The invention comprises an oil storage cylinder 1, a working cylinder 2 arranged at the inner side of the oil storage cylinder 1 and a piston rod 3 arranged in the working cylinder 2;

a bushing 4 is arranged between the working cylinder 2 and the piston rod 3, and a plate type oil seal 5 positioned on the outer side of the bushing 4 is arranged on the piston rod 3.
