine cylinder body, each electric control monoblock 8 can independently and accurately control oil supply quantity, the oil supply pressure can reach 2000bar, and any electric control monoblock pump is damaged and does not influence the other normal oil supply.

When the engine is in a low-temperature starting working condition, the ECU controls the opening of the electric control pressure regulating valve to regulate the pressure and the stability of the oil rail, and meanwhile, high-pressure oil leaks to generate low-pressure high-temperature fuel oil which flows back to the temperature regulating control valve 3 through the oil return module 12 and enters the fuel oil rough filter 2 under the action of the temperature regulating control valve 3 to be mixed with cold oil entering the fuel tank 1 and heat the cold oil, so that the cold starting performance of the engine is improved.
