1. A multi-stage water level detector, comprising:

a waterproof cavity formed by coating a waterproof layer;

the floating ball floating space is provided with at least one water inlet and outlet and is combined with the waterproof cavity in an attached mode;

the waterproof cavity is provided with a plurality of magnetic induction components which are arranged in a longitudinal sequence;

a floating ball is accommodated in the floating space of the floating ball, and the floating ball is combined with a magnetic body;

the magnetic body is close to the magnetic induction component correspondingly arranged in the waterproof cavity to generate an induction signal.

2. The multi-stage water level detector according to claim 1, wherein a water level detection information analyzer is further accommodated in the waterproof chamber, and the plurality of magnetic induction elements are electrically connected to the water level detection information analyzer.

3. The multi-stage water level detector of claim 1, wherein the magnetic induction element is a reed switch.

4. The multi-stage water level detector of claim 1, wherein the magnetic body is a magnet.

5. The multi-stage water level detector of claim 2, wherein the water level detection information analyzer is electrically connected to a water level information display.

6. The multi-stage water level detector of claim 2, wherein the water level detection information analyzer is a microcontroller.

7. The multi-stage water level detector of claim 1, wherein at least two of said multi-stage water level detectors are extended and connected in series in a longitudinal sequence to form a water level detection depth extension module.

Technical Field

The present invention relates to a water level detector, and more particularly to a multi-stage water level detector capable of providing accurate water level detection information.

Background

The water level detector has wide application range, including medical treatment, food, industry, even general aquarium raising and other fields.

The known water level detector, whether it is a floating ball or electronic type, can only detect the highest water level and the lowest water level, and mostly can not present the level of the water level in a sectional manner, causing troubles in use, and obviously having a need to be solved.

In view of the above, the present inventors have made extensive studies to develop the multi-stage water level detector of the present invention, and after performing on-site trial and verification, have found that the multi-stage water level detector can achieve the predetermined efficacy goal, thus being an ideal innovative product.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims at the defect that the conventional water level detector can only detect the highest water level and the lowest water level and cannot present the water level in a segmented manner.

The invention provides a multi-section water level detector, which comprises a waterproof cavity and a floating ball floating space attached and combined with the waterproof cavity, wherein the waterproof cavity is formed by coating a waterproof layer, the floating ball floating space is provided with at least one water inlet and outlet, the waterproof cavity is provided with a plurality of magnetic induction assemblies arranged in a longitudinal sequence, the floating ball floating space is provided with a floating ball, the floating ball is combined with a magnetic body, and the magnetic body is close to the magnetic induction assemblies correspondingly arranged in the waterproof cavity to generate induction signals;

by means of the scheme, multi-section type more accurate water level detection information can be provided.

It is further pointed out that a water level detection information analyzer is also accommodated in the waterproof cavity, the magnetic induction components are electrically connected with the water level detection information analyzer, when the magnetic bodies are in close contact with the corresponding magnetic induction components to generate induction signals, the induction signals are transmitted to the water level detection information analyzer, and after operation, an electric signal is output, so that the water inlet device can be controlled to be opened and closed or used by other equipment.

When the difference between the high water level and the low water level exceeds the detectable range of a single multi-stage water level detector, the high water level can be correspondingly detected by the multi-stage water level detector positioned at the high position of the serial connection sequence, or the low water level can be correspondingly detected by the multi-stage water level detector positioned at the low position of the serial connection sequence; by this way, the invention can be used more flexibly.

Detailed Description

As shown in fig. 1, the present invention provides a multi-stage water level detector, which comprises: a waterproof cavity 1 formed by coating a waterproof layer 11, which can set a waterproof coefficient according to the water pressure requirement; a floating ball floating space 2 with at least one water inlet and outlet 21, the floating ball floating space 2 is combined with the waterproof cavity 1 in an attaching way; the waterproof cavity 1 is provided with a plurality of magnetic induction components 3 which are arranged in a longitudinal sequence; the magnetic induction component 3 can be a magnetic reed switch; a floating ball 4 is accommodated in the floating ball floating space 2, and the floating ball 4 is combined with a magnetic body 41, which can be set according to the water level detection precision; the magnetic body 41 may be a magnet.

The waterproof cavity 1 is also provided with a water level detection information analyzer 5, and the magnetic induction components 3 are electrically connected with the water level detection information analyzer.

The water level detecting information analyzer 5 can be electrically connected to a water level information display 6.

The water level detection information analyzer 5 may be a Microcontroller (MCU, abbreviation of Microcontroller Unit).

As shown in fig. 2, the multi-stage water level detector of the present invention is placed in the liquid to be detected for the water level height, the liquid enters from the water inlet/outlet 21 of the floating ball floating space 2, the floating ball 4 generates water floating, when it floats on the liquid surface, the combined magnetic body 41 is close to the magnetic induction component 3 correspondingly disposed in the waterproof cavity 1 to generate an induction signal, and the induction signal is transmitted to the electrically connected water level detection information analyzer 5, and after operation, an electrical signal is outputted, which can control the water inlet device (not shown) to open or close, or be used by other devices.

By means of the invention, multi-section type more accurate water level detection information can be provided.

When the water level detection device is applied to a situation with large water level change, for example, when the fall of a high water level and a low water level exceeds the detectable range of a single multi-section water level detector and a plurality of magnetic induction components 3 arranged in a longitudinal sequence, at least two multi-section water level detectors can be longitudinally and sequentially extended and connected in series to form a water level detection depth extension module, as shown in fig. 3, when the water level is high, the multi-section water level detectors positioned at the high positions of the series connection sequence can correspondingly detect the water level height; or as shown in fig. 4, when the water level is low, the multi-stage water level detector of the present invention located at the lower part of the serial connection sequence can correspondingly detect the height of the water level; by this way, the invention can be used more flexibly.
